✓ Limited coverageWith the limited coverage, this seems more like a shuttle bus from the Meritt 7 and a few surrounding offices. The app looks real nice, but the service is useless to me, based on the lack of residential coverage..Version: 3.10
✓ Useless if you live/work in West Norwalk.The coverage area is only useful for those going to places in South/East Norwalk or Merritt 7. You can’t even get dropped off in an out of zone area. App looks nice. Buses look neat..Version: 3.10.1
✓ Terrible pick up algorithmExpect to wait 20+ minutes for a shuttle that is just down the block with nobody on it. Terrible optimization on their pickup algorithm.Version: 3.10.1
