✓ Broken appIt's ridiculous that password resetting just doesn't work, and I get randomly logged out. So I either have to play the guessing game with my password or I just can't use the app..Version: 4.0.0

✓ *** THEY DONT MAKE FULL PAYMENTS ***When I did my 1st 2 donations, they both showed that I got a hundred dollars, but as soo as I used the card for the 1st time “ less than 5 dollars” and once for 15, all of a sudden I had 8 dollars left! On my second donation i used for 4 dollars and second for 35 and now I have a 60 dollar charge! The system is soo sketched out! I’m missing over $140+ and from the octapharma to their card partners, they just send you in circles! No one is trying to fix it and the phone number you get always drop the call when you select to talk to a representative! They are literally lying about the five in take in the entire process and this makes people not want to come back! I would recommend doing business somewhere else! Do not downloadThis thing wants more permissions to access the phone functions ,pictures ,photos, text and web history and GPS locations and your phones contact list way more than Facebook and it’s just for a little plasma donation center I don’t think so. they’ve also canceled the referral program unless forcibly going to install this is the only way you can do a referral.Version: 3.0.0

✓ ReviewThey lie to there donors about when they are to rollover to a new donor they told me for two days straight to come back after March 19 to start a new donor i returned on the 19 and they said I had to do a physical to roll over to a new donor the nurse wasn’t there on the 19th of March I showed back up on the 20th and they did my physical the whole time they was sayin I was a new donor and I would be getting the new donor pay but after I did the full donation they only paid me 20 because the obviously didn’t pay attention to the dates and the will fault you and make you pay consequences for their mistake.Version: 4.0.0

Why show my donations and show that they were all worth 100 each and yet none of them are actually being counted? ✓ App won’t load.I started donating plasma with OctaPharma this autumn, and the app was working fine for the first few weeks. Then a couple of weeks ago, the app wasn’t loading properly or letting me check my balance, but I could still use the OctaPass feature. The staff at my local OctaPharma branch suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which I did. The result was the OctaPharma splash screen followed by a blank white screen. Reinstall action has not resolved the issue, nor has restarting my device, nor disconnecting and reconnecting to WiFi. Please fix this..Version: 4.0.0

✓ You have to wait until the next day to get your money.This is by far the worst plasma center in the state. Do not go to the one on Lafayette Road. I still haven’t got paid for my donation no one is picking up the phone to talk either. It’s not the card service they use either. It’s the workers. They so quick to leave once 7 o’clock come that they will push bottles to the side and process them the next day. And all you get is I’m sorry. That is unacceptable for your workers to be doing.
