✓ CuriousFirst, I have had zero problems with the app. I've set up my own Equalizer and everything is crisp and balanced. Very easy to use App. There IS just one thing I feel I should talk about. Not really a complaint but I have heard, in more than one of their in app sound tracks, the symphonic Music of PINK FLOYD, the song TIME. Maybe I set my equalizer too good. The song is very faint but I'm a Pink Floyd fan and have listened to the symphonic Pink Floyd album thousands of times. The song is there, try and find it amongst the sounds of rivers, birds and crickets..Version: 3.3.2

✓ Works GREAT for my new NC7sAudio equalizer is super customizable, allows you to save your own settings. Bass can be customized to get fairly deep( if you’re like me and bass is a must for your ears). You don’t have to keep the app in the background to save your equalizer settings either! There’s also easier access to customer support through the app. Overall I’m very impressed, especially considering the price range for these earbuds. They didn’t have to put much effort into an equalizer app, but even the UI is sleek..Version: 2.3.6

✓ The best I’ve ownI’ve owned beats, (expensive) Samsung, (expensive!) & apple which is also expensive! They never had the amount of time in use and the lil charge time Tozo has! ✓ Working goodI have AirPods Pro about one year, how even one left earbuds have some buzzing, I decided to get other different brand , this TOZO NC9 working very well & the noisy cancellation, I downloaded the app everything is working perfectly. ✓ The Tozo AppFirst me say that l love Tozo. You just can’t beat their products for the price. The absolute best thing about Tozo is the people that work there. Those people stand by their products. They don’t give a big hassle on warranty claims like most companies do. They do what they say. That means a lot. That being said. Why in the world is Tozo tracking my purchases, financial information, contacts and stuff through the app? Why? ✓ Great value for the money!I purchased these Tonal Dots to use as back-ups for my more expensive earbud’s. (I am famous for temporarily losing them at least once a week.) I didn’t expect them to have such a good quality sound. They are also light weight and are very comfortable. I can wear them for hours and not have them hurt my ears. ✓ Used for Tozo T20I purchased the Tozo T20 headphones and downloaded this app as it says it was supported. The headphones sound terrible out of the box and I changed the EQ settings and am pretty happy with how they sound now. No issues with the app working correctly with my headphones. Once you change the EQ settings you do not need to keep the app open on your phone..Version: 3.5.1

And for the price point of these buds that I got, I expected way less than what was on the app. The app is extremely user friendly, and on par with my jbl/sony buds and application that I have… but for a third of the price. ✓ Almost PerfectI recently purchased the Tonal T12 earbuds. They sound good as is but have the app equalizer enhances the sounds and you are able to create and save your own equalizer settings. I was a little disappointed that some of the settings as shown in the AppStore app photos are not for all TOZO earbuds (or at least I haven’t found them yet) like the noise cancellation setting, for example. One update I would like to see with the app is compatibility with the iPad landscape mode. I do listen to music and stream TV on my iPad but the app only works in portrait mode. Adding noise canceling settings for the Tonal T12 and iPad landscape mode would make this a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app 👍.Version: 3.7.2
