✓ App not optimized for ipadPlease fix app interface. I can not see what device is available during adding device. Using ipad 12.9.Version: 3.5.2
✓ Equalizer settings don't save!Being able to change the equalizer settings for my Tozo PA1 speaker made it sound even better than my Bose Micro! However, you have to set the equalizer settings each time I turn on my PA1, which is a pain... this app would easily be a 5/5 is if was able to store the equalizer settings for my PA1 instead of having to set them every time..Version: 3.0.2

✓ This App is awfulDespite the fact that my headphones can connect to my phone via Bluetooth with no issues, this app describes them as “not connected.” The troubleshooting provided doesn’t work at all. ✓ Doesn’t support NC9 PlusAs the title says, it’s disappointing that the app supports the other versions of the nc9 except the plus. This is important because you can’t turn off ANC once it’s on with the plus model without this app. It’s strange because you’d think the programming to support the plus version would be trivial since they are basically identical to the other versions, the case is the main difference. This would be so useful and it’s really disappointing that you’re sort of punished for buying the nicest model of the series..Version: 2.3.4
✓ Cannot update appThere is an update for the app (which has never worked with my pros) . However, whe. You tap the “update” in the app it takes you to the Apple App Store and my only option is to “open” (because it is already installed) the app?? I removed and reinstalled and the newly downloaded app still pops up with a prompt to upgrade which again takes me to the App Store with no option to upgrade. Ear buds (the pros) are good for the money…. The app is complete useless and has not worked in the month I have owned these. ✓ App not functioningI have the TOZO T12 and I absolutely love them, wanted an app to deliver more functionality but this one doesn’t seem to have any lol my headphones are naturally noise canceling but not by a lot. My iPhone has its own EQ, so it’s not like I really need this app. Would have been cool but from looking at it, I can assume the developers didn’t really care while making it. ✓ There was potentialI’m just gonna start off by saying that I actually really enjoy TOZO products. I’m a studio technician and regularly mix and master tracks, for the price point of there products there doing really well from an audio standpoint. However… this app is complete junk, I have 2 products from TOZO and non connect to the app despite being Bluetooth connected to my phone. I’ve even tried my friends phone with my TOZO earbuds and his, but to no clue prevail. To conclude this could have been a really good app. It just dosn’t work..Version: 2.0.4
✓ The app failed to deliver. Very disappointing!I have purchased 4 different Tozo earbuds, and all failed to deliver on a crisp and clear microphone communication when calling three different phones; everyone complained about a very muffled and unclear sound. Obviously, the next step let's try their app, and the results? Well leys say I would have scored -5 if it was on the scale. From an audio perspective they are fairly decent, and I like the various modes specially the ANC mode when traveling, I will be returning the T12Pro, NC7Pro, NC9plus, and NC9Pro I will stick with my original NC9 decent sound and that's it. ✓ Only works 1x, never again.I literally have to delete and reinstall this app every single time I want to pair it with the Tozo NC7 earbuds. Because each new time I want to do so, it simply cannot be made to pair. My phone itself pairs with the NC 7 buds each time, just fine, to play audio etc. However, if I want to use this app to turn on noise cancelling mode, I first need to delete and reinstall the app.... ✓ IOS Tozo App works only for a couple of modelsThe app works great with X1 Golden with cool special features. It works for NC9 also. But every other model of earbuds appear to be unrecognizable. It’s a shame because the x1 and NC are awesome. Only complaint is that if your expensive X1s, there is no way to track them or a beep to locate them. AirPods are trackable andcostthe same as X1.
