✓ I literally fight this app every dayI have a technical background, I’m highly educated, I’m old enough to know what I’m doing. I don’t have time to deal with this app. It is incredibly over engineered, very difficult to use, not intuitive. For example, every time I want to use my credit cards I have to login with my Dashlane master password, but I also want to have a master password that is complex and not memorizable this is not to be easy to type in. So I generally can never use Dashlane stored credit cards. ✓ Not a fanIt is a little silly to require 2FA for the regular Dashlane IOS app. If someone has my phone, managed to get it unlocked and the authenticator is on my phone… all a person has to do is open the authenticator app to get access to all my passwords. So all that functionality does is annoy the user- I dislike it greatly so that is why I turned off 2FA and deleted the app. Otherwise- it is a good app, plenty of time to put the authentication code in when it is required..FerociousMouseVersion: 1.2230.0

✓ Everything disappearedThis authenticator had been working perfectly but yesterday it lost everything. I had to spend a couple hours using recovery codes to reaccess my accounts. (It doesn’t help that the Dashlane app froze every time I tried to input a recovery code.) ✓ People paying for a service like this should have telephone supportI’ve already set this up and set up multiple accounts to use the Authenticator. Then a couple weeks later, randomly, for no reason the authenticator lost all of its information, and I was locked out of all my accounts, and had to go through a bunch of extra steps to gain access back to them..2&;&;&4!4!;Version: 1.2306.0

✓ I wouldn’t use this again as isFirst major problem I’ve had with a Dashlane product since I started using them years ago, this constantly tries to set me up as a new user when I open the app even after I’ve already gone through the process of adding accounts thus leaving me unable to access my 2fa codes. Also would like to add that the main Dashlane app would also constantly log me out while I had this app installed and it would created a feedback loop where I wouldn’t be able to log into either without using my Dashlane backup code. ✓ Love Dashlane, but the Authenticator needs work.I came from google authenticator. It’s simple to use and reliable but does not support Apple Watch. So I’m trying Dashlane’s since my whole family uses Dashlane. I’ve set it up multiple times on my phone but it would only show up once in awhile on my watch. ✓ Fatal FlawIt is not possible to edit the names of the accounts. I had an account get automatically named with my username rather than the name of the site itself. This will cause all sorts of confusion the moment another site does the same thing. Authy lets you edit account names; it’s hard to see how this could be overlooked here. I’m a heavy Dashlane user so this flaw is disappointing. If it’s fixed I’ll amend my review and come back (unfortunately this is far easier than dealing with their support, which requires you to email twice, or have your ticket auto-closed.).ElectrickeyeVersion: 1.2236.0
