✗ DisappointingThis app has good workouts but you can’t see what’s in store for the workout if you’re in a challenge and cannot go back if you skip ahead in a challenge. It also bugs out sometimes when you are going from set to set. There are way better fitness apps than this one so if you can I’d check out ALIVE by Whitney Simmons instead.
