Unusable.Terrible. Couldn’t even search for the vin #, app immediately crashes once type in. Scanner also didn’t work jus immediately calls it an invalid vin..Version: 1.70.3

Useless without SiriusXM GuardianThe old Mopar app gives me useful information for my car without forcing me to subscribe to SiriusXM Guardian. I installed this app because the old one that works prompted me to die to it being discontinued. Now all I get on login is a non-dismissible screen for my 2018 Pacifica that says I don’t have an active subscription and to call them to get one. So the app is utterly useless for me. Added to that is that I can’t even add my older 2015 Chrysler 200 to the app at all. I just get an error saying my vehicle can’t be added to my account. Either the app is just broken, or they didn’t account for older vehicles that don’t support Guardian. Either way, in its current form this app is useless and is getting uninstalled..Version: 1.58.3

Failure- try againWhat happened to the savings/coupons? Why isn’t my extended warranty info available as it was on the old version? Failure- Something went wrong- Try Again!.Version: 1.70.4

Worthless unless you have a Uconnect subscriptionThis is supposed to replace the Mopar app?! Seriously?! The Mopar app is great. You can track your maintenance, add information about your vehicle, etc even with older Chrysler models. This new “replacement” is anything but. C’mon Stellantis, you can do better..Version: 1.62.2

“Upgrade” won’t even let me connect my carSo I bought a used Pacifica, I’ve had it for a couple of weeks, the car itself is only about 5 years old. The old app, the one for “owners” worked great. This one literally won’t even let me enroll my car into the app. I called customer service, and while they helped me with some car questions I had, they weren’t able to get my car entered into the app. Until this issue is fixed, I certainly can’t recommend it to anyone..Version: 1.67.2

Terrible!Might be rated higher if app would let me sign in. Multiple lock outs because app says I’ve entered invalid credentials. Have changed passwords multiple times, only to have app again tell me the email/password is wrong and get locked out again. This app is crap..Version: 1.58.3

Upset and confusedI Connect just kicked me off a couple days ago, without enough of an explanation to understand fully why. I downloaded this app, as directed by them, but there’s zero explanation, no carry over, etc.. my car still has U Connect features all over the screen. Will this new app start, un/lock my car? It doesn’t mention it at all. The page is blank where it says “links to services”…. Very disappointed all around..Version: 1.76.2

Pacifica Hybrid Schedule not workingThis new app isn’t working to make changes to the Climate Schedule of my 2021 Pacifica Hybrid. The old UConnect app still works but this one doesn’t. It just gives an error or something..Version: 1.76.2

Bring back the old white Mopar appCan’t get the coupons or deals from the app so I don’t have to spend almost $200 on an oil change. Still can’t get a service appointment through the app like the old white Mopar app. Stellanis has only gotten one problem fixed out the many. Still can’t see my extended lifetime bumper to bumper warranty and they say they won’t do that. Stellanis is the reason my Chrysler will be the last Mopar product I will buy after being a loyal Mopar owner since 1969..Version: 1.73.7

Needs WorkI was (am still) confused about the 3 (now 4) Mopar phone apps (one is UConnect) I have on my phone. When I downloaded the new app last night, no warranty and dealer info were available. Accidentally set off my horn-removed app afterwards. Reloaded the new app after being prompted this morning-everything is there. I normally only use the UConnect app anyway. FordPass for my 2019 Ranger? I only have one app on my phone that appears to be all inclusive. Do I really need 4 Mopar/UConnect apps on my phone??? Thanks..Version: 1.58.3

Error Adding VehicleIt finds my vehicle when I enter the last 8 of vin, but when I tap Next it displays “Error occurred while loading. Please try again.” Tried again multiple time with same result. Please fix before directing users to these new apps. Thanks..Version: 1.41.6

Does not update dataVery dissatisfied with APP. Despite all my efforts and multiple phone calls to customer service, this APP doesn’t update my mileage or oil change gauge. I had my oil changed in July 2023 and it says I’m past due for it. I have Guardian as my vendor and they can’t fix the APP problem..Version: 1.76.2

Incorrect vin?Had to download this app to replace the previous Chrysler app, won’t allow me to sign in stating my vin number is incorrect. Tried manually typing & scanning it with my camera, still no luck. Pls fix this bug so I can use this app for my jeep!!.Version: 1.41.6

Face ID not workingMy wife and I both have the app. She was able to setup Face ID without an issue but as soon as I select it and enter my pin it comes up with an error. Face ID could not be validated. Face ID works for every other apps it has been enabled for..Version: 1.73.7

Good luck registering your carI can’t decide which is worse, the salesman who didn’t send the right email or the tech support from Sirius XM who you need to call to add your car to this app. To add a car, you can scan the VIN, except the app does not work and can’t scan the VIN. The next option is to add the VIN manually but it does not recognize the VIN and tells you to call a number. Two long phone calls later, I had to Fax (what year is it?) proof that I owned the car. After faxing, I was told to call back tomorrow because faxing takes a while to process. Still don’t have access. I would give zero stars if that were an option..Version: 1.73.7

Can’t get it to workI expected more from such a reputable company. The app could benefit from significant improvement. Update: Thank Rob. Appreciate the response. Glad some is reading these. The issues are so common that I believe it is a waste of time for consumer to call/email. If you read other reviews out there you will see pattern and your QA team should be able to catch these before release. It will be great to read what is being addressed to fix. Also, will be a good idea to list all existing issues on a version. For me trying to add a dealer was problematic. It keep disappearing. 20 minutes into it, I got frustrated and decided it is less effort do live without this app. Thanks and Good Luck!.Version: 1.73.7

It should be 0I can’t even get into my account. I changed my password at least ten times now and I’m locked out of my account according to the app and website but my Uconnect app accepts my old password and faceid set up. So I actually rate this app as a 0 star since I can’t even use it. What a waste of phone space..Version: 1.58.3

Subpar not too helpfulKeep signing you out so you always have to sign in. There is a lock and unlock buttonBut it doesn’t tell you what position the car is currently in so you’re not sure if the car is currently locked or unlocked whenever you sign in..Version: 1.76.2

DisappointedOn attempting to open the U connect app I’ve appreciated for years, I learned Chrysler updated to this new app and was prompted to download. I cannot log in. I didn’t receive any notification that told me about this change or to create a new account. Do I need to register for a new account?.Version: 1.76.2

So Far, DisappointingDownloaded the new app and logged in without a hitch. I then attempted to locate and set my preferred dealer with no success. Multiple attempts to locate my dealer all failed. So for now, I’m disappointed..Version: 1.41.6

Not worth the extra yearly feesIf I could rate this less than 1 star I would. I have been on the phone with them multiple times and it magically works whenever they send codes to my car but the next time I go to use the app it does not work. I had no problem with my uconnect services when I had the uconnect app to start my car. Now that it’s transitioned over to this piece of crap app it works maybe 1% of the time. Customer service makes you jump thru unnecessary hoops every time you call with no resolution and honestly I’m not paying to renew my service ever again. I will just get a reliable after market alarm that has app access that is worth the money because this app is useless!.Version: 1.76.2

Can’t access/load my vehicleAs others have noted, there is a problem with entering/loading vehicles into the app. The My Chrysler and Mopar apps both still show my vehicle as does the Chrysler website. When will this issue be fixed?.Version: 1.58.3

Can’t load my car into the AppGot the app due to the old one being replaced with this new App. Unfortunately the app will not load my vehicle after entering the VIN #, it continually says “Error occurred while loading, Please try again”. Doesn’t work on my carI purchased the SiriusXM guardian package a few months ago and it wasn’t working in my car (Chrysler 300 C 2017) I’ve tried every app and everything they suggested. So I canceled my subscription. so two months ago I end up getting the subscription activated again because they said it should be working, which is still not working. Recently took my car to the dealership and they told me that my car is no longer compatible with this feature because they took down the 3G towers. So long story short, I’ve been asking for a refund because I never got a chance to even use it at all. Two months of subscriptions going down the drain. Smh🤦🏽‍♂️😡.Version: 1.76.2

Who are you kidding?The view of my car is ridiculous. Missing tires and missing doors. On top of the fact that nothing actually works with the remote access. What a waste of money. I will be requesting a refund..Version: 1.41.6

Battery Charge % missingWhen the change apps my hybrid battery charge is now just a mile bar graph with no charge percentage. I got a totally unacceptable response when I emailed Chrysler and Uconnect to re-add my car in the garage of the app. Now they have disabled the old app and I now have no way to remotely view my battery charge%. I no longer have a reason to pay for Uconnect. Either add the battery charge % or I will not be renewing g Uconnect!.Version: 1.76.2

Not workingJust purchased a 2023 Pacifica. The app worked fine for a few days and now I can’t even log in. I just bought the vehicle and the app is already giving me issues..Version: 1.67.2

SoI tried to login and it kept saying account locked and I try verified my email and it would never load so try again later so I waded for maybe an couple hours and then try again and it kept saying account locked so then I used my other email and it also said it was account locked and I also again tried to verify my email but it would never load so then I just gave up so now I’m righting a review of my experience.Version: 1.73.7

App is CrapI’m unable to use any feature because the registration won’t function. (It does not accept the VIN number.) The Mopar app that this replaces worked perfectly so this is a major disappointment. Chrysler, fix it..Version: 1.62.2

So so …I downloaded app and I am a subscriber. The app used to allow you to refresh and request new data but that functionality has been taken away. When I plug in to charge the automatic refresh doesn’t always happen. Also I’d like to turn off email and text notifications and only get a push from the app but so far I have not been able to do that either..Version: 1.58.3

App not as good as old Chrysler AppI really was excited for this new App, but come to find out it’s a pure let down. To make matters worse they pushed an update to the old Chrysler App which makes it useless. Clunky, unreliable, slowThe app forgets me all the time so I always have to log back in; always forgets facial recognition; is slow to respond when trying to get updates on charge level. I find that it’s easier to go to the garage to check whether the vehicle is charged as opposed to trying to get this app to work..Version: 1.76.2

Literally uselessLike many others, I downloaded this app because the old one says it’s being discontinued. But this app does literally nothing other than display my VIN and show a button to call and activate a subscription. Why does scheduling service or viewing service history require a subscription? Like the other one betterThere is no location service on this app. If there is I shouldn’t have to pay for it. I like what the other app offered more of..Version: 1.76.2

Works on occasionApp needs to be updated. Occasionally logs me out. Not as many features as the previous UConnect app I used for my 2022 Chrysler 300. Also no longer has my model car in app, has a van or something instead f my sedan. I’m not very satisfied with this app.Version: 1.76.2

UpsetI have the app and I’m connected to Uconnect, but when I go to log into the Chrysler thing because it was updated from the Mopar app, it won’t let me sign in at all. I created like three new passwords and it still doesn’t let me. so now my Uconnect app is worthless. I cannot start my car or anything with my phone..Version: 1.62.2

App Doesn’t WorkI cannot do anything within the app other than add the nickname for my car. I tried to connect my car, app can’t locate it. I tried to set my preferred dealer, it won’t show up on the list and when I find it on the map I can’t select it. When I enter different information to try to find it, the list of dealers disappears from the screen and the only thing visible is the map. There is no option to refresh the screen or back out of it. It just crashes. I am having to close the app, reopen it and start all over. This process has had to be repeated more than a handful of times in the past 5 minutes alone. The app is basically unusable. It simply does not work..Version: 1.67.2

Cannot useLike so many others leaving bad reviews, the existing Mopar app insisted that I install this new Chrysler app. When I enter my VIN into the Chrysler app, the car is discovered but "cannot be added" to the app, presumably because I do not have a Sirius Connect subscription. Frustrating. I can’t believe this app wasn’t tested more..Version: 1.62.3

Complicated infotainment system.Ridiculously complex infotainment system. Had the 2023 Chrysler Pacifica for approximately 30 hours and probably spent close to four hours getting the radio in order with Apple CarPlay. The wireless pad does not seem to work well and will be dealt with when I have time to bring it back to the dealer. I did have good luck with Chrysler support and he did have me reboot the radio and helped out to the best of his ability. With a cord things are operating properly, but the is wireless is not doing well at all. My 2019 Pacifica Limited was Way easier to operate than this one. I would think would be just the opposite Possibly there’s too much technology. Hopefully I’ll get use to it..Version: 1.76.2

Old WHITE App worked fine, but...This new Black (Icon) App is a dud. 👎 I’ve tried multiple times now to re-register my vehicle. It asks for my VIN, and yet will only allow me to enter “the last 8 characters” of such. As soon as I do, I am told that vehicle does not exist and to “ Please enter a valid VIN “ I have been a Jeep Wave Program participant, since purchasing it. My account expires in March. 😠 ALL I am trying to do is renew the Jeep Wave program, before it expires. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE NEW ‘BLACK APP” AT ALL‼️👎👎👎 After 👀 through over 💯of the latest & most critical reviews of this new Black App, it apperrs obvious to me that... 1) If you are not a Sirius Subscriber with an Active account, this new Black App will not let you use it until you become one. (HINT: That is why you cannot register any vehicle w/o such...yet a proper error message never indicates WHY your registration always fails.😠) 🌟In short: 👉No Sirius/No More Access👈 2) Many repetitive and similar complaints are now coming up to being over 1-year-old‼️ I have yet to see a single review where a Chrysler owner thanks the developer for having solved (even) the simplest of bugs. Instead, the typical developer's response is: “We appreciate your patience.” 🌟In short: The App has been farmed out to India -or- the developer's technical staff are all now deceased. ☠️ 3) Lastly, the only responses from the Developer are from a single entity known as “Rob.” (Short for Robot❓).Version: 1.58.3

App not accepting VINI used the previous version with great success. The new version of the app does not accept my VIN. I tried calling and the phone menu is only about subscription services and not the app. It doesn’t even display the full error that is occurring. It appears some error info is covered by the “Return to dashboard” button. Old app is obstructed by constant reminders to use/ download the new app. What happened?.Version: 1.62.3

Panic alarm goes off randomlyI’ve had the app for 24 hours and 3 times now I’ve gotten a notification saying “horns and lights activated”. Sure enough, I go outside and my vehicles making a scene..Version: 1.54.5

App doesn’t workChrysler says that the app must work but it doesn’t without a subscription. It has been 3 weeks since I added my previous review and still don’t have the app working. The earlier MOPAR app was SO SO much better! This is disappointing..Version: 1.62.2

Just About Useless Unless You PayLike other reviewers I replaced the old white app with this one as Chrysler instructed all users. After initial signon problems were solved I can’t see my odometer reading or vehicle health. Chrysler IT team says that’s the way it’s supposed to work unless you pay for a subscription. I thought Chrysler was a premium brand but apparently not. My Lexus app has all those features without needing a subscription. Even my clothes washer’s app provides more useful real time information than this waste of time, and without needing a subscription..Version: 1.62.3

App has issuesI am also unable to load my preferred dealer as noted in previous reviews. Car info did load but dealer info doesn’t. Not impressed so far. Hopefully there will be some fixes released soon..Version: 1.41.6
