✓ Very good game so far.It’s fun to pass the time, doesn’t force micro transactions on you, even though they are there in case you feel like you want them. It’s entertaining to see tidbits from the office episodes and the banter between the characters. The characters in the game act like their show counterparts. The theme music is in it too. It’s an interesting idle game idea and it’s a lot less boring than most other idle games. This doesn’t get super grindy like most. You still have to wait for some things but, you can get through it relatively quick if you wanted..Version: 1.7.4
✓ Potential to be awesome but SO many bugs!I truly love this game. As an avid fan of the show, how could you not? I keep hoping the bugs will get worked out eventually, but they seem to be getting worse. The game crashes quite a bit, either just randomly or after watching an ad. The countdown clock for the reward basket in the special events freezes up about 75% of the time & the game will have to be restarted to unfreeze it. After one special event i did not receive my rewards I had earned. Most annoying of all, during the pretzel day special event, & just now in the workplace event my game has reset & the last several hours of gameplay were erased. Desks I had unlocked were locked again, time I had on the “double your money” clock was gone, characters I had upgraded were back to the level they had been previously, etc. I sent a message to support about not receiving my rewards & still no response after 2 weeks. I really hope things get ironed out because it’s becoming not fun to play when you lose all your progress..Version: 1.6.1
✓ No forced ads, no need to spend money - it’s perfectHonestly so good - no need to spend money and is fun and chill to play. Can literally pick it up and put it down whenever you want. Plus, it’s got cool story elements from The Office (US) the show which is awesome for someone who’s a fan. There are events everyday which update super regularly so you can simulate multiple ‘offices/episodes’ at once’. ✓ Support and progressionI have never written a review before but I felt it necessary for this game. The game does have quite a few bugs but the developers obviously care deeply as they are resolved very quickly and every ticket I have sent as an individual has been answered by a real person, not a bot, and has been taken into consideration. As well as this, every bug I have reported so far has been fixed in updates and if it has affected me in anyway such as losing out on prizes and not receiving the in-game currency that I should, the support team has either sent me the exact amount I should have received back or have sent me more than that due to the lost progress so that I can get back to where I was in a matter of minutes. TLDR: the developers and support team are great and any bugs u encounter and report are resolved quickly and effectively. ✓ Love it but keeps bugging outI’m a huge office fan so when I saw this I had to play it. I really enjoy it but it has some bug issues. First time round I’d be playing for a couple of weeks and the game wouldn’t load past 28% for 2 days, so I had to delete it and start over. I’ve now been playing it for a month or so and gotten a fair bit further, but now when the game loads it keeps telling me I need to download more (which is fine as sometimes you do) but it gets stuck after the download and the game then shuts down. This has been the case for about 2 days again. Really annoyed as I’d made good progress which I’m going to end up losing again..Version: 1.7.2
✓ Good game but glitchyI’ve REALLY enjoyed playing this game, however, the bugs and glitches are next level. This time around I’ve been locked out of the game for almost a week with an error coming up every time! Contacted the support team who were brilliant, and even apparently credited me 1000 Scott coins, but that was on the first day and I’m still not back in the game. I don’t want to delete it fully and start again because I will lose all of my progress. Once they get the glitches sorted it’ll be the perfect game! ✓ Really great game, but a bit buggyThis is a great idle game, especially if you are fans of the US Office with each stage being an episode with scenes played out between milestones. It’s easy to get to gibs with and has plenty of reoccurring resources that you can progress without a lot of drama. That being said I have encountered a couple of bugs as of late. The odd crash of the app here and there… which tbh isn’t all that stressful as you boot the game back up and you’re on your way again. The big issue for myself is that since the latest update I can’t claim anything from the special events. The last three have yielded no rewards upon completion after putting the hours in to try and complete as much as possible. All in all though it is a very good game that has been well thought through,has a great reward system and includes some great throwback episodes with the characters we know and love. ✓ Fantasic GameThis is probably my favourite idle game as its fun and refreshing, but I was wondering if you could add accounts? I accidentally wiped my progress a couple weeks ago and it was okay cause I hadn't progressed too far, but now I'm just a tad worried of losing it again with the decent progress I've made. It would probably help boost sales with the in-app purchases as well as people would feel reassured that their money isn't going to be completely wasted. ✓ FunGame is fun. Passes time in batches, just need to check it every few hours to collect coffee and upgrade guys. It’s very easy to play without spending money. People complaining about it being pay to win are likely impatient or these types of games are not for them. If you could upgrade everything in 5 minutes the game would end and be dull. ✓ Great,but needs improving.I’ll start off with what I love about the game. I love that you can progress kinda quickly at the start of the game, for example I unlocked Angela on the same day I got the game. I also loved that you could put things from the show on the desks! I screamed out loud when I saw the jello on Dwight’s desk. the thing is that after a little bit it got repetitive. I would suggest a costumes for the characters like a Scranton strangler Dwight or a golden face Jim. I think that if you added cutscenes for the first time you unlocked those skins that would really make the game interesting. Just imagine seeing golden face Jim seating at a desk. I also think mini games every once in a while would be great . Imagine how great it would be to have a random mini game every hour with rewards! There is only one other problem and that is after day seven the game became broken with the requirements for a quest went from billions to trillions so I just ask if you could please make it a little less frustrating , but I do think that the game should get harder but not that much of a difference..Version: 1.7.3
✓ A little buggy, but overall brilliant!Unfortunately, a bug meant that I wasn’t able to redeem any rewards from completing the full 18/18 milestones on the mini game after spending coins to be able to do so. Which then made the next mini game near on impossible to get half way. Still not able to proceed past level 24 and getting a little frustrated playing the same levels over and over. Do you know when more levels will be available? And, with an open ticket to your support team do you know if we will receive the rewards that we’re not given?.Version: 1.6.1

✓ Very addictiveI’m really enjoying this game, highly addictive, can’t get enough but the only issues I have with it is the fact that the events are all the same one, all the office games, I thought there would be more variety to this and it seems to be no more than 20 episodes so just hoping there will be more soon so that we don’t need to keep repeating episode 20 over and over. ✓ I was wrong the first timeI reviewed this game a while back saying it was really grindy and took a lot of time to achieve anything after the 1st few episodes. But that was before I played the events they added to the game. The events are similar to the main game but they are temporary, faster, and you have goals you need to reach as well. With each goal you get coffee, Scott Coins, or character/decor cards that can be used in the main game. This changed everything because now you can speed up playing the main game by getting all the resources you need from the events. If I put any money into the game or spend any Scott coins it’s on the events because the payouts you get from completing the events are greater than anything you buy in the base game. My only complaint I have are about prices for the game. A lot of the temporary packages/deals you can buy are greater than $5-10. The most I would like to spend on a mobile game at a time is $10. So if there were more cheaper packages I would consider buying more them. Paying almost $30 for a package that only really speeds you up a few hours seems way to steep for me. But considering you can play the game without spending a dime it doesn’t affect me too much. Overall it’s a great game with good gameplay as long as you start playing the events..Version: 1.12.0

✓ Great for Office fans with some issuesI don’t often leave reviewed but as an Office fan, I’m really enjoying the progression through key episodes of the game. In fact, as it’s episodal, that really works for the game. But… The progressions is way too difficult. My feeling is that it’s very much pay to play as I’m constantly bombarded with offers. If I don’t take them, which currently I won’t, I have to wait for the four hour coffee bag bonus and hope what I need is in there. Usually it isn’t. So great theme, great cutscenes, but unbalanced progression and too difficult to get the cards or coins you need! Could potentially be a great game but not one I’ll reach for at the moment! ✓ Fixed!Edited to update: So after the most recent update, I decided to re-download. I had to wait and work myself up past where I was previously before I updated this review. But as of right now, everything is running great! You could fly through each episode but I’ve taken my time to complete all (if not, most) of the challenges in each episode and it’s helped collect a decent amount of cards that are typically hard to get. The Events help in this aspect as well so as long as they keep those coming, I shouldn’t have an issue. Changed my review from 2 to 5 stars. Shoutout to the devs for listening and reading these reviews! Big sad! Die hard fan of The Office, so naturally I had to download this game. Unfortunately, every time I get to episode 8 or 9, the game doesn’t let me log back in 😔Once the game starts to load, the ‘download assets’ screen will pop up. I’ll hit ‘download’ and either the game will just force close or the ‘download assets’ will hit 100%, go away, and then pop back up asking me to ‘download’ again. I’ve wanted this game to work so bad that I’ve completely deleted it on 4 separate occasions and had to repeat all of my progress just for this bug/glitch to happen again. I’ve even tried turning off my wifi and using data but to no avail. If not for this issue, I’d definitely give it 5 stars. ✓ I can’t put my phone down!I love this game, I’m really not a “phone game” person. But I love the office so I thought I’d give it a shot. I really enjoy the cut scenes, i love reliving the episodes and remembering the really funny parts or intense moments. I also love the mini timed side episodes like the Valentine’s Day themed one or the men in the workplace one. Plus I think it’s relatively easy to progress and wait times to level up aren’t too long. I’ve seen a few whining complaints on here, hence why I wanted to leave a review. People are just picky, honestly the only legit concern is just fixing bugs and glitches. ✓ Soooo glitchy but still good if you have patienceI’m still playing this game loyally after 6 months but it’s getting so glitchy that I’m thinking of stopping. Events get overloaded at the start and then the app freezes and closes. This happens multiple times. Currently it’s having a glitch where I’ve lost all the status of my decor cards. Plus one of the milestones says get 1k in leads and they all have that but it won’t move on. Even during normal episodes the app is crashing or losing internet when I have perfect wifi at home. References to the tv show are a bit clumsy but nice if you’re a fan. ultimately this game doesn’t really add anything to the experience of watching the show and just lazily rehashes what you’ve already seen. Needles to say there are no character voices and I don’t believe any of the original team were involved. ✓ Good game, some bugsThe game relatively straightforward & easy to understand. A good trip down memory lane for The Office (US) fans - however, there are still a few issues. Don’t delete the app to ‘fix’ an issue - I paid for a bundle and when the game stopped working, I tried deleting and reinstalling, to only then realise my game had reset and I was back on the tutorial level without the bundle I had purchased. I emailed the developers and they compensated me for my losses. Further into the game, I purchased another bundle for a coffee-boost, went through and all was okay - I went to the side game & played about, when I returned to the main game - I had lost all the coffee I had purchased and it was offering me the same bundle I already bought (That I wasn’t going to buy again). I’ve submitted a ticket and hoping to hear back soon. Overall, the game is good but there are still a few bugs for them work out, submitting a ticket to the developers explaining what’s happens and what you did just before then is the best way to get the big fixed. ✓ Enjoy the game but the events..I really enjoy this game, it’s great for mindless fun that I don’t have to get too engaged it or pay too much attention. The only issue is the glitches specifically the events. About every other event I try to play will randomly stop tracking my prizes, when I click the button the prize are all gray even if I have completed several there won’t be a check mark, I’ve come to find that when this happens no matter how many prizes I unlock in the event, they won’t show up on the main game and I will not get them when the event is over. I have tried reaching out to support and they did get back and reward the prizes I missed from the event however this issue keeps recurring. I do close entirely out of the app every time I use it because I read that keeping it open or running in the background can cause it to glitch. I love this app and it’s very fun and I enjoy the new events, I just haven’t been able to play much because it so randomly stops logging and I’m unsure how to fix it. I don’t want to waste 3 days playing an event that I will not receive prizes for yet again 🙃 The main game is very fun and I’m glad they updated to give more decor items in the shop but I’m now finding it hard to buy desk cards and the shop is almost entirely decor items for me now..Version: 1.7.5
✓ Update: much better!Update: the devs clearly are listening to complaints and working to make the game better! I’ve gotten tons of decor cards recently and now I’m back to being able to automate most of my desks! It’s the most helpful that they added decor cards to the store, because I’m able to buy up the ones I need to catch up on all the cards that didn’t drop for me earlier. Now this is easily a 5 star game. I love that I get progress even when I’m not playing and I really love getting to relive some of the funniest The Office moments! I should love this game. I love the office and idle games are perfect for how busy I am. But it’s not really an idle game if I can’t automate any of the workers, is it?? All of my decor is too low level to automate anyone and I never get any decor cards, so in order to make any money I have to keep the game open and keep tapping everyone’s desks (since many of my workers are upgraded to the point that they earn more money in seconds). I’ve read the help file on how to earn more cards so don’t tell me how to earn them. I earn cards, but none of them are decor cards. You shouldn’t advertise this as an idle game if you require players to spend tons of time paying attention to it. Also, the event button overlaps with the money piles at the desks, so half the time I’m trying to collect money I end up jumping into the event on accident and having to wait for two loading screens just to collect some cash..Version: 1.5.1

✓ Good game but needs more incentives.Fun to compete in the limited time events. I don't mind watching a 30 second ad to get extra donuts/flashdrives, my only complaint is that there's not much to build up to. I think if there was a reward for building up an empire, for example decorating or upgrading the office with the billions and trillions and quadrillions of dollars you make on this game, it would be nice if there was an incentive to do so other than competing against other players although that is a cool feature. It would be cool if the developers could fit something into their budget rewarding players for playing buy offering the occasional coupon or gift card. Also event items should AT LEAST be half price since nothing that you spend on is permanent in comparison to your own single player campaign. Good game though it's addicting so beware. I just wish it was easier to automate your characters so you don't have to check in every time except for the event items like donuts/flash drives that obviously makes sense that the people who watch the most ads get rewarded in that way..Version: 1.13.0
✓ Issues with Challenges in GameOverall I love the game and it is very addictive to get through each level. However the last update broke the challenges system - I’ve earning the rewards for different levels (indicated inside the challenge with a blue tick) however it is not granting them and showing them as incomplete when looking at the overall view. Also, i completed an event while I was sleeping & woke up and I couldn’t collect my rewards? A new event started before I could collect it. Maybe it’s just bias since I have been obsessed with the office for a couple of months now but I downloaded it a few days ago and I can’t stop playing it. Yes the game can be slow at some points, but it makes it all the better once you push through and speed things up again. One thing I particularly love about this game is how you, in a way, get to play the episodes and how it is directly from the actual show. Seeing in-game Pam & Jim flirt always makes me smile because of how cute they are together. This game is definitely worth it as long as you have the patience and love for the show like I do!!!!!! ✓ Great game for Office fans.I love that this game still operates passively and I think there’s a lot they got right. I don’t fully agree with the complaints that it gets too hard too quick. I’m on episode where Jim told Michael that he once liked Pam. This game is meant to play a few times a day where you check in, spend your stuff, collect your baskets and leave. The events are really nice and I like that they only last a couple days. I think the prices you have for real money are astronomically high compared to other games i’ve played. On top of that there are ginormous gaps in the value of different characters. Other tapper games i’ve played don’t seem nearly as huge. It’s to the point of after the 3rd or 4th worker, your first is completely pointless in buying leads unless you upgrade them at least 3 times. That’s stuff with the cash upgrades being so high feels like a cash grab attempt. I think there should perks you can buy for a couple dollars like spend $2 and ryan comes in a increases your money for 24 hours or jan gives training to decrease leads cost for a time, vending machine options to give bonuses or mini games cause a lot of the show happened in the break room. There also needs to have some sort of conference room event that happens in between the 2 day events. I also would like to see other animations in the special events besides them just on a computer..Version: 1.5
✓ Not the worst gameI enjoy it, it’s good enough to pass the time on and a fairly simple game. i think the only aspect i dislike is the sheer amount of cutscenes. every time you click a button to complete a task there’s a cutscene of the characters talking. i wouldn’t mind this so much if it wasn’t every single time i completed a task. i also wouldn’t mind it if it was new the office content. but it isn’t. it’s literally a beat by beat, almost word for word scene from episodes from season 1. i’ve watched this show already. i know the plotline. i don’t understand why i have to play this game to basically get a watered down version of that same season 1 plotline. an option to completely skip all the cutscenes would be great. also some variety on the boss game would be nice. the tapping gets old fast (and not everyone is very good at tapping the screen that fast). it’d be nice to have more mini games where you can get scottcoins. they literally do a version of the olympics in the show where they use office supplies. i don’t see how that couldn’t be incorporated into this game somehow, with the prizes being scottcoins or coffee..Version: 1.3
✓ Events are brokenGood game but don’t bother playing events if you live in Australia. They end in the middle of the night and you can’t claim rewards because the next event starts pretty much straight away. The workaround for this doesn’t work and I’m still waiting on a reply from tech support weeks later. Problem is you need events to progress in the main game as character cards just don’t spawn. I’m obsessed.Always been a huge office fan and I love idle games as I’m a stay at home mom and sometimes it’s about the only way I can get a little break and be entertained without having to use much mental energy 😂 I’ve been playing for a couple months now and honestly spending WAY too much money on a game when I’ve agreed NOT to spend money on games so we can save 🤦🏻♀️ but I get so into this game and want to get ahead faster to reach more chapters! It’s a terrible habit BUT, the game really is THAT good. I’ve had a few bugs here in there with my purchase rewards disappearing and game time not saving. It’s anew game so, they’re still working out the kinks. Normally, that’d be IT for me playing a game or at the very least I’d never trust them to spend money again. But, I also think that the customer service team for this game is just wonderful and efficient. Every single time I have had an issue that I reported, I had a response within 1-2 business days and they typically had my issue resolved by 1 or 2 messages! *tip- if you do have an issue- take a screenshot of your user I’d found on the settings page and send that in with your initial issue report. Sometimes that information alone is all they need to come to a resolution! And since the new update, I haven’t had this issue once! ✓ Overall pretty goodIt's a fun little background game that I can check every few ours or even days as it just ticks along, I think the coffee currency is fair in that it's how they make money but I havent put a penny in it and am fine (you get like 200ish every 4 hours plus as objective bonuses so I don't mind waiting over a few quid.) Reading other reviews there's talk of bugs but I haven't experienced anything major only when downloading assets for a new level sometimes I get an error message but closing the app and trying again a few times generally works..Version: 1.2

✓ Decent game but big bug occurring.So far I’m really enjoying the game, but I keep experiencing a bad bug. The game will frequently freeze the characters and earning any money stops, I can still scroll the level and browse the menus, even buy more leads, but the characters just stop earning money, whether automated or not. This isn’t great as I have to close and re-open quite often, sometimes even within a few minutes of the last glitch. On a gameplay basis, I do wish it was easier to earn cards as a lot of upgrades are needed in later levels but the cards aren’t very plentiful and usually the ones I need are not earned or on sale. And when you have over 12/13 characters, 26 decor items and 10 desks, all of which need many cards, it can be a nightmare of waiting for the 4 hourly coffee pot and few cards that come with it, especially when all 3 active goals are dependent on very similar qualities (automate this character, upgrade some cards, and spend coffee, all of which can link up but not when you don’t have the cards) Still, I know it’s new and hopefully there’s a chance of some quality of life upgrades and more bug fixes. ✓ Great potential but buggyI am enjoying the game but it is quite buggy and the app crashes quite a lot. Previously it was hard to progress due to it being impossible to get any decor cards but the latest update has fixed this. Also the events appear to be the same, maybe they could change things up and maybe do something with the break room or parking lot or something. The events are essentially the same as normal game play but you earn pizza instead of coffee, they need to change things up..Version: 1.5.1
✓ Perfect for The Office lovers!!My favourite game at the moment! I’m a huge fan of the office so it’s so fun to have that turned into a game. There’s absolutely no ads unless you want to double your income then you have to watch a short ad. Other than that it’s such a great game. ✓ Game Crashes :/I LOVE this game. the only thing i have to say is that during the worst times the game crashes. for example when i’m tapping for scott coins, immediately after , app freezes/crashes and i have to refight for my coins lol. and lately i’ve noticed that sometimes when playing the game, the coins stop being collected or the timers are not going down. other than that, great game! ✓ 2x cash doesn’t workHey devs, I don’t know how long it hasn’t been working for but I noticed a couple of weeks ago and have tested it a few times at the beginning of a round and it never pays 2x. Applies to both episode and event rounds. I have an iPhone and a Samsung, last event I activated 2x on Samsung and didn’t activate on iPhone, ran the event concurrently on both phones and there was zero difference in takings. Seems a bit shady given we have to watch ads for “double cash” read: nothing (not that the ads work on Samsung for the most part anyway). I suggest users test with the very first transaction as it’s really the only way to tell and then we bombard the devs with complaints lol.Version: 1.9.2

✓ Overall good game!Generally enjoy the game but it would be nice if there were more low budget bundles. Sometimes on the events you have 79p deals, it would be nice if these were available more. I like the addition of the leaderboard to the events. It’s another spin to the event. It would be nice to have mini events, I have another game that periodically offers a 24:48 hour event where every milestone you reach for unit upgrades you can earn a gem, it’s a way of being able to build up parts of the game you’d normally have to pay for, or earn slowly through milestones. Also the trade in the main game doesn’t work, the symbol is there but it doesn’t work when I click it..Version: 1.12.0
✓ Fun game but…Fun little game, dunno why I find it so addictive .. fun going through the little episodes reminding me of how good the show was. But, I don’t understand why the money figures have to get so high that it’s past billions trillions and into “aa” or “av” etc just make the figures lower. No need. But, to get rewards you need to watch ads (don’t neeeed to but it helps) some ads 5-20seconds no dramas one click to close… others are 30-45sec… wait 5 sec, close it… opens up the download ap page close that.. oh wait 5 sec close again… joooookes man. It’s also hard to complete some of the events, if it’s a 1-2d event, and I’m working (12hr shift, plus 6-8hrs sleep) it makes it very very hard to play catch up… the baskets that drop every 1.5-3hrs or so, should accumulate. And annoying that sometimes you switch to another ap say Facebook Insta snap twitter whatever switch back to office 30 seconds later, and the office ap needs to reboot. ✓ Really enjoy game, but no tech support for issuePros: The game is a casual play love letter to one of my favorite shows. So fun to see episodes in this format. Each completed task rewards a snippet of the episode. I appreciate the free rewards issues every 2 hrs. As others have said, taking my time and focusing on completing all tasks before finishing the chapter leads to a better experience long term. Con: No in-game support option! When I recently tried loading my game, I got to about 50% and was prompted to “download assets”. No problem, I thought. This happens for new chapters, etc. HOWEVER, the download button has been UNRESPONSIVE for two days. I’ve tried reloading my game and deleting and reinstalling, but I cannot activate the download to start playing my game again. To add to frustration, I cannot contact support. I’ve gone to the support page (via the App Store) but this isn’t not included in the “known issues”. Since I needed to contact someone, I tried to do so by trying to click the button on the page where it specifically offers support only to be unable to do so. The “Need help? SUBMIT REQUEST” button is UNRESPONSIVE and I cannot submit a request for help. Ugh! This is quite disappointing. How can I let anyone know there is an issue if I can’t contact them?.Version: 1.7.2

✓ So much potential (update)Update #2 : This game has gotten soooo much better. I play all the time now (current my favorite game). One thing I’d like to see is the ability to take the user ID create an alias and begin to authenticate to my account thought multiple devices. Also please add more character cards. Update : Overall game has gotten much better it’s constant fixes, and the constant events help. There are still some major bugs… I have had an open ticket for at least a months and 2 weeks, as I have not received a character card for well over 2 months. Please advise… I can see what the developers are trying to do with this game, but it misses the mark. I’ve spent countless hours on this game and even some real money, only to be stuck on levels. Decor cards and key character cards are not available and you cannot progress with out them. The events are very good! I always have fun with them, but the main game needs work. ✓ Hard to progressI love the game so much! I’ve been obsessed for weeks. However, I have reached a point where, even with the rewards from the events, it is taking me a while to complete episodes. I have to wait days to upgrade my characters/desks as the decor cards that I need to level up require 700+ coffee to do so, so that I can automate desks. I really am enjoying the game but my progress has massively slowed down, making it a bit less enjoyable. ✓ Finally fixed!I waited a while to write this update, but after several updates the bugs are finally fixed! There’s only 3 or 4 special events that just play over and over again, but it all works smoothly now and is really fun. I decided to re-download after the latest update considering the update notes specifically said they fixed the issue of event and regular play progress from resetting randomly. I guess it resets your progress less often than before? But it’s definitely still happening. I’ve had to restart Dwight’s desk three times in the current event after spending hours getting it started each time. I guess it’s nice that it’s not happening several times a day, like before. But it’s still frustrating to spend so much time making progress only to have it reset. Especially when you’d spend all of your coins on baskets and your coin amounts DEFINITELY don’t reset even when your progress goes back. Probably just going to delete it again, which is unfortunate because it is fun to play when it’s working..Version: 1.9.2
