✓ Latest bug fixed ruined eventsThis game is a fun way to pass time. The adds aren’t forced on you, but are available to speed up progression. They are 100% optional. The gameplay has entertaining moments (i.e. thieves at night, robbers during the day). My only gripe is the update on May 11th, 2022, has made the events unavailable. It freezes on the “checking data” screen. The non-event part loads; click on the event, & it freezes. It’s still fun to play, so even though I was rocking the event, I’m not giving 1 star..Version: 1.2.7
✓ Fun but GlitchesSo I’ve almost completed the last banks target amount, then I’ll have finished everything. There’s two big bugs that bother me a lot, one is every other time I get the option to watch a video to stop a robbery, I can’t close it, so I’m forced to either restart the game or watch an ad, and the other is the card system. When I complete task where the reward is supposed to be 1 or 2 yellow cards, I think the first time I got ONE purple, the 2nd time I got ONE blue, then the next 2 times I completed that mission for the other banks it gave me nothing, it felt like I did all that work for nothing. I just feel multiple times the system cheats you out of cards that it says it’ll give you. Apart from that, fun game, so 3 stars.Version: 1.2.21

✓ Very disappointedI love idle games and will spend hours playing them. However, this game is so frustrating in the fact that ever time an ad is offered to upgrade a station or to earn extra cash it won’t let me watch the ad so I have to miss out on the rewards. I have deleted and reinstalled around 5 times to get my rewards. ✓ Ok game but god-awful translationsThe game is what the title suggests it is, that's great but not for me. I play the game in French because it's my mother tongue, but the translations are Google Translate word-for-word translations. For example: when you fire an employee, instead of saying "virer" in French, it says "Feu", litteraly fire 🔥. ✓ Fun, but Event GlitchesUpdate: it is now 2 months later and my original review is still true (event rewards are stuck and won’t load up properly & can’t be collected) - if there are new events, I can’t tell because the one from 7/29 is still stuck in limbo. The company has released quite a few updates promising to fix bugs, but there is no way to contact the company to let them know what exactly is happening - and the fixes aren’t fixing anything for me or others (I believe). Also, now, I’ve completed all the original, main banks - actually about a month ago - so, content is boring now. Should I remove the game? I liked the premise and the event (the one time I was able to participate in an event). Original: I earned all the rewards for the event that ended 7/29… but when it was time to collect the rewards, it won’t give them to me because the Champion Rewards thing just keeps spinning. ✓ Kinda fun, but the bugs ruin the experienceI paid $10 for the ad free version, but I still get forced ads at the start of every new day in the game, and sometimes the ads cause the app to crash. I wasn’t able to get into the events for three weeks until the last two days of the previous event. It’s frustrating, because I actually enjoy the game, but it’s so buggy, and now that I’ve finished the goals for sea side bank it tells me to I’ve gotten a promotion and new branch, continue onto the next bank, but there’s no next bank. If they actually updated to fix the all the bugs it’d be five stars, if I could get it ad free I’d make it four stars, and if it doesn’t stop forcing ads soon I’m going to seek a refund because I paid to remove ALL ads, no restrictions or stipulations.Version: 1.2.10

But after playing in my first event, every event since then has caused my game to freeze as soon as I load into the event. Force restarting doesn’t help, as when I load the event again the same issue occurs. If I had known this was going to happen, I wouldn’t have spent money to remove ads or to purchase diamonds. ✓ STILL unable to play eventsThe game is enjoyable, however, I’ve reached the end of the available banks (100% on all), and cannot play events, so I have basically nothing to do in the app. For a few weeks, when starting an event, it would get stuck on the loading screen every time, requiring fully closing the app to get back to the main game. After an update, I was able to load into an event for a bit, but then ran into the loading issue again halfway through, taking me from top ten on the leaderboard to basically the bottom of the board (ranked 100+). At this point, the event “loads”, but is non-interactive. The tutorial opened, but would not let me make the first “wish”. Closing and reopening ended the tutorial, but tapping anywhere on the screen still did not produce any results. Not much point in keeping the app, if it’s unplayable. ✓ Checking DataThe last event I probably won, I was #1 a day in a half before it ended. I finished all the quests and pretty much had nothing left to do, I stopped getting the free tokens with ads on that day, and then every time I tried to log in it said checking data. At the end of the event it said I was 101 that’s not even possible with the income I had. So I didn’t receive my extra 400 gems. The next event started today I can’t get in to that event either. I can play the regular game, except I’ve already completed every bank, so it’s pretty boring now. It used to be fun to play, I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it, but now that I have nothing to do. So unless it gets fixed I’ll probably delete it..Version: 1.2.7

✓ Phone Burn, Infinite LoadThe game is really fun and easy to play and just generally enjoy without trying! But it burns my phone alive and I get stuck on the loading menu whenever I try and join the special events. I’ve enjoyed the dragon head event but lost out on the last day of progress because it never loads. The newest update leaves me either in the loading screen that says “checking data” or gets to the game but is completely frozen. Other than that, the game is great! ✓ Challenge events disappointingHaving finished all of the banks I began playing the challenge events only to discover that I am not being awarded all of the gems I’ve earned. The last one I played I actually earned the 400 gems for third place on the champion list, yet when the event ended it said I was number 101 and did not earn any champion rewards.
