✓ Attending FIFA WC at risk because of this appTrying to change applicant category desperately for 3 weeks, not possible. Status stuck on pending without possibility to change. Support center unaccessible. Match tickets bought, air-tickets bought, travel documents in order, acommodation sorted, yet still may not be able to go to Qatar because this app is not working! The funniest thing is that I was able to change category for my minor son, but not for me! So, is Hayya going to reimburse me for money I spent? ✓ Call center is so badHad a ticket and a plane ticket and my hayya stayed pending even after calling the call center 20 times. All my friends that applied had there tickets accepted except me. ✓ This app is most frustratingIn April I applied for the Hayya entry permit and it took 2days to get approved. Now in July, I applied using Hayya with me , it’s been 9days , it still stuck on Pending. Now I realized there are tons of people, and some had submitted as far back as March and still pending. Sent mail and the Hayya team , keeps saying wait. Can you guys do an overhaul on this app so if stops stressing applicants. I know people who have cancelled trips because of this. ✓ Worst app and not meet the purposeDear Developer, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the app that I recently used to apply for a tourism visa to Qatar. I must commend you for providing this platform that allows users to apply for a visa from anywhere in the world. However, my experience with the portal has been terrible. The AI system does not read the documents accurately, as it failed to recognize my designation as a GCC resident. Also, I was supposed to attach my Saudi residence permit as a required document, but I could not proceed because my designation was not on the list provided by the app. Though I tried using other available designations that were similar, my application was rejected multiple times. Even after reapplying with the correct information, my application was again rejected, with an objection indicating that my residence permit was invalid for less than three months. However, in reality, it was valid for more than six months. Furthermore, there was no column provided for me to input any comments or explain my situation, which only added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, the app did not meet the purpose it was intended for, as it made the visa application process even more challenging for me. I would encourage you to review the app's AI system and provide better support to users who encounter issues during the application process..Version: 8.4.1

Also, you cannot zoom in with the google map and it does not show your current location. Why not just take the user to the google app for better experience. I feel scammed they took my money and they are not answering on emails. I had the worst kind of experience and I didn’t get to watch any game.
