✓ False refunds, Some bad onesSome of the people on here are real maybe 2 but, the rest are a scam and use the same copy and paste. Worst of all the app gives you a refund in credit to the app not even a refund to your bank. I requested refund on something and never received the same amount back. Again in app credit money. ✓ Do not use this appI’ve purchased 24 he text reading and waited patiently to receive my readings, both psychics never provided me a reading, my money was refunded back to the web account only and I did receive an additional $4 credit, however when a service is offered and a customer wait 24 hrs to receive the service and nothing is received a credit up to $5 does not justify this. The site should offer atleast a 50% discount off of next reading to compensate us for wasting our time. The app is not user friendly, a few healers told me I can purchase premium services that are offered by them by viewing their profile but there are no links whatsoever. No phone number for customer service and they take 1 day just to respond. I was not satisfied with a few Psyhics on this app (Tara, Kimberly, Msytic Hira, and Intuitive Michele) all my reading from them were horrible and general and did not resonate. However I did receive good readings from Sofiel and Neve whom provided great details and in depth readings..4evaAliciaVersion: 2.16
