✗ Never open a accountI’ve been using my card for about 2yrs now an today as I was paying for gas my card declined I opened the app to my account being closed I never deposited a check I never had deposits come to this card only my cash app an apple Pay was linked to this card they don’t give you a reason for the account closing they just take your hard earned money put it in a check an tell you to wait 3 weeks for it DONT OPEN A ACCOUNT DONT EVEN GET THE CARD STAY FAR AWAY.DairrrusVersion: 3.4.0

✗ Doesn’t get to you in a timely manner if they ever get back to youIf I could give zero stars I would. I didn’t even want this bank account but because I can’t say no when the nice gentleman at h & r block asked me if I’d like to sign up I said sure. I have multiple bank accounts I really didn’t need it. He didn’t tell me that is where my tax return would be going. When I tried to make my account it glitched and there wasn’t a password created. I’ve called several times and they have “escalated” my case (which when this happens it takes 3-5 days for them to reach out you) I worked multiple days with a nice lady trying to get into my account. they said they finally got the issue resolved and I should be able to log in and they were giving me $50 for my troubles (would be a nice gesture if I could access it). The issue was not resolved. I still can’t get it and I’ve had to call every day for my case to be escalated once more. I would just like access to my money and then to delete my spruce account and never deal with them again. I have been dealing with this issue for a month now..Kayla042895Version: 3.1.0
