✓ An App that is different than all the others!Stephanie Mansour changed my mindset of what fitness and nutrition should be…a reward and not a punishment. Any trainer I’ve had in the past whether they were in person or virtual practiced “tough love”. Steph just practices love and that resonates with me. This is a program I can do as a beginner as well as through intermediate and advanced fitness. The app has everything you need to be successful…daily motivation, workouts, recipes, nutrition info, etc. Steph is the best and her positivity makes me want to open up the app every day. ✓ Step it up MotivationI downloaded Step it Up with Steph App in June 2022 and joined the group. The app has so much to offer. What I enjoy most is the audio walking challenges. They keep me motivated and when I need an extra confidence boost I repeat some of the challenges. I also can find all the strength training videos when I want to get in some weight training..Version: 5.1.4
✓ ExerciseI would like if Stephanie can show senior citizens that have issues with lower back and knees (can’t kneel - I can’t get on the floor) 🙁 special exercises they can do. I can’t do burpees, squats, lunges, planks. It’s awful. I use to be able to do them all. My motivation is 👎.Version: 4.9.8
