✓ Buggiest app I’ve ever encounteredSad, I wanted to try the app. It simply doesn’t work. I’m unable to log in. At all. Sometimes I’m greeted by a blank white screen. Other times I click the log in button and nothing happens. Have never encountered such things with an App Store app - this feels like it was developed by someone with no experience, and never tested before rolling out. ✓ Bait and switchI don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled here because what they’re doing is a very expensive bait and switch. The first week is comprehensive - full of great info and activities. Once you pay at day 7 ($65.00 is pretty steep even for something good) the articles and activities shrink by over 50%. ✓ Not enough to see on free trialI wanted to like this app. I love mental health apps and am always looking to better myself. I did the free trial on this and it wasn’t enough to make me pay for it. One of the things I was looking most forward to was trying the courses but they don’t open up till day 10 and the trial is 7 days. ✓ No luck with customer serviceI downloaded the app and it just didn’t work for my needs. I cancelled within the allotted time frame for the free trial. I was charged the full amount anyway. I contacted Reframe for a refund and was told to cancel through apple, which I did, and that was the end of the conversation. I never did receive my refund. ✓ App keeps crashingI had it for one day. I enjoyed it. I was doing a 30 day trial. I did the first day activities. Second day, the whole free trial for 7 or 30 days popped up again. Closed the app. Reopened and same thing. I even logged in and same thing. I went back to the app later in the day and same thing.
