The best workouts!Where do I even begin! I have been completing Callie’s workouts since summer 2021 and joined The Sweaty Studio when the app first launched last year and it has been life-changing. I have, for once in my life, been able to stay consistent and complete regular workouts thanks to the weekly schedule that comes alongside sweaty studio. Callie is a superb teacher and I came into pilates knowing absolutely nothing about it, but she is a brilliant teacher and guides you through each move so nothing is unknown. There is an amazing community within the sweaty studio with the live classes and group chats and I feel so happy to have discovered this app! I couldn’t recommend it enough to new members. If you are thinking about taking the plunge with pilates, even as a total beginner - this is your sign! You won’t regret it ⭐️❤️.Version: 2.8

Very thought out app and major motivationI cannot say how much I’m loving the Strength X Pilates challenge!! I’ve been into lifting for a while now and just got into Pilates for a low impact counterpart. This challenge is the best of both worlds! The app layout is so thought out and well designed. It’s broken down so you can easily find what you need. Not to mention Callie is so motivating and knows just what to say to keep you going! Newest Sweaty Studio FanI am currently on the final week (week four) of the December Hustle Challenge and I can honestly say this is the most consistent I’ve been with any workout schedule. I had never tried pilates before, but I have fallen in love with it since. Through the monthly challenges Callie, the fabulous instructor, provides a variety of guided pilates workouts for you to try, ranging from 10 to 30 minute sessions. If your not motivated by a set schedule, the Sweaty Studio also offers a range of prerecorded classes that you can choose from. I leave each workout feeling stronger and proud of what I’m doing for my health and well-being. That’s all thanks to Callie and the fulfilling affirmations she provide throughout each workout! The best shape I’ve ever been in!!Callie is the best!! By taking her workouts, I have seen both physical and mental improvements. My favourite pilates app!!I love sweaty studio, all the classes you need in one place and there are such a variety in videos to choose from. There are even challenges to take part in the keep yourself motivated and forming a habit! Feel good PilatesI have been using the sweaty studio app since January of this year. I absolutely LOVE it!! There are so many classes to choose from. And if you are short on time, no worries. There is something for everyone! I also enjoy the live classes as well. It gives me something to look forward to on a Saturday morning. I really like the monthly challenges. You have to comment each day so you feel the accountability aspect of it. One of my favorites parts of the challenge was where you had daily journal prompts as well (added bonus). You got to dig deep inside your soul and feel great mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Callie is the best Pilates instructor. She is fun, energetic and makes you feel good about yourself on the outside but more importantly on the inside. You definitely work up a sweat, tone all the parts of your body all while having fun. Callie is the best instructor!Not to be dramatic but Callie’s workouts have honestly kind of changed my life - I started with her short pilates videos when I was in a total fitness rut and became completely addicted, gradually working up to her more challenging ones as my fitness levels improved. Best Pilates Flow!!!I love Callie! She has a plethora of workouts to choose from for whatever energy level or skill level you’re at. She’s always very encouraging in her workouts. I find it so helpful that she instructs you as if you were in the studio with her (I.e. breath in/out, relax shoulders and face, and counting down before the switch in moves). Best pilates studioI absolutely love the sweaty studio. there are so many different classes that range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. Callie is the best pilates teacher and is so positive and motivating throughout the class. She also has a lot of beginner and advanced classes as well. I also really like how she has “period friendly” pilates classes that I like to do during my period. Her workouts are also organized my menstrual cycle phase, and she does monthly challenges that come with affirmations and journal prompts which I love. She also makes weekly pilates plans which I love as well because I don’t have to think about which workouts I want to do 😅 It’s also only $20 a month and you get the first two weeks free which I think is an amazing amount of time to see if you like her style.
