✓ No payoutWhile this has been one of my favorite Bingo app games to play, upon my first withdrawals I never received payout. I recognize you’re always taking a gamble with these types of apps but I didn’t have an issue with other Bingo apps I’ve used consistently. I waited four weeks from the time of requesting withdrawal to my PayPal account, deposited more money to keep playing, with good faith and did not receive a payout. I contacted customer support and did not receive an email back beyond the request which stated not to email again and they would get to my email in the order received. The game is fun but do not expect to actually withdraw your money or hear from customer service. Use bonus money or coins only..Version: 2.8.2
✓ Games always glitch and never receive bonus level up’s.It’s weird how now it starts tweaking and literally I loved this game but it has constant issues and than takes forever to receive rewards for pending issues. I always have to contact them about these things with screenshots but it’s takes so long for them to see it. Needs a update maybe.Version: 2.3
✓ Worst AppI played for a while and made some money. Got my husband into bingo and he downloaded the app as well. The last time I tried to withdrawal it would not let me. When I reached out to support they told me that it was against their terms to have more than one player in the same household. I reviewed their terms and this is not the case. The only thing it mentions about players being in the same household is players that live with the game developers or affiliates. They closed my account and my husbands. No option for one of us to delete and the other to continue playing (even though as I mentioned earlier, nowhere in their terms does it say we cannot both have an account, only states one account per person) I had over 200 dollars that I had won and my husband had quit a bit built up as well, that I’m sure went right into the developers pocket. What a scam. I wrote a dispute to support. Per there “terms” they are required to answer within 45 days. It’s been almost 2 months with no response. Very poor customer service and once you start willing money they will make up reasons to close your account. Also, you are required to put your address in when you signup. If they do not allow multiple accounts under one roof this should have been flagged and my husband should not have been allowed to signup. Instead they allowed him to win and withdrawal several times before kicking us both off the app..Version: 2.4.1
✓ Fraud Alert From HonkongI was able to deposit & cash out my lose. It took some time & they sent me two emails to verify my email account & to receive it. This never happens from other games before. When I made deposit again in different occasions, the withdrawal isn’t available anymore. I had to reach out, didn’t get a respond then I received a fraud alert the next day informing asking me if made some charges because the transactions are going to Hongkong country meaning my account may not be protected incase there is a suspicious charges..Version: 2.5
✓ Bait and switchUsed to be good. Now it’s very scammy. Suddenly went from winning small bits regularly to unable to win ever - and it’s always only me in results until suddenly there’s a bunch of people added at once who win. Like how likely is it that I’m the only one in a game waiting for others to join for an hour, and suddenly there’s 9 other people all at once? And on top of that, going from winning regularly to winning never literally overnight - on a night they definitely adjusted their system because there were bugs while they did it. There’s more as well. Basically, once you win, they set you up to lose imo. They are prompt about payout so I didn’t go full single star. But it’s a shame, this used to be my favorite..Version: 1.9
✓ Have not been able to withdrawal in 6 weeksA little while ago I submitted a withdrawal request. The game said that the withdrawal was submitted but did not take any of the funds out of my playing account. Thought it was a glitch that would get worked out so I paused from playing until it was fixed. About a week later the situation was corrected and I started playing again. ✓ BewareYou can win real money, and the game was great until…. ✓ Lost a loyal player…definitely playing bots nowI was a loyal player who spent tons of real money playing daily and winning. After the game began glitching and cheating constantly and never receiving a support response I’m done. The recent updates are suspicious went from being a top player in high stakes games to literally not being able to win a single game. You’re no longer able to really advance with tokens they have successfully taken away any incentive to play their game with legitimate competitors on the App Store. Screen record EVERY game because you will lose money when the game glitches frequently. I have well over 200 dollars invested in games that never took place due to the game not displaying any call numbers at all. ✓ Not worth itYou will lose repeatedly. When your card gets close to having a bingo none of your numbers gets called. I’ve completed several games in 1st place with only 1 and 2 players to go. ✓ Don’t expect to win any real moneyBeen playing for a week now. Did not pay into it to see if you could actually win some money. I’m now up to $4.80 but I am only allowed to withdraw $1.42 and there is a $1 withdrawal fee. You can play the coin games just for fun which I do like but don’t expect to win a dime out of this game without paying a lot into it then being charged to get your money hopefully within the 2-14 day processing time. ✓ MisleadingWell I downloaded the game thinking I was getting 20 dollars just for downloading like the app ad said and of course it was a scam. Thought it would be a good starting point to actually play money tournaments. ✓ CheatersTournament turnaround takes a long time. Not giving you opportunity to actually cash out because of long waits to complete games. They cheated me out of winnings. ✓ 👎👎I do not recommend this game at all. First of all, when playing the bingo you it will tell you all the numbers you don’t have. which isn’t bad i mean it’s a part of bingo. But at the last 5 seconds it will tell you the last number you need to get a bingo, and by then you have no time to hit the bingo button. Also i don’t really understand the point of the bingo button. The last 4 games, including money games, I have received scores under 10,000 points. But I’ve been beaten by what I presume to be bots who have gotten over 39,000 pts for the same game. In order to get that score, you have to get a coverall with over 30 seconds to spare. The last game I didn’t get a single bingo. So, in playing the exact same game, someone else got a coverall with 30 seconds to spare and I didn’t get a single bingo with the numbers popping up at the same rate? ✓ Glitches!!Ever since I’ve updated this app, it’s gotten progressively worse. I used to love playing this game. Now I’m losing money and coins. I normally test out a game before betting big. ✓ HmmMy issue is with the certain prize pool games, I’m receiving the same card, I’m supposedly put against people with that card, the card has only ten numbers called out of all the numbers being called, and it is the same exact numbers and order of numbers. If the card was the same but the numbers called in each game were different, that would make it fair, but to recall the same exact numbers using the same exact card , that has no way of winning, is not at all a fair game. I can hear when the order of numbers being called is the same as the last round. I can provide the screenshots , I’m working on an way to let you hear what I mean. ✓ Rigged GameTheir multi-play “tournaments” are 100% rigged. I’m talking about the one where you can play 4 times to increase your score. You will draw the exact same numbers in the exact same order for each play. You’re essentially wasting your time watching 4 one minute ads with no chance of improving your score. The pace is just right and even though it had some glitches in the past (app crash when totaling lucky day scores for example), I was winning a little bit here and there to work my balance to over $200. But something has happened that I don’t get. After fixing the glitches and up dating I can’t seem to win anything. Like overnight I went from winning to losing with winning scores being 2-3 higher than mine. That never happened before, ever. So what changed?
