FrustratingI’m trying to stop my subscription in the allotted time and they are making it practically impossible. You have to call but finding their phone number is impossible. If you aren’t sure you want to stay with this don’t sign up.Version: 2.26.0

If i could give it 0 stars, i wouldIf i could give it 0 stars, i would. they denied my prescription after being diagnosed, they ignore my messages, i tried calling and their customer service is so incompetent. they can’t help you with anything. truly one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had. i never leave negative comments but i felt like i had to. it’s almost a scam..Version: 2.50.1

Seriously fell shortI gave this service a try to help with anxiety. A treatment plan was provided for me after answering a couple of questions. There was no conversation with the provider. I requested a different plan and instead of updating my plan, it was cancelled. And, I was never notified. I reached out to figure out what was going on (I thought maybe my order was processing) and I was informed that I would have to redo the appointment because technical limitations of their system. So not only did my plan go updated and unnoticed by the physician and care team, they also wanted me to go through this again with no explanation. I understand things happen but when you’re dealing with mental health, it’s important to do what you say you’re going to do for your patients and they fell majorly short for me. I’ve since tried a similar more personable service and I like it better!.Version: 2.29.0

SubscriptionAt the beginning the app said start a subscription and do this discounted rate for three months for $46 and I went ahead and signed up for them to charge me $123. That’s not what I signed up for and now I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel my subscription or order and refund me because I can’t do that! I reached out for help and I got the shaft.Version: 2.29.0

Selling products they don’t even haveI made an order many days ago and nothing has shipped. When I asked they let me know that they actually do not have the product they sold me yet. They charged me obviously. And.. obviously no refund or discount. Just « wait ».Version: 2.31.0

PriceWhile it seems nice to pay 85$ a month for a prescription that comes right to your door you face the issue that I can get the same prescription from Walgreens for 6$…. It’s also an SSRI meaning if they have trouble getting the product I could go days- weeks without taking the medication leading me into withdraw and losing all the progress I made..Version: 3.09.0

DisappointedI have been seeing so many commercials and advertisements for HERS. I thought I would give it a try as I feel the help I’m currently receiving for my depression and anxiety isn’t helping me. I was looking forward to trying this out and possibly getting the help I need. But unfortunately after completing all the questions I got a message saying I do not qualify for the services provided through HERS. I really wish more of an explanation could have been provided as to why I currently don’t qualify to receive the help I am seeking. I’m sure if you are qualified to receive care the app would be a great resource for you but unfortunately I cannot speak on that..Version: 3.04.0

Slow response timeI used Hers app prior to this and the response time with them was immediate. At Nurx it takes like 9 days to hear back about anything..Version: 3.11.0

LiarrrssssRead between the lines when ordering your prescription!! Charged me $128 for a prescription i thought was $25. Luckily i realized and canceled within 24 hrs and the customer service rep was very kind. They need to be more clear on they’re charged and prescription methods. just go to your regular health provider and get the ugly yellow bottle and save 100$. Not worth it for a cute bottle and mail order..Version: 2.41.0

HUGE waste of money and timeI do not recommend this service. When signing up I remember thinking the price was a bit steep, but I needed the medication so I went for it anyways. After receiving it, I jumped through all the usual hoops with my insurance to find out how to submit a reimbursement claim and was told that I need a pharmacy receipt (not a regular receipt of purchase — a special receipt with medication information). I reached out to customer service to obtain it and was told that hers does not provide these receipts. So not only do they not take insurance, they also make it impossible to get reimbursed by your insurance. This is really something that should be made clear in advance. I’m sure they’re aware that this is an issue for people as I can’t be the first one to complain. Just go through your insurance, it will be way cheaper and you won’t have to waste time and money doing it twice. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use hers. They will essentially rob you of $100 or more. So much for making medication accessible..Version: 3.04.0

Prescribed and billed me meds without my approvalThis is a dangerous app and not fit for many people struggling with depression and anxiety. I signed up for a consultation hoping to be presented with options that I could then think about and choose. Instead, after only filling out an intake survey, I was billed for and prescribed an antidepressant! I didn’t even get asked if I wanted the medication. There was no discussion of the potential side effects. There were no other options provided! Im now trying to cancel and get out of this platform that should not be considered a medical platform. Let people make their own choices about medications at their own pace..Version: 3.04.0

Logging inThe app will not let me log in. I know my password is correct because I can log in on the web page. I’ve even changed my is twice! Even when I change it it still won’t let me in. So frustrating..Version: 3.04.0

They will only take you if you are an “easy” patientI got rejected despite being stable on my meds for years because of my history of the common stuff not working. Don’t bother if you can’t take first-line stuff like SSRIs. I have no insurance and can’t afford in person visits with a provider currently, really disappointed these apps are all so limited. Editing to respond to their response: my medication is listed as being something they do give. It is not a controlled substance. I was turned down based on my history, much of which is over 10 years old, because I refuse to cycle back through / retry SSRI when I know what works and they do claim to offer it..Version: 2.46.0

“Primary Care” is a SCAMI’ve been using Hers for a few months now and there were no issues until recently. Their “Primary Care” visits are a straight up scam. You’re basically paying $39 to send a message to a provider, but they don’t have to help you. After my initial request for an appointment, the NP asked me NO follow up questions, and told me to go see a provider in-person. That defeats the whole purpose and was a complete waste of money. I wasn’t even recommended a medication, absolutely NOTHING. Very disappointing and TERRIBLE customer service. Brianna huffed and puffed on the phone when I asked about a refund and was very dismissive. Sad how people take advantage these days..Version: 2.46.0

Doctors are condescendingI tried to sign up with Hers for a birth control subscription since my insurance was recently canceled. I explained that I have been on the same birth control for years and it is what my neurologist and gynecologist both want me to be on for menstrual migraines. The doctor assigned to my case asked if I have auras with my migraines, which I responded to with no. She then responded again that it’s dangerous to take birth control if you have migraine with aura. “Please confirm”. I responded yes I know that but I don’t think I have aura you are referring to. I was confused as to what she meant by confirm. She then said well you need to check with your neurologist since you obviously don’t know what kind of migraine you have. I sent the exact quote from my latest medical notes from my neurologist stating I am being treated for migraine without aura, and the doctor still sent me a condescending message that she can’t trust anything I say and she will not prescribe me the medication that I need. When I’m not on this medicine, I have horrible migraines and faint every day during and around my periods. It’s horrible to me that they refuse to help people who actually need it..Version: 2.41.0

Low Quality CareThe doctor they paired me with acted like a robot & did not try to listen to my concerns or treat me like a person. Felt like they just go through the motions to prescribe never ending daily pills. Doesn’t seem to care about actually helping people..Version: 3.11.0

UnresponsiveHave not been responded to regarding questions about my medication in a couple of days by my provider or the concierge. I understand people being busy but the app says it has 24/7 support and will respond within a few minutes or hours and it’s been days..Version: 2.41.0

Don’t waste your moneyI did the 3 month subscription and filled the info out to get on medication for my anxiety. That together was almost $200. I then went to apply for a therapist because I don’t want to take medication without talking to anyone first. I was denied therapy saying I didn’t meet the “criteria”. Now I’ve been on hold for 2 hours for ANYONE to answer me about getting a refund. Not worth anyones time..Version: 2.50.1

Do not recommendThis is for people who have mild anxiety and depression. This service gets the hopes of many up who struggle deeply. They want to help you but not if you have severe anxiety and depression. I don’t think this is a solid app. This seems like a scam and clearly not actual doctors. Very disappointed and a waste of time. I suggest you answer questions dishonestly to get help. If you answer that you had struggled with alcohol or drug abuse they won’t help you. This is a huge waste of money and waste of an app..Version: 3.04.0

Waste of time! Don’t fall for this “woman focused” scam.I have amazing insurance and have no issues getting anxiety medication if I choose to, but seeing the Hers commercials made it seem like they give you a doctor that really takes care of your needs and recommends A PLAN, i.e., can offer something your regular medical provider can’t…so I gave it a go. Filled out the absurdly long questionnaires etc., I shared that I get general anxiety but will take Ativan if I have a rare panic attack. A doctor then messages me a day later with absolutely zero questions and says since you take Ativan daily I can’t help you, please see a doctor in person. It is apparent to me that this business plan is to throw at anxiety medications at as many women as they can as long as they don’t speak of any existing medications. Their commercial actually speaks for itself “you can get lexapro.” How is that a good idea to market it as an easy get? They are misleading that their doctors HELP YOU set up a plan. They do not care about you they will not help you unless you qualify for them to just easily prescribe medication..Version: 3.04.0

Nurse didn’t help at allI tried to get help for anxiety and said I had incredibly minor mania I even did all the research to see if any of the meds they carried were ok for me to use and talked to my therapist before hand and found one they carry that I can take and when the nurse read about my very acute mania she said they couldn’t help me even though I told them exactly what medication I wanted. Glad you don’t pay until you get the medication but it was still a massive waste of time and now I still have to suffer through my anxiety that I can’t afford medication for because this was the only medication in my price range..Version: 3.11.0

Beware of Unscrupulous pricing for minoxidilIf you have insurance, make sure to check your meds coverage before signing up because the cost might be WAY cheaper with insurance. I signed up on Hers without realizing that it doesn’t link up with / take insurance. I was prescribed low dose minoxidil which Hers charges $90 for 3 months. Afterwards I checked my insurance coverage and it costs only $2.5 for 3 months!? Yes, less than 3 dollars, and Hers charges almost $100. Will not purchase this from Hers. Unscrupulous pricing taking advantage of people’s impulses..Version: 2.36.0

StealingI was charged $40 for a txt saying that they couldn’t help. Your company should be ashamed and I’m not shamed to share, charging people on limited income and disability extra money for a txt that doesn’t even help??? I’m so proud my mama raised me right, do you think your making your mom proud? Soooo freaking sad.Version: 3.09.0

I can’t even log into the appNo other issues other than I could not log in for an hour despite resetting my password 5 different times, I can only log in through a browser and constantly get told “wrong user/password combination” on the app. Frustrating isn’t even the word for this..Version: 3.04.0

Thanks for nothingI tried to sign up to get online anxiety treatment because seeing an in person doctor is not an option for because of, you know, ANXIETY. But my request was denied and they told me I am “better-suited” for in-person treatment. So I guess I will just suffer 🙃 The commercials make it seem like you can get help even if you have severe anxiety, but don’t get your hopes up..Version: 3.04.0

Just go to your primary careI had some neck pain/ dizziness and head pressure and it says that they can help with neck pain. So I thought it would be easier to just do this online and pay $39. Well I do the questionnaire they provided and a couple hours later I get a message back from a NP (nurse practitioner) saying that they can’t help me because my my headache and dizziness can be something more serious. I did reply back and let them know that it’s neck pain, dizziness, and head pressure and I didn’t get a reply back and got charged the $39. I contacted chat and they did not help. They said they couldn’t refund me. Just go to a primary care provider. Don’t waste your time on this..Version: 3.04.0

Poor communicationSigned up for treatment, I take asks if you want to have options, I said yes, 2 days later I get an email stating what my treatment was and a charge for $123. Pardon me?! The treatment was barely a starter dose why would I want that for 3 months? No discussion, nothing. Waste of time..Version: 3.04.0

Don’t bother with this serviceI saw some ads for this company that said they prescribe Propranolol for anxiety. I took the questionnaire and indicated that I would like to start propranolol as it has done very well in treating my anxiety, since I have the physical symptoms since I do a lot a public speaking. They immediately denied me and said they can’t treat me. Super frustrating to see that they do advertise they prescribe it, on their own website no less! So if you are like me, and interested in or have taken propranolol before don’t bother with this company..Version: 3.04.0

READ THIS BEFORE DOWNLOADING! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!IF YOU HAVE A PARENT THAT HAS A MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS OR IF YOU THINK THEY DO, you will be declined and instructed to seek a mental health provider locally. I was quickly declined after sharing that I believe my father had a mental health history. At least thats all that I could imagine I was declined for being I have no mental health record and this is recent stresses that landed me on the site. Do not waste your time getting excited for the insight they may have or assistance with treatment. I was let down and told I have a complex mental health history even. No explanation provided beyond that. Well done HERS!.Version: 3.11.0

Waste of timeI was really hoping for a way to receive help from this app because therapy near me is too expensive and if I was able afford it I wouldn’t be scheduled with a therapist until MONTHS out with how much mental health issues have gone up everyone is too busy to help. And the commercials make it seem so helpful more than what it really is, I answered all the questions truthfully and when it got to the end it told me I do not qualify for anything. It should definitely explain why not just oh sorry you don’t qualify… okay? I’d like to know why !! It’s so stressful not being able to afford therapy or medication and then finally finding something affordable just to be told I somehow don’t qualify when I 100% have depression and anxiety, I've already been diagnosed but I can’t seem to ever actually receive help. I’d rate it at least 2, maybe 3 stars if they’d actually explain why I’m not eligible for help, but for now it’ll have to stay a 1 ! This is so disappointing and sends me backwards again..Version: 3.11.0

Worst customer serviceGot told I was stupid for not seeing or reading that their first month deal doesn’t work, yet their advertising does not say that the discount application applies to certain month payment choices. “It’s spelled out” how rude, never again..Version: 2.36.0
