✓ ReviewI love this game, it’s honestly got me in a choke hold but on a couple of separate occasions I’ve been close to opening a chest where I was guaranteed to get an enchanted epic piece of equipment but then it would automatically reset to 40 more opens. I don’t know the reason behind this but as someone who’s spent so much money on a mobile game this shouldn’t be something I have to worry about happening.Version: 2.5.700
✓ Fun, but the ads came out of nowhereI was playing until chapter 3, and suddenly I’d get ads after opening an elite’s chest in the middle of a run! And it was every chest, so every run is taking way longer because it’s constantly interrupted by ads! Some are 5 seconds and then skippable, but most are not able to be skipped until after 30 seconds minimum. There’s no one-time purchase of “ad-free” either. They have tickets. You buy ad-skipping tickets! That would get so expensive so fast! It was a lot of fun, but that many ads (with other in-game purchases I might add) really turned me off of the game. I’d rather pay $5-7 CAD for ad free and then just enjoy my game..Version: 2.5.600

✓ Fun little game, dynamic spells, easy gameplay loopI initially had issues with crashes and wrote a whole review citing how the game was fun and had potential but had a game breaking crash at level two - well as soon as I saved the review I saw there was an update. ✓ Really good game but could use more game modesGood graphics, smooth gameplay and decent levelling up, although could do with more item drops as you will find yourself struggling on harder levels This could be fixed by having more gameplay modes such as boss fights, fights against other players etc which would also differentiate the game with other similar games out there already.Version: 2.3.1

✓ Creative & FunOne of the better upgrade stacking games I’ve played. Kinda like playing Galaga or Metal Slug and collecting fun upgrades that eventually fills the entire screen with cool attack spells. Huge difficulty spike around lvl 15 though. I would never spend more than an hour or 2, at most maybe half a day, on a level and then I hit lvl 15 and been on it for almost 2 days. The talent tree gets pretty expensive after lvl 7.Version: 2.5.900

✓ W bug fixesI’ve been playing for about a week and so far the game is great. But as i hit level 6 and the hero evolve tutorial poped up and my game became hard locked on the tutorial directing me to press the evolve button that looked glitched into the menu. After only a day the bug is already fixed and i’ve been sent a nice little reward in my mailbox for it. Good work on these updated devs..Version: 2.3.8

✓ Loot scaling and heroesI think the game is great, however having been playing it for a while I realize that there is an issue with money and the way you upgrade heroes to the next level. For money it’s way too scarce, especially at the higher levels. You make the same amount as you do in the beginning for each level. Although you can play the game and still enjoy it, it’s difficult to catch up to your level in game and unlock all of its perks. For example, I am level 23 but I have only unlocked the permanent stats upgrades up until level 12 because I don’t have enough coins to upgrade. Now as for the heroes, I think the system is good but it requires too much RNG and too much time to make a hero worth while. You can play the game with the first hero the entire game giving that you unlock his second level. By the time you unlock one of the master level heroes your starter hero is usually much more powerful and it’s not worth using the master level heroes and giving the rarity of the master hero shards you won’t upgrade them anytime soon. By the time you get them to that second star rating your beginner hero will have reached the 3rd and still be much better. I think those two things should be balanced in order to make the game a 10/10. Great game, highly recommend it..Version: 2.5.600
