✓ AddictedI know it’s cliche to say, but I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. This game is an absolute delight! From the moment of download I was addicted. Rescuing cute dogs and cats while building up your clinic has been so wholesome. The aesthetic is so pleasing to the eye!! The animations are adorable and the overall look and sound makes it a cozy fun experience!! Unfortunately I am so sad because, I am quickly max-ing out every category of upgrades… and I will be devastated when I cannot level up or upgrade anymore… will this app grow? One hopes it will!! Please continue, and add more content!! There are some bugs here and there but it’s so easily forgiven because of how cute the game is! ✓ Love it!I just downloaded this game today, but I already love it! It has so many little thoughtful things in the game mechanics that help navigating through the game. Like being able to go to the menu and click “go” to find a a building (I get lost easily in games so this is very helpful for me) and the concept was very easy to pick up! Not to mention that the style is adorable. I love all the animals and the characters are a cute style too :) Like I said, I just started playing, so I’ll update if any problems arise, but I’m impressed so far! Note: if you don’t like waiting for things, idle games aren’t for you. But I like having the ability to put these kinds of games down and come back to them later when I’m bored.Version: 1.0.0

✓ Pet RescueI do really like all the components of the game, but if you’re gonna call your game “pet rescue” maybe make sure that part works? the first day i played i was getting reports of pets to rescue often. Second day i got absolutely none, unless i watched an ad and then with that i could only do that five times. I do enjoy the rest of the game, and it makes it super easy to navigate (useful cause there can be a lot going on)..Version: 1.0.0

✓ Recent bugFor some reason, the icons for various activities with the pets have been displayed as double. Had a cat that required “Food, bath, bath, play, food, bath, bath, play,” just to unlock one trait. Normally it’s up to five activities max. I think the repeated pattern as I quoted may be a bug. ✓ Awesome but disappointingI love this game! Ive been playing for a day or two now and im already addicted. The thing is, building takes way too long. You only have a certain amount of ads you can play, and they only take a little amount of time off. Otherwise, you spend gems which are hard to get, then you run out. Next is the reputation and research, I hate that you have to have a certain reputation level to build something, and that it takes so much money to research. It takes up a lot of my time and customers storm off because i dont have the room built. Lets say i need to build another consultation room, first you have to upgrade your bank (which takes WAY too long) to get more room for money, so you can build and level the room. Its an entire process for ONE ROOM, which i think is totally unnecessary. I have not spent any money on this game so far and refuse to, but other than the building and reputation the game is great. Its relaxing and i absolutely love animals, and i log on almost every day (multiple times) to see if there are any new animals to rescue. Also, i think it should be easier to obtain gems. You did a great job making this game, awesome graphics and storyline. You have an objective, so it gives you motivation to upgrade and stuff. Im still only giving it 4 stars because i absolutely love the game and cant wait for new things.Version: 1.2.0
✓ So much fun! One suggestion…This game is so much fun, especially for an idle game. I love getting to rescue all the little pets! The one suggestion I have though is with the tasks. I really like to complete all the tasks and while some are straight forward, others are kind of cryptic. There are so many different places in this game where you can upgrade things that when it just names something but not where to find it, I can never complete it unless I do it by accident. For example, one task I have to complete right now says, “upgrade research efficient consultation improvements at level 1”. I have no idea where the heck I need to go to do this. It would be helpful to be able to click on the task and have it link you to where you need to update. Other than this I love the game! Not a ton of adds but you can watch some to get more money if you want..Version: 1.0.0

✓ Possible fixes neededI love the game for what it is. However so far there is only two things I don’t like. The first is if you switch a doctor out it upsets the current patient and then they leave. The next thing I do not like is that the distributors take all the inventory to the gift shop. Normal clinics would make the staff floor mandatory for stock to go to them and then the gift shop secondary. It’s annoying seeing clients leave because of having to wait and all the stock goes to the gift shop..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Like this game, but please fix!!??So i’ve been playing this almost every night for the last 6 months. i purchased the welcome pack and the no ads thing which was great value imo. BUT. there’s never much play time in one sitting. the wait times are pretty extreme especially when you can only upgrade one thing at a time (or in my case, 2 since i bought an extra builder). like 6 months it’s taken me to ALMOST complete all upgrades — one of my “surgeries” requires 10 million cash to finish the last upgrade… my vault is at MAX upgrade and i can’t only have 7.2 mil at a time, so it’s literally impossible to upgrade my last surgery. like i cannot upgrade my vault any more??? how am i meant to complete this lol. anyways. i like the game, i like the concept, but can y’all please look at improving it a little? maybe adding new shelters to move on to once we’ve finished? reducing the restriction on how many upgrades can be done at a time? AND the adoption applications are so few per day, especially when you’ve got animals with three traits and the applications only want one lol and not the other two you have. honestly, the game is super cool but feels very incomplete..Version: 1.3

I do wish there were ways to get more builders and researchers without having to pay irl money. The times are extremely long, even with the speeding up options. ✓ I don’t often review…I don’t often review games unless they are either really good or really bad. This one absolutely surprised me! I love the natural flow of progression in the game. The art is pleasing, there’s not much time you have to waste between upgrade. Even the tasks and goals are fun and entertaining. It’s hard to find genuine games which don’t have annoying constant ads. There’s ads in this game, but mostly you get rewards or get to choose when to watch them. I like that option way better than random ads interrupting the game. This way it flows easier and provides a better experience for the player. Fantastic job! ✓ Pretty good, but some flawsThe app is pretty good. The gameplay is simple and of course the developer has shown clear improvements from their other games. Ads are non existent unless you want one of the rewards they offer. I do have two complaints however: ad-free purchase should be a little more affordable and available in the actual store, because it’s not currently and unless you get an offer for an ad you can’t see the ad free option. Second, the vets request way too many materials for the amount you manufacture. While my facility is not fully upgraded I have no doubt that this will continue to be an issue even when I am. If it’s not, you should not have to be fully upgraded in order for you to be able to balance out the materials wanted vs the materials produced, this should be something you are able to do throughout the game play..Version: 1.2.0

✓ DisappointedI love this game but the only thing I really don’t enjoy is how long is takes to upgrade things. Three hours? Four hours?! I mean come on. It stinks because I get everything maximize and then every upgrade takes four hours. If the building and upgrades could be like five to ten minutes that’d be great. ✓ Fun gameI downloaded this game a month or so ago. It’s been one of the most enjoyable games thus far. I haven’t had to purchase anything to continue playing the game. Building stuff does take time and you can watch ads to shorten the time. My only complaint is that I’ve not upgraded everything as high as it can go and I can’t progress anymore until the producer releases another update. ✓ Great game! Has some glitchesAfter you get a good bit into progressing there are a good few glitches that happen. Some I’ve experienced: The animals required activities get visually doubled when looking at them through anything other than the bio you get when clicking on them. One section in the Bathing site is not named, instead it just says #!#THERMAL_WATER_NAME#!# I find it the lack of name entertaining though. There is also a glitch where a pet will sometimes instantly finish their task, such as eating, without even having a timer. It normally just takes a split second and the pet is done. If you activate two boosters at the same time it will visually delete the first booster. I have not looked into if it deletes the first booster entirely. I love the game though! ✓ In-Game PlayI really enjoy the game, but I’m having the HARDEST time trying to figure out how to get past this objective. It says I have to increase “advance in surgery” research to level 1 but I cannot find advance in surgery or any source that can give me steps on how to find it. To make my point, it would make the game more enjoyable if figuring out where/how to complete the objective was easier. When the pet supply shop is open all my distributors keep delivering supplies to the shop instead of to the consultation, radiology and surgery rooms :( we need an option so some can deliver just to those rooms and some can deliver to the shop and adoption area. ✓ Very quick to finish / make it more interestingGame was very addictive for the first weeks I’ve now expanded the entire map and nearly maxed out on everything. all objectives are complete and there’s nothing ahead to look forward to. There’s definitely room for improvement and new options. Whether it be a groomer in the vets. Could you possibly put an unusual vet who specialises in bird / rodents / farm animals etc. Have a rescue part for larger animals such as horses. Train them up to put them up for adoption. Surely you guys have a lot of ideas but please have an update soon. Ps. the fact there’s about 10/12 hours between constructions is outrageous. If you want to keep people interested make it interesting! No one wants to wait that long to gain something that can be maxed out in two seconds because their bank is maxed out. ✓ Good! But I hit a roadblockI love this game a ton, has to be one of my if not my favorite idle games. The only issue I have is that I’m not progressing AT ALL, everything feels very standstill so I’m hoping for an update at some point. Other than that, it’s a ton of fun and very nice to look at. ✓ Really great but a couple of glitches.I’m loving the game, however I’ve recently unlocked the pet shop and it’s so glitchy the menu to upgrade doesn’t work properly and it crashes when upgrading things. I also want to hire more distributors- when I try to do this it says I need to upgrade a perk to do so, but when I click solve the thing it takes me too says it’s maxed out and I can’t upgrade it anymore so I can’t hire anyone else :( If these two errors were patched in an update I’d happily change to 5/5. ✓ Best Game So Far but Watch OutThis is probably the best game I’ve played from them. However, I hope it isn’t intentional but the game overcharges for gems. It’ll take more gems in a given transaction than it’s supposed to. For example, it shows I can use one gold gem to speed up washing, playing or eating, but when I choose to do so, it’ll actually take four. I’m hoping it’s a glitch and I can reimbursed for the gems taken. Still it’s the best game. I do hope they have seasonal themes..Version: 1.2.0
