✓ Not enough content but great game!Rated the game 4 of 5 stars mainly because there is not enough content. There are currently 3 cities to police. I have been playing 1 month and for 2 weeks now I have been waiting for the next city to open up. All of my other police stations are fully maxed. That being said I find the game very enjoyable. There are very few ads which I like. I am a very patient person so waiting for a short time for money to build up is not a problem for me. Money accrues fairly quickly. I spent $9.99 to buy the no ads feature which I feel was well worth the money as it is permanent and carries into all your cities allowing you to get the double income bonus when you log into a city as well as getting prisoners and investors income without having to view ads. I’m not tech minded enough to know if it’s a server issue or something else, but it definitely needs fixing. ✓ I love the game, but it can drag outI really love these sorts of games. If you’re into building up a business from nothing and making it into a huge success, this is the game for you. There are some similar games to this I’ve played involving a hotel and a prison, but that’s where this game is considerably worse than both of them. Normally any complaints about ads are there’s too many and I understand the goal is for people to pay money, but being able to watch ads for money or special perks, like the other games would make this one a lot more fun. Even if there’s a limit to how many ads you can watch over a certain time frame would be better than no ads at all and having to wait every single Tim for your money to build back up. The only other problem I have is I can’t turn the sound off. When I click the options I can turn off music, but the sounds of coughing and such stay so I can’t listen to music or anything while I play the game. Some graphic issues but does not effect the gameplay (like characters walking through cars or sitting where there is no furniture yet). When you’re in the tab that shows each department’s progress, clicking on each department should actually take us to that department. Trying to find it can be a little aggravating at times. Instead of having money for each city, we should have just 1 bank account. After completing a city, we lose so much money that can help us continue with other cities. Stop making the update costs so high. It’s crazy to build a desk or item at $1,000 then the last update is 18,000,000. That’s just a ridiculous amount. ✓ SuggestionsWould you guys be able to add a confirmation when using gems to speed up building because when scrolling through to manage my station it’s very touchy and accidentally spent a lot of gems. Another idea for future stations is have is a helicopter unit and maybe a bomb squad/ bomb threat team and we can purchase the bomb robot and upgrade it to work faster. Lastly maybe give us the chance to name ourselves. I often log on for 5 minutes and then come back in 4 hours when I’ve earned enough currency to play for another 5 minutes, I feel like having options to speed up time, even just as a reward for watching a video, would be a really good addition. - I feel like maybe if the employees had names and you could see how long they’d been working there, personally fire them. ✓ Amazing game definitely download!In my opinion, the game is better than most mobile games. You can get different divisions, unlock new stations, and upgrade the divisions. The only thing I don’t like is I have to unlock a bit too many stations to get what I want. For example, I currently want prison guards in the second station, it makes it more realistic, but you can’t get them in the second station. Just make it so a few more things are in the second station. Where there are some minor graphical issues I can ignore (glitchy art when zooming, a missing criminal graphic), the further I go along, the more it feels like things have been forgotten or bugged. For example, in the 2nd city, absolutely everything has been upgraded, but I’m stuck at 4 shield ranking. Then in the 3rd city, one objective calls for desks in a crime unit be upgraded to level 6... but the maximum is level 4. With increasingly noticeable and potentially game-breaking issues, I’m worried about having wasted my money. ✓ Pretty good overallDefinitely needs more cities. However, I also wish I could specify which cases go to which department, ideally a ratio of them if multiple departments can handle them. When I progress a lot in a city, I'd often end up in a situation where 2 types police officer departments can handle the same type of case, but it always goes to the higher ranking department, which is busy with 5 other types of cases that only it can handle, while the lower ranking one is empty till the other one overflows, and then the lower one is dealing with types of cases not meant for it which compounds the problems... The details of the management is not too complicated and would keep me busy and entertained. I've been playing games from Digital Things for a very long time now, starting from the hotel one, and planning to keep on playing their games 😊 One thing for the developers though. It seems that there is a bug that messed up the flow of Interns' route, because I keep seeing cases being brought from Receptionist straight to Advance Tactical Team (or other Arrest dept.) without being processed by the detectives/engineers/scientist, that's what happens in both of my 2 police stations that I'm currently running. Can you please fix this issue? Because I feel like it's a waste for me to upgrade those Research dept. with no cases to be solved 😥 I have built all the offices by the way, the departments are complete. It slightly lowered the quality of gaming experience, and I really don't want to be dissapointed because you have a great base for this game. Hope I get a response and the problem is soon fixed. I feel that there should be more jail cells or more available upgrades for them since on the 2nd and 1st station my jail cells have been filled and when I arrest more criminals they just leave. Number one is, After a certain point there aren’t many cases left and some departments become obsolete like crime labs, never has that many cases anymore. It’s very annoying . It’s addicting to upgrade your Police Station, Graphics look a lot better and less mine craft like than the other ones ! Like I’ve been searching for good idle games and the only good ones I could find was this one, idle supermarket tycoon and theme park tycoon. ✓ I have some great suggestionsI first want to point out it is an awesome game but I have some suggestions to make it so much better first could you make it so the prisoners will sometimes escape just to add detail second I think you should be able to get different cars like the more you upgrade the cooler the car and can you add a helicopter I think that would be cool it could. Make it where every arrest the police goes too the police will sometimes lose but a helicopter will make you have a better chance of winning. I think you should add all of these. I’d like to see an extra guide section somewhere that explains the color coding of different reports taken by reception and what each of the symbols mean when unlocking a new section. I understand some of the symbols are very self explanatory but I’d still like to see some more available information. Third. Can we get enough vehicles for all of the officers. The radical and advanced tactical units don’t have enough vehicles, so it looks kind of silly for one of the trans to go on foot to finish a case. Those are some of the big things for me. ✓ Great game! One glitch remains...This is a great game and I’ve played it almost to the end (at least up to now, which is Haikang). There’s a glitch that barely, if any, interns go to the phone helpline. So basically none of the arrests needed get done, and the workers get frustrated. Please fix this in the next update as it makes it impossible to even get 5 stars on the police station, almost no people walk in to report and interns only take those reports! ✓ Awesome game, nearly perfectThis is a really fun game for anyone who enjoys idle genre. There’s a few small bugs, one in particular is I often see the criminals who’ve been locked up lined up to go into jail, the lines often are going through a wall or staircase. Can I also suggest that once a criminal has done time in jail when they leave their appearance is changed such as not dressing like a punk etc anymore. Also I’d like to see the jail capacities much higher, it always seems that I’m putting so many into jail that the prisoners spend all of 2 minutes in jail before they’re pushed out and replaced as jails are at capacity. ✓ Good, but has some bugsEnjoying the game so far, but I’ve run into the weird bug where background noise still comes through, as well as the interns will take petty crimes, (I.E. vandalism and traffic violations) to my counterfeiting and fraud detectives, thus being less efficient. I’m hoping once I unlock the crime lab and major crimes it will rectify itself, but as is I don’t ever use the fraud room, as it’s redundant. Cheers! P.s. ✓ A lot needs sortingIt’s a good game. But there can be a lot of issues, you’ll have two departments that are full of cases like 50/50 constantly but then the other 3-4 have 0 so there’s no balance in regards to how all the cases get dishes out between the departments and it’s got to the point where I have 1 employee in each of those left over departments and I don’t even bother upgrading them... it really needs having some kind of fix as it’s just a badly designed game that could be really fun! - After response from creator I have the entire map at 100% and ALL the departments are open and 100% upgrades, but still the Chem lab, the detectives and another department doesn’t get ANY cases while all the cases go to other departments with NO ORANGE NOTIFICATIONS... so they aren’t overworked or too busy, they are able to handle the work but I’ve got dead weight in the other departments so at the moment they’ve all got 1 employee and I’m getting a load of money!.NLSuttonVersion: 1.0.2
