✓ No supportI have had this app for many years and enjoyed it. It’s worked well. I had it as a paid subscription so I didn’t have the ads. I’m not sure what happened with the programmers and support people as I renewed my subscription last month, but have yet to be able to get in and use that subscription. I have sent emails to support and received nothing in return. I can’t log in nor can I reset my password I would highly suggest don’t pay for the subscription and waste your money..Version: 10.8.717

✓ Simply the worstThe functionality isn't all that bad but what a terrible interface. If the intrusive way the ads are presented don't annoy you enough then the splash screen that takes about 10 seconds before the app actually opens definitely will. ✓ OkSeems like a decent app but I can't use many of the features because it doesn't list either store I use. In Atlanta, GA both Kroger and Wal-Mart are huge and by far the most widely used. ✓ Garbage support!Used to be a great app that allowed sharing lists across multiple devices but that feature quit working. App hasn’t been updated in over 3 years. Tried downloading both the original Shopper as well as the Shopper Lite, can’t even make a new account. So this useless if you decide on the pay version is suppose to sync with the web app. It's an extra $1.99/year to opt out of the adds if you decide to upgrade. Other than this it looks nice, great color scheme easy on eye. Would like to see app badge update the number of items in the card. ✓ Don’t trust this appI used it for years until yesterday when they deleted ALL my lists! I contacted them because I thought I had caused the crash. They informed me that they were holding my lists HOSTAGE AND COULD GET THEM BACK IF I PAID FOR THE GOLD PLAN. ✓ Too Much, Now CumbersomeI used this app exclusively for grocery shopping for one feature over almost all others ... I could enter list items quickly. That is now broken by the latest upgrade, where the quick entree box retains the prior search term instead of clearing it after an item is added. This app also has far more options than I ever need ... I just want to make a basic grocery list, without calling on all sorts of Internet bells and whistles. An ad-free lite version that stays true to the core idea of how folks make a hand-written list and that returns quick-entree to its previous behavior would be perfect ... oh, too late ... ✓ Pretty badThis is the worst shopping list app I've ever seen. After 8 pages of instruction the user is bombarded with alerts, conflicting navigation, and redundant functionality. "Back" buttons are reserved for pushing onto the nav. "Cancel" is for modal screens. I am not sure the developers or designers actually own an iOS device. In alerts "tour" and "thanks" are not explicit. Not sure exactly why you can edit the categories you browse. Why do list and cart behave the same way? What is the purpose or difference? I shop at several grocery stores and like to have some items available at the different stores, other items available at only one store. With Shopper, when I select different stores, I get the same list. Why have many stores all with the same list? I want one master grocery list, filtered by the particular store. Besides, this is a very confusing interface. I've been using shopping apps for many years, and after playing with this one for over an hour, I still can't figure much of it out. I will give them this, there are a lot of Help screens. I know, because I found them. Twice. Can't find them now to save my life. ✓ Recent update ruined a good appThis used to be a great app until you updated it and now there is the annoying splash screen because one is using the lite version. It a situation where one almost feels forced to buy it to get rid of the splash screen, however I am rather skeptical that it would. I can go in and add a store but my only option from there is to Cancel. The ads/circulars don't work. I much prefer using the preinstalled Notes app on my iPhone than this.
