✓ Not that badI'm not sure why Boingo is getting such bad reviews. I was able to use it frequently without issues and if no Boingo hotspot existed it was usually coupled with another supplier, still allowing me to connect using my Boingo account. I had to unfortunately terminate my account (this had nothing to do with Boingo service) and this was done painlessly via email. I received an immediate response from their support team and had no issues with terminating my agreement. If I was in need of a mobile wireless service I would certainly reconsider Boingo..IFringForFunVersion: 0

Absolute waste of time and money. (Boingo's service might be worth paying for - I wouldn't know as I wasn't online so I couldn't find a hotspot to get online.
