✓ Great app!Have been using for some time and it is great for travel. I search the area I intend to go to for the best caches there, load them into GC Buddy and I am all set. Once I get there I search my list by distance, and there they are! Also nice to save info in the notes section and approach a difficult cache later. BUT: need to be able to see the ghost icon ( it posts these a traditional icon) and also to see favorite points shown other than just the first time you load it. ✓ Pre-Planning works.Whilst I do subscribe to the thoughts of MZ64, I have found it useful to pre-programe the Multi caches I intend to do before I head out for a days caching. Thus i have good idea as to what is ahead. As a non mathematical person and have trouble sorting out formulas, so what does puzzle me at the moment, and I'm sure there is an answer, is how do you handle a set of numbers created in the middle of a multi. Say a formula gives you a number consisting of two or more characters which then become individual numbers e.g. E = A +B+C = 456 where 4 = X, 5 = Y and 6 = Z..Backburner04Version: 5.50

✓ Excellent App, Clearly Written by a GeocacherLike the author's other geocaching app, Geocaching Toolkit, this one really fills a need that other programs don't seem to have. Designed for multi's, you can use this to automate the process of recording your parking location and deriving new coordinates from clues at each waypoint. In the short time it has been out I find myself using it often and I appreciate the small things the author has put in to make our geocaching lives easier. For example, when entering GC numbers, not only is 'GC' already filled in, but when switching back and forth between numbers and letters, the letter keyboard remains in all caps. A small thing, but appreciated. In short, you can tell this was written by a geocacher. I've given this five stars, not only because it is an excellent app that dovetails with Geopher Lite, but also for the responsiveness of the author. He is open to suggestion and has answered all email in a very timely fashion. Most appreciated. Definitely worth downloading and adding to your geocaching arsenal..CapnDaftVersion: 0

✓ Multis just became fun again!I often wondered why I needed a pen and paper to multis when I had a smart machine in my hands to find the coordinates! GCBuddy came to the rescue. The interface was quite intuitive and improves each release. I'm currently using GCBuddy for a string of multis and puzzles. One puzzle, a word find, left me with a bunch of letters to convert then add up. Sure there's other tools for that, but having GCBuddy load the cache, then manually enter the 16 alphas left in the puzzle into a clue spot, cut-n-pate the final coordinates, and I was done. ✓ Brilliant app!This app is perfect for all multi caches and many puzzle caches. It is easy to use and makes life much easier.I used to use a scap of paper and switch between the clue and calculator and made the odd mistake as well. This app solves everything. ✓ Good application for Puzzle CachesI delayed buying this app until I saw that there would be integration with iGeoCacher and decided to purchase it to see how the integration worked. What I found was that it really makes doing the puzzle caches easier where you solve for different parts of the final coordinates. I was delighted to see a custom keyboard for entering the information. I think details like the custom keyboard reflect the care and forethought put into this application. I recommend this app and look forward to more integration with iGeoCacher in the future..Phillip PorchVersion: 0
