✓ Not Bad at All(UPDATE.. sorry had to re-rate stars because meant to give it 4 stars not three as it is quite a good app, but would get 5 stars if the following is included in update) can be enjoyable for a while but eventually lacks longetivity.. agree with a previous review, needs a record and loop function.. Better still if it could rival the 'Korg Kaossillator' then this would be sensational and if for any reason this isn't possible, then could someone please (or Korg themselves) please release a Kaossillator or exactly similar WITH added pattern, appregiator, loop, record and save functions please! More different themed noises and changeable settings please, then I may change my mind. Apart from being a bit of fun and an iPhone showpiece, my wife hates it and won't let me use it without headphones. 5-10 minutes of fun occaisionaly but far better apps rated much lower than this noise maker. ✓ Best musical app available!No kidding. The interface is so simple and easy to use, meaning anyone can get down with this guy. Not a one trick pony...the choices for tones/delay/overdrive effects give you so many options. The fact that you can customize the scale and range makes bebot genuinely useful in real musical settings. Polyphonic too! - awesome. If someone came out with a stand-alone touch screen style synth that sounded as good and was as heavily featured and versatile as this, I'd gladly pay $300 for one...and this is only 2 bucks! ✓ Drains battery in background - bugged or bad?I reinstalled Bebot from my My Purchases list on Monday evening, played with it for a few minutes, and then forgot about it. Haven’t opened it again since. Today, Thursday afternoon, I’m looking at my battery usage graph in Settings, and it shows that Bebot has been accounting for 30% of my battery usage each day since then, for “Audio, Background Activity” These are during days of heavy podcast & redditting use; its not like my phone was idling in standby all day either. Excuse me, but what? What is Bebot doing so much of in the background? At best, this is just buggy and unmaintained software. At worst, I find it pretty suspicious..Nolan in EdmontonVersion: 2.1.1
