Flickr for Negative User Reviews

DisappointedI only used this app for iCloud storage, no sharing at all. Years ago when I started uploading my photos on Flickr from my desktop computer and my I phone’s camera roll, it was great, fast upload and 1 TB free space, I didn’t think there’s a better option than this to safely store your life time worth of photos. Once in a while, I was checking the space left for uploading and I never used more than 50% of the maximum, actually, 1 year ago when I stopped using Flickr, I was using only 1/3 of the space. So, a year ago, I started getting notifications that soon, they’ll start charging an amount of money, which was too much for me to pay. I switched to Google photos, which so far has been free and full of cool features. I’m sorry Flickr!.Version: 4.12.4

It’s going down hillIn recent weeks I have tried to add pics via the apple photo link on my phone or tablet and they are not being added to my a/c. Now trying to add to albums seams to have stopped working. I have enjoyed Flickr up to now but with change of ownership and system updates at server level the functionality is not improving. I post few pics but I may just stop now if these issue don’t improve as I like to share in my small way the photos I enjoy taking with others. Shame..Version: 4.11.5

Needs workWhile the basics for Flickr are great. If you scan through negatives you can’t change the date to the date the photograph was taken. This is a major flaw if you film..Version: 4.10.3

Attractive but superficialEither this app is applying some sort of content filter or there is something wrong with the search because the non-offical app Mobile Foto seems to get far better search results. The interface is very pretty but the functionality is less than half that of other apps. Mobile Foto is still the pick of the bunch by a long shot, but this app is free..Version: 0

Latest update (april 2024) messed up swipe up bar on ipadSwipe bar in full screen on the ipad used to disappear after a couple of seconds, but since the April update, this now remains at the bottom of the screen obscuring the bottom part of photos. Frustrating that developers don't appear to be accepting feedback or problem reporting, which is not great seeing as i pay an annual fee for Flickr pro membership and the latest update reduces the user experience. Not a major issue as such, but it is frustrating given that the primary role of this app is to upload and view your photos..Version: 4.17.28

Rapidly filling up with "AI" rubbishAll the features that made Flickr so attractive to photographers are rapidly being undermined by an uncontrolled flood of atrocious "generated AI" content, much of it created by creeps and wierdos with bizarre personal fetishes. Most groups have deteriorated into uselessness due to a lack of meaningful curation, filling up with vapid nonsense created through Stable Diffusion, Midjourney and similar tools. Why on Earth anyone at Flickr ever thought it sensible to allow any of this dross on the site is beyond me, as all it does is make the good stuff almost impossible to find, buried as it is under so much poorly rendered, cookie cutter "AI" trash..Version: 4.17.24

You had One Job……which is to reliably upload my photos. I’ve used and paid for Flickr since it’s heyday of the mid-2000s. The iOS app is a terrible waste of time which consistently fails to reliably upload photos from my phone to Flickr - the one thing I need it to do! Give it more than a handful and nothing happens - the progress bar gets stuck at zero, and - you guessed it - nothing happens. Later on, once I’ve lost interest, it magically seems to do something, but always ends up uploading *duplicates* of some (only some) of my photos. How can it be so bad? Why even bother offering Auto-Uploadr - who could possibly rely on such a thing? I want to believe it can be better, but after so many “bug fixes & enhancements” releases that don’t fix it’s primary reason for existence what can I do?.Version: 4.16.24

MacjimThis app is truly dreadful to use, and has been for a very long time now. I’ve reported this directly to Flickr and even provided video screen recordings showing the problem and that is; when you try to add images to both groups and folders, as you scroll down and continue to select folders and groups, the app clears those previous selects and fails to add them to those folders/groups. Even redoing those selections will end up, deselected… and on and on it goes. This app, Flickr, needs a complete rewrite, a brand new app made from the ground up, to fix this problem. Both iPhone and iPad apps are the same….Version: 4.16.25

Last update brokenCan’t upload photos..Version: 4.11.2

Bad appWorst app... keeps crashing and closing by itself.Version: 4.3.3

Missing features.Fairly new to Flickr but quickly fallen in love with the service. I find the app works fairly well with the features provided but it does seem to lack a number of features. Features that are available from the web interface. I find Flickr’s mobile site much more full featured, easier to navigate, more pro feeling UI, better stats, and far better at discovering new amazing images. When compared to the native application. I feel like it should be the other way around..Version: 4.14.1

Slow uploadsI have had Flickr on my iPhone 6 for about a week now and I downloaded as a way to keep all my photos in one place in order to remove them from my phone without losing them, i have 833 photos and 74 videos and I’ve been very patiently waiting for them to upload to my app but it says that I have 990 uploads complete out of 995, it has taken me a week to get to this point and I’m confused as to why it is taking so long and also why there are so many uploads when I don’t have that many on my phone, someone please help?.Version: 4.5.4

No more accessI used to be a fan but stopped using it a few years ago. I decided to login to see if they had improved the areas which caused me to leave and to enjoy a review of old photos. After several attempts it became apparent they deleted my account! Fair enough, I wasn’t using them for a while and my photos took up space valuable to them, but this somewhat destroys the concept of a safe place to store your photos. The new complex method of Yahoo’s interruption to the login process is frustrating and unnecessary, it’s not like Flickr is a bank is it? To repeatedly check you are human once isn’t too much but it repeatedly checks over and over again, sometimes less than 5 seconds between each attempt. I’m sure yahoo will find a convenient way to say it’s my fault but I don’t care, Flickr used to be a simple product to use and that was its beauty, yahoo have turned it into a behemoth and when once loyal users can no longer login to their accounts it turned into an epic failure. If you care for the longevity of your photos then this is not the product for you anymore..Version: 4.15.5

How do I select an album?Since I upgraded from an iPhone 7+ to an iPhone Xs I can’t add photos to a specific album. I can’t see that there is anywhere to type the album name to bring it up anymore, instead I have to scroll through my hundreds of albums in the hope of finding it. Can a developer please tell me how to do it? I also don’t ever get any notifications, for instance I used to upload 50-60 photos at a time and then do something else. When they were uploaded I’d get a notification to tell me it had finished uploading. Not any more..Version: 4.8.3

Stop showing other people photosI want to logon to my Flickr account and only view my albums and photos. Give me the option to explore others albums. The Upload tool doesn’t have the indicator to tell it complete are not and most of the time duplicates uploads of photos. Video upload is doesn’t work at all, please fix it..Version: 4.8.3

Would give it five stars if…This app is pretty solid and I'm really glad they went back to the old pre-Yahoo pricing for pro accounts. The app is great for going through and organizing photos you've already added to your account, although the geotagging features could be more robust. That being said, the uploading process for photos taken on my phone is insanely slow. It will sit on the "Uploadr preparing" screen for days at a time, sometimes weeks. And then once it does start uploading the photos, it will only do a certain amount and then stop for days at a time, so that months could possible pass by between taking photos and getting them uploaded. This happens whether I'm on wifi or not. And don't even get me started on uploading videos. There's no reason this should be the case when other photo apps can get a large quantity of images uploaded in mere minutes. If they fixed uploading photos from mobile devices so that the app at least performed as good as other comparable apps, I'd give it five stars..Version: 4.10.1

Time to Move OnI’ve used Flickr for over a decade and swore by it even when most people were switching to other platforms, but since the SmugMug acquisition it has been getting steadily worse. The Pro subscription price has become insultingly high with almost no improvements to justify the inflated cost. The new Terms of Service is a joke: severely limiting free accounts just to force people onto paid accounts which have at least tripled in price over the last few years..Version: 4.16.30

Make the app more useableWhy do i need to go onto a computer to edit my account, why do i need to use a computer to fully use the app? just update the app with more options and stuff like why is it completely useless on the phone it pisses me off..Version: 4.17.22

Had this app for yearsLove flickr and had this app for years but will this app EVER be able to upload in the background? Surely this needs to be on top of the list of priorities as this is a basic operational functionality. I got everything enabled in settings and let’s say I am uploading 100 photos and the phone goes to screen saver at 66 … when I switch back to the app I am still at 66. What is even more annoying is that once this happens the transfer takes double the time to upload. I literally have to go to settings, switch the screen timeout to never, plug the phone into a charger and leave it running for hours until it finally completes. So after the past 8 years PLEASE fix it!.Version: 4.16.8

What’s wrong with flicker?I’ve used this app for years and now there are so many problems. First I run out of space for the first time in ever then it says my photos are at risk of being deleted. Then my photos disappeared but it still said they were there then I log out to try and log back in and it tells me there’s a third party problem and I can’t get back into the app till it’s fixed! What the heck is happening?! I have photos on there from way back in 2012! I don’t pay for the premium whatever but when I first got this app is said I would never run out of space and somehow I have? If my photos get deleted cuz of whatever problems are happening I’m gonna freak cuz some of those photos aren’t saved anywhere else!.Version: 4.11.1

Backup process doesn't keep phone awakeI'm a Flickr pro subscriber and back up all my photos and videos to both Flickr and Google Photos. The single biggest frustration with the Flickr app is that it's not capable of keeping the phone awake during the backup process (whereabouts Google Photos does). This means you'd have to tap the screen repeatedly and babysit the process especially after a holiday or big photoshoot. Sure there's workaround like changing screen settings but that does not solve the problem and introduce security risk..Version: 4.12.3

Solid PerformerFlickr is a great way to share photos with granular control of who can see what you share (Public, Private, Friends, Family). The weakness of the mobile app is the lack of functionality to tag photos while uploading or to do any editing to more than one photo at a time.Version: 4.10.1

Need more options sorting and deletingFEATURE REQUEST: I’d like Flickr much more if it made my task of reviewing and deleting photos on the iPad easier. First, I can’t delete when viewing the photo full screen, now only when viewing the thumbnail. I often take multiple photos of a subject with the idea that I will only save the best version. This is SO HARD to do in Flickr—switching back and forth between thumbnail and full screen. Further aggravating is that the app jumps back to the oldies photo and the search begins again!!! And, I would like an option to “heart” or otherwise mark my favorites in the Camera and have them appear in a “Heart” folder. This would have favorites from several Albums. I’m not thrilled with the latest huge reduction in what was billed as “unlimited storage” of photos for free. I’m now a paying “Pro” member but I’m keeping my options open for saying goodbye to Flickr. I’m not sure it is worth paying for..Version: 4.10.1

Not working on iOS after updateWorked well before the previous update, then after the last one i had to close and reopen to use it each time. Now it opens but just doesn’t load anything in at all, iPad or iPhone :-(.Version: 4.11.1

Oh dear!Flickr has been off the air for a couple of days now for an upgrade. Their website then said it was back online but after using it years it didn’t recognise my password. After going around in circles clicking various links whilst losing the will to live I gave up and creating a new user name and password was almost as bad as having teeth pulled without pain relief. I finally got online but it was so slow it mostly crashed. After an age of trying to find the people I follow I found there was a limit of twenty. Now back to this app, it now doesn’t work despite me using it for years with no problems. Give it a miss for the time being and hope that they finally sort the problems of their making. Bad, bad Panda, we want photos..Version: 4.11.5

A lot of improvement ahead...The app is good, but lack some of the cool features in the previous version. For example, I can't change the permissions of the photos or albums within app. Another bug is that I can't upload photos taken from within the app itself. It just freezes when I tap on the camera..Version: 3.0

Once great, now unreliableThe app has been great until a few months ago. Now it continually crashes and with every update there seems to be more issues created. Trying to log in often ends up in a loop as the app refuses to accept correct log in details and then once logged in (after the app randomly decides to accept log in details), searching photos often misses many that are tagged with searched keywords. Quickly losing patience with Flickr and considering wiping my account..Version: 4.12.2

FlickrIt’s ok but it’s not working very well now had Hasn’t been in the past week so I dunno if it’s Flickr or our internet, I can’t upload or post photos, and I can’t reply to comments If people talk to me so it’s a bit sort of a Flickr problem I think cause some one put a post up saying it wasn’t working the other day either so I think it’s Flickr, not my internet so please fix it ASAP cheers.Version: 4.10.1

Used to recommendI used to recommend this app all the time as a great backup, but with their recent turn to a very expensive annual fee I no longer do that. Not only must you pay, but you will receive inaccurate mails telling you ‘gee, you’re almost a your limit of 1000 images, better sign up for pro now so you don’t lose out’...and in reality you will have less than half your limit. So basically they try to scare you into signing up by sending you inaccurate information. If I wasn’t already put off by the high price, I would definitely be put off by someone seemingly so desperate for enrollment they will misrepresent peoples account status and try to scare them into signing up I spent a couple of days downloading and deleting almost a decade worth of photos from my Flickr and am working on altering my work flow so the service is a simple convenience, but nothing that I will depend on for my photos. If they will misrepresent my account status they are no longer anyone I can trust with my data..Version: 4.10.1

It’s changed.I love Flickr. It’s so central to my work. Used it for years. Before the subscription started, Flickr was a little slow, but very reliable. Now me and my wife are both paying for our individual accounts, we’ve noticed Flickr has become really hard to work with and problematic. For weeks around the switchover, the photos were not dated or chronological. I think that was fixed. Now I’m having to deal with an upload of 300 photos of my art, and well over half the photos, for no reason, are upside down or sideways... so tedious and really gets in the way of my work..Version: 4.14

I just can't anymore.I've been a pro member for years but I just cannot be a paying member anymore. Everything about Flickr the last few years has been a disappointment, instead of moving along with the pace of the industry you guys decided to stay behind when Flickr knew it was in trouble it went and deleted not paid users photos in a last desprete attempt to somehow extort them to pay for the premium service. Last straw was that pathetic email from the CEO after being on the job for so many years, making promise after promise he did absolutely nothing to make a change no changes to website that are worth paying for, no engagement anymore with fellow members even the most popular members are seeing nothing in terms of engagement. I decided to cancel my membership and encourage anyone I do know to do so as well. So many years of Flickr ignoring it base of users, years of neglecting the site, years that the CEO spent just sitting on his hands only to show them to write a email begging for new paid members..Version: 4.13.3

Great for consumption, terrible for tagging/organising/etc.The Flickr app is fantastic for browsing, favouriting, and commenting, but it falls down in a massive heap if you try to do much by way of uploading or organising. Somewhere along the way the share extension has stopped working so I’m unable to directly upload from Lightroom on my iPad Pro and have to save the images out to the camera roll first and directly open the Flickr app to do it. Then, it’s not possible to individually name each photo if you’re bulk-uploading, you can’t bulk-add tags or locations, and the uploader uploads the photos in seemingly random order rather than the order that they were taken in. Even worse, the Organiser on the Flickr website flat-out doesn’t work in mobile Safari, you can’t drag images into the batch editor thus rendering it impossible to do any organising without a full-blown computer. I would LOVE to see the Flickr app have all the capabilities of the website for organisation and to not even need a computer to do everything I want to do!.Version: 4.11.4

Photos Disappearing ActThe app is fine, going through other people's photos, but my Camera Roll, won't show photos, it is too glitchy. Need to fix that. I can see the photos that I posted in public. But can't seem to see my camera roll photos? Maybe I need to cancel my subscription with Flickr? I decided to end my subscription with Flickr and I won’t be using this app. I still can’t see my photos. I am buying a USB stick that will save my photos from Flickr to the USB stick..Version: 4.17.27

Was fun while it lastedI’ve been an avid Flickr user since 2017 and have certainly had my share of fun out of the site and the app. Sadly with the new changes to groups and now the push for pro membership, the site has slowly become something I no longer wish to partake in. Many of my non moderate or restricted photos have been removed by the AI. I don’t want to pay yet another subscription for something that’s going to inaccurately flag my work. Perhaps I’ll return in the near dear future. Update: removing one star because moderate pictures get flagged as well. I get you guys need money for all of the photos you store but this hurts a lot of people that perhaps can’t afford to pay a monthly subscription fee. I put years into my page and earned a fairly large following all from my moderate and restricted content. I now hardly post anymore because I don’t know what will get flagged and what won’t..Version: 4.16.35

Could do betterRelatively easy to use but so is Instagram. Flickr for the more serious photographer, Instagram for the snapper? The app looks ok but has little of the functionality and back room capabilities of the full version. I use my iPad a lot and have to go on to safari, on the same iPad, to do anything at all to do with admin, and then go back to the app. If you just want the free version of Flickr then the app is not bad. For near £50 per year for unlimited images, which Instagram has, Flickr is a pretty poor second. More functionality and perhaps Lightroom included in the subscription would make it more attractive..Version: 4.10.1

About TimeThank you for FINALLY fixing app notifications. Now if you'd just fix the problem of the app crashing, without fail, every time you try to read comments on your images once they number just 25 or so, the app might actually be useable again. Also, let me take this opportunity to make a declaration. You doubled my annual fee for Pro membership when I paid it in August, irrespective of Flickr's decline over the years as a valuable place for professional artists to post their work. I seriously contemplated the value of Flickr when you did so, and ultimately opted to keep Pro for one year to see if SmugMug has the capabilities needed to turn things around. That being said, and despite your suggestion, I'm not "locking in" the price of anything. Raise it again and I'm canceling Pro after a decade of membership. Promise..Version: 4.13.4

If It Ain’t Broke…It’s a great app for sharing photos and viewing others pictures but it’s too basic. For example the app hasn’t fully adjusted to the iPhone X size, once you’ve “favourited” or “liked” a photo there’s no real way of being able to tell until you click on that photo. Also you cannot edit/delete a comment you’ve made on someone’s photo. The app could really use a refreshing new look as it feels outdated and slow. It does do its job in sharing your pics around the globe but it’s not just up there with the likes of Twitter and Instagram who have nailed it..Version: 4.11.1

Great appLove the app great for sharing photos but I have found some things that need improvement being able to change the date the photo was taken on the app instead of just the on the computer and sometimes it gets the information wrong I have taken a photo with my Nikon camera and it comes up taken with a Sony can we make it so we can change the camera info on the app as well other then that love it.Version: 4.15.14

Horrible share settings, horrible mobile site, sorry excuse for an appRedesign your mobile SITE (safari, chrome) to have download buttons on photos so I don’t have to download an app I’ll never use just to save my photos on Flickr to my phone. I’ve sent feedback for this for 2 years already ever since you took away the function to download a photo by holding down on it!! Not only that, if you keep your album unlisted for privacy, you never implemented a function where you can have select people view that unlisted album! That is a commonly implemented function to share albums with people exclusively yet that isn’t a thing on Flickr. Then people I take photos for can’t download the photo from the app either unless I make it public!! But these photos are personal photos that shouldn’t be public like weddings, engagements. This has given me so much stress as a photographer because none of my clients view photos on laptop. Please. Add. The DOWNLOAD. Button. On. The. Mobile. Site..Version: 4.9.0

Don't update just yet--uploads from Camera Roll are still not workingIt used to work perfectly, but for the past few updates, I've been unable to upload photos straight from Camera Roll to Flickr. It just keeps telling me the upload failed, and no amount of retrying will work. So now, I have to open the app, click on the camera icon and get past the camera function itself to dig into my photos, further dig around in the folders to find the photo I wanted to upload, and only THEN can I finally upload it to Flickr. It's really frustrating and tedious, when in the past, you could do this with just a couple of clicks from the photo itself (Share icon, Flickr icon, go). After years of working perfectly, this is definitely a step back--I wish I hadn't updated the app. Were this a desktop computer program, I would've just rolled back to an older version..Version: 4.5.3

Failure to loadWhen I try to open I get” network error”..Version: 4.10.1

Needs bugs fixedLove flickr but frustrating at times. Haven’t been able to save my uploaded videos for months . Also sometimes the pictures change order randomly for no reason (in camera roll mode) , needs to be fixes if I’m going to pay subscriptions $$ every year.Version: 4.16.37

Unable to edit photo name and make photo public.Since last update unable to edit photos name and change access to public..Version: 4.17.29

IPadOS app needs loveFlickr pro member since 2006 or so. Happy to see some new owners, but I’m not crazy about the membership increase from $25 to $50 a year. Especially with the bugginess present in the current iPad app. App crashes often, app fails to show current view counts, app fails to show new likes, and the app hasn’t changed a whole lot in years. I’m not an advocate of change for the sake of change - when you double the membership fee there needs to be SOMETHING new and exciting that adds value to the experience. Lots of my old groups are pretty dead, and the lack of moderators has attracted some spammy and inappropriate posting. I’m on the fence here. Smug Mug needs to make a case as to why I should stick around, and pay $50 a year. I’m already drowning in subscriptions and services here, and something has got to go.Version: 4.13.3

NO STARS! SO DEFECTIVE EVERY IDIOT AT FLICKR NEEDS TO BE BLACKBALLED FROM ENTIRE INDUSTRY...ALL THE SAME OUTRAGEOUS DUMB DEFECTS CONTINUE UPDATE AFTER UPDATE BY THESE INEPT FOOLS! CLEAR CACHE NOW DOES NOT WORK MORONS! FRAUDULENT TAKING OF SPACE FLICKR DOPES! IT WORKED BEFORE YOU SCREWED IT UP WITH YOUR SLOPPY UPDATE! Like the slobs at Apple, which doesn't test anymore before going to market, the incompetent nerds who "evolved" this app ruined what came before (which made sense and worked for the most part) with their now gay designed nonfunctional idiocy which is full of DEFECTS! Rampant defects! - Random rampant duplicates uploaded! - Cache clear utterly DEFECTIVE! Large batch uploads take up enormous cache which does not trash! - No sort order option on albums like on desktop version, an oversight so obvious it shows the idiocy of the developers. - If you have two separate access permissions, one for camera and one for photos, why then must camera be allowed in order to access photos after specifically photos was already given permission? Know why? The monkeys who designed this app are stupid UNEDUCATED dopes. - Upload completed alert remains on all of three seconds! IDIOTS, leave that alert up until the user turns it off! We're not all sitting watching your app work as it screws up! GET SOME COMMON SENSE! If it ain't broke don't fix it morons. Your version from five years ago was more sound. You're unfit for employment..Version: 4.7.3

App Needs more functionalityAs a group owner I cannot do anything in my group but view images using this app. I want to remove images that don’t comply with my group rules and I can’t. I cannot give access to others to be a moderator for my groups via the app either. Please add this functionality. I cannot change passwords / through the app and I should be able to. Please add this functionality. I also cannot browse my favourited pictures using the app. Please add this functionality. 5 stars once these changes are added to the app thanks!!.Version: 4.16.14

Not greatI’ve been using the app for a few years now and never had any problems until the last year or so, I’ve had several accounts randomly deleted by Flickr. There is an account that I no longer have access too for some reason every time I try and log in it says that the account details are incorrect even though they are the same details I’ve always had for the account, I’ve contacted Flickr on a number of occasions about this but they have never contacted me back. The account has some pictures that I would like deleting seems I can no longer access it but again they never contact me back, I’ve searched for the account and it’s still there with all the pictures still on it… again I’ve contacted them regarding this but had nothing back. More recently I’ve been using a different account and I can upload 10 pictures but then when I upload another 1 it says there was a problem please try again. If I try and upload 2 or more pictures together it will say they’ve been uploaded but they won’t show up on my account. I’ve contacted Flickr about all the above issues and never got a response from them, I do have another account which so far I haven’t had any problems with but I doubt that will last with how all my others have ended up. I will be deleting all accounts I have access too and removing the app soon as it’s not as good as it’s used to be..Version: 4.17.22

From free to expensive and changed.I used to love Flickr. Now it’s expensive and they told me they would erase all my years of pictures if I didn’t pay monthly and that takes work because the album’s I had was to big to download. It just updated and now I can’t see my family pictures from my family because it changed to be recommended pictures from strangers on the app. I have to use the computer to be able to choose and see my family and their posted pictures. I am paying monthly for this and being pushed content from others i don’t want is rude when all I want is only pictures from family and friends. I am considering canceling it after I downloaded all I put on here. I only use this to share pictures with my family and it does not work properly for me to enjoy anymore on my phone. Please fix it or I’m done. Also if it was better price on prints I would use it..Version: 4.14.4

Scroll function has reduced capabilityThe latest update has changed the scroll function to a much slower, traditional scroll which is near impossible to use if you’re trying to get to older photos, especially if your photos number in the thousands as mine do. Please, please bring back the toggle on the sidebar that let you scroll to the middle or end of your feed without having to load every image along the way!.Version: 4.11.5

IPad2 dinosaursFor those of us who still use their iPad2 tablets, I have to say the Flickr app is next to useless. Kept crashing before I reinstalled for latest updates & now I can't get it to load even though I'm already logged in through my iPad settings. I'm presented with the home page screen & a "Get Started" tab which when tapped just gives me a blank white screen. Why are we forced to spend more money getting the newest tech version of gadgets when our existing one is in good condition?.Version: 4.11.1

Could be much betterAfter 3+ years using Flickr App, recent changes have made it less user-friendly and I highly recommend looking at alternatives. Especially consider how easy it is to bulk download your content from such storage sites to transfer elsewhere. Flickr has me locked in... can’t leave without major hours and Gb’s downloading my own stuff..Version: 4.12.2
