✗ Terrible app! DoNOT use itTheir instructions on their app site Are way too General! They assume you know what they are talking about which I didn’t know what they were talking about. And I donot know their terminology ! It is too general on where you are suppose to find the QR code ! Is it on the box that the HP sent to me that has new cartridges in it? If so somebody at the post office or UPS or Fed Ex put a YELLOW sticker right over it!! Or are you suppose to scan the QR code on each of the HP cartridges? Either way that stupid HP Sure Supply app didNOT accept my QR Code on my HP cartridges that they sent from their HP Headquarters where they make and stock their HP cartridges ..Jan EllenVersion: 6.2.4
