✓ My go-to scanner for shoppingI love this app! Anytime I like something I see and want to know where I can I buy it or for how much, just open this app and scan the barcode. Done! It’s so easy, very fast, and tackles a lot of headaches at Christmas time with having 4 kids and gifts galore! Need to know where an item came from to return it? Scan it with this app! ✓ GreatThis is one of the best apps I've ever had. Reading through the reviews, I find it hard that people rate it do badly! Yes not every product is known, but that's why there is an option to add products. Also there is an option to edit products and update local prices. ✓ Good app but not comprehensive!I love that I can scan almost anything with this app and it shows me prices in local stores and online pages. However, I have noticed that it missed out quite a number of online websites, sometimes some of the more common websites too! It does not show any listings from sainsburys supermarkets at all (UK) even when I scan items at home that are made by sainsburys. There should also be an option to compare prices of one type of item but from different brands. That would be cool! All in all, a pretty useful app! 2 thumbs up :).Version: 5.0.0

✓ AmazingIt may not have ever thing on your shopping list but is very good for pricey things! I like the app but what are the premium features? I like that you can add a product if it's not been listed or change a price (if it got cheaper or higher price). ✓ The best barcode scanner appThis is the best barcode scanning app I could find. Ever since the updates it has been working fine for me and hasn't crashed. Also the scan has definatley improved which is good. I would still like to be able to type the number of the barcode in when a certain barcode doesn't scan so you can find the product. If you can already do this I can't find it. Over than that it's a great app.Version: 4.5.0

It's great, in that if you are dubious regarding the price of an item, then just use the Shop Savvy Bar- Coder whilst shopping, and you'll soon be able to see if the shop is charging "over the odds!" It gives a list of prices relating to different stores. It's especially good at Christmas where you wish to buy that special gift ~ Pick the item at the store, quickly scan the bar-code, and you'll know if you are being overcharged! It'll give you a list of alternative stores where you are are able to purchase the item at a lower price. Saved myself over £10 on aftershave last week whilst ravaging through stores looking for a particular brand! Has a lot more than just a bar-code scanner and is well worth downloading! I was spending monthly about 100$ on cat litter until they showed me a price comparison for a website instead of in store and it came with a ton of perks! Thank you for your hard work & consistency with keeping up to date sale price and the distance all offers in store are from my location at any given time! Just a suggestion to get some more traffic and downloads as I am always sharing your App with friends with the same interests and “ShopSavvy” money saving needs like me! But seriously though: 13 out of the 15 random items I picked around the house worked like a charm on my iPhone 3G - and I live in Aus! The prices on some seemed a little dodgy (best price for a wii game was $500? Simple and fun to use but what makes this a poor app is once again the developer has no idea that there are any other places outside the USA. I have scanned 50 UK supermarket BRANDED products and not a single one returned the correct item. Come on guys there are plenty of free atlas apps you can use to see there is life outside the US. ✓ Barcode scannerI found it really good and I tried it out on a book I have at home with only the barcode on no picture it worked. I think it is much better and you can do it anywhere I think. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to automatically add coupon codes for specific retailers when you tap to go purchase an item. ✓ Instantaneous ScanThis app scans barcodes amazingly fast. I agree it was painfully slow with older versions, but now with 4.01, there is literally no time spent waiting. Give it a try if you don't trust me - it's free :) Shopsavvy also seems to have a larger Australian database than competing apps (from the few items I've tested). I think this is down to the ease with which users can add new items.
