✓ Advertisements on a PAID appI bought two of the applications at $3 each, and while I find them useful, there is a pop up EVERYTIME I launch the application that advertises the four apps this guy made. I think it is ridiculous to pay for an app and still have advertisements staring me in the face when EVERY SINGLE TIME I decide to use the app. I would not have purchased them had I known about them..Version: 2.0
✓ Incorrect Andominal quadrants labellingI just bought this app 5 minutes ago because I was looking for a quick review of physical exam. I first looked at the abdominal exam and right away I noticed that the picture with the 4 abdominal quadrants are labelled incorrectly. Very disappointed! I don't know if I want to continue using it, there might be other information that's incorrect!!!! Waste of money! It would be a great app if the makers would pay attention to basics like the correct labeling of the abdominal quadrants! Who knows what other incorrect information I will find if I do decide to go through it. Want my money back!.Version: 0

✓ Nice app but ennoying commercial at 1st page.The app has great links for anatomy and physiology. You must know to click off the ad page at the opening of the program. ✓ Fraud phishing scamThis app is a phishing scam. when you open it, it has links to several known phishing scams and when you actually click on the physical exam link it just takes you back to the App Store to the description. there is no product and frankly I'm surprised that Apple does not check into what it is selling in the iTunes store. In looking up the reviews it says that they rate their own stuff so that their ratings are very high but it's not from actual users. And when you google search most of the reviews are positive but it's just copies and pasted from their website. look up the Iowa State daily which is a newspaper where it talks about college students who have been defrauded If I could rate a zero I would..Version: 2.2

✓ Nice app but improvement badly neededNeeds a real update in the worst way and that disclaimer has to go, it's the most annoying thing ever. I've been waiting for nearly a year now for an update since I wrote the review below and am greatly disappointed. Original review: This is a handy little app for a quick overview of the systems listed, but the interface is in need of a major upgrade. The interface is very basic and reminds me of a word document with everything thrown in. The systems are broken up nicely, but having different tabs for each of inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation would be nice to see. It would also be really nice if MSK were included and if you didn't have to agree to the annoying disclaimer every time you used the app. It's a good start and hopefully it continues to grow and improve because it has real potential to be a fantastic app..Version: 0

✓ Not what i expectedI've been waiting for a physical exam app unfortunately this doesnt meet that expectation. i dont expect an entire physical examination text book to be on an app (im actually waiting for an app like that hehehe). the exams on this app feels more like a check off list as opposed to how perform the techniques, which is what i was hoping for. and it'd be cool for the app to explain non-normal findings. now, as a practicing PA i know how to examine patients but it'd be cool to have a mobile resource that refreshes my techniques especially on those exams i dont readily perform. plus there is no ortho exam section! that wouldve been great (with techniques explained) for non-orthos. barbara bates' physical exam textbook is a very good resource. this app shouldve model itself after that..Version: 0

✓ Good..BUTAs written below, I feel there is considerable room for improvement in this program, considering it is a PAID app. First, the annoying disclaimer everytime you load the application is not necessary, first time load is fine. ✓ Not the bestBetter off using Oxford Clin Hand Book (btw the OCHBK app is good but again not for the clin exams section)....back to this app its just a list of clinical signs, not the best way to learn examinations.
