✓ Video Playback Through App Is No Longer Clear As Use To BeEagleEyes video playback is no longer clear like it use to be on all of my Avtech installations. Record Steam is selected in EagleEyes, and video streaming is turned up to it's highest setting. My customers hate that there playback use to be clear but now it's not anymore. These are features that would be the winning functions when giving estimates to new customers. Now I can't even remote into systems when I advertise at a customers store or home without asking them there wifi passwords, which is unprofessional. Please set it up the way it was before and to work with Tmobile + IOS 10.2. This is very bad for business and customers are getting upset..Version: 1.0.4.6

✓ Good app - needs slight improvementThis has been an app that has worked well for me for a long time, however, recently I have been suffering low frame rate on both my ipad and iphone app. Tonight I have discovered that the frame rate is increased significantly by enabling audio. On the ipad version it is possible to enable audio but turn it off (not choosing a specific channel for it) but in this iphone app it is not possible to do this, you are forced to select a channel. I would happily increase my rating should the app be updated to allow for the audio to be enabled but turned off..Version: 1.0.3.4

✓ ErrorThis app is an excellent way to watch your security. Never had any troubles. This app deserves a 5 star rating. The only reason I haven't given the 5 star rating is to gain the attention of the makers. Since the last upgrade on 15th February 2013, I get an error everytime I open the app. The error says "The network isn't available". I'm not sure what this really means. But I hope you guys fix it in the next update. Again, definitely a 5 star app!!.Version: 1.0.3.0

Unless you plan on monitoring with an iPad, don't buy any system that relies on this software.
