✓ Crashes when I tap on my security setupIt accepted all of the manual setup for my security system but when I try to open it is when it sends me back to the menu. The app stays open in the background. The free EagleEye HD Lite works but I thought this paid $5.99 version would give me more options for viewing a camera's recording by timeline. The use of this app is not intuitive. In fact it is a challenge to figure out how to use it. After trying something it is always 'now how do I return to where I was before?'. To view the recording by timeline is by event (movement activity) but when you give it a time range it does not respond by giving the event and when you select which channel (camera) it does not restrict the event accordingly. Frustrated trying to use any EagleEye app..Version: 1.1.5.6

✓ Don't buy this !I bought this application because I was using the free version of the EagleEyes HD already for more then a year on my iPad. So I decided tu buy the Business version because of the extra features. After paying and downloading I came to the conclusion none of the extra features ( playback / TPZ ) are working, I did send these guys several e-mails about this problem, but never got any response. ✓ MediocreWe need playback view with more than one cut. In the pro version where you can search for specific time for playback, the viewer is so limited that it only shows one camera view. I have 16 cameras setup and would like to view the playback with more than one camera at minimum with 4 cut view. Live playback does not affected by the recording playback limitation. However, it would be nice if we can select camera to pin on the viewer therefore, we don't have to keep on switching from different cut view by clicking the cut button too many times.Version: 1.1.4.6

✓ DreadfulThe camera works and is set up reasonably easily. But from there on the app is dreadful. Totally illogical design which I could forgive, but it often fails to record events. If you turn on the setting to "guard" you are texted all day and night saying the camera is disconnected, then a few seconds later it is re-connected. Very annoying. Having asked support for help I have received a rag bag of unhelpful irrelevant answers. Unless something drastic is done to the app, don't even consider this product..Version: 1.1.5.3
