✓ Finalizing uploadAfter the new update file transfer keeps getting stuck on finalising upload when uploading from windows 10. Can you fix this issue so i can give you 5 star you guys deserve..Version: 7.5.13
✓ It’s ok but ignored when asked about compressionOverall good app but beware it still does compress your files. Due to the new Apple file types for photos and videos, the resolution and bitrate will decrease once you have transferred them. When I asked customer service about this they advised me of an alternative method which did increase the resolution and bitrate but was still compressed albeit less than using the desktop app. When I challenged customer service on this again they have just completely ignored me, so think I have slightly exposed them, so please BEWARE of this before downloading!.Version: 7.2.1

✓ Soooo Frustrating!!This could have been an amazing app. There were several things I liked about it. But there is nothing more irritating than attempting to use an app and get a feel for it when it is constantly hounding you to purchase the upgraded version! I haven’t even completed a single transfer and the pop-ups begin informing me of all of the features I cannot use unless I purchase their Pro version!! And as I continued to use the app the pestering got more frequent and more frustrating! I make it a point to NEVER spend a dime on any app that doesn’t allow me to use their product without attempting to pressure me into giving them my money. Just build a product WORTH paying for and allow people to get used to your app before even asking them to upgrade! Keep your app. There are many more that do the same thing for free. I am happy to use one of those! And if they have a good product and don’t try to force me into an upgrade, then those are the ones who are much more likely to get my money!.Version: 7.2.1
✓ Didn't work the way I was hopingSo I got this app because I wanted to transfer some videos from my Google drive to my photos so I could edit them iMovie. The only problem was they wouldn't show up when I went to the folder they were located in. So then I decided I would install the application for my PC and transfer them that way. Turns out that didn't work either so I then assumed that the reason they wouldn't transfer is because the file name extension was wmv. So now at the moment of writing this review I am C meeting these files from wmv to MP4 so I can finally transfer them to my iPhone because the video recordings on my phone are MP4 so I believe that this will finally work because this entire process I have been doing has taken two days and probably going to take a third of this doesn't work. So that is why I am rating this app the three Stars. Please respond to this and tell of any ways I could've avoided the hassle I went through, such as reading the description of the app. If you can prove to me this is an user error and that this is my fault for not paying attention, I will change my review (if I remember that I wrote it) to five Stars. ✓ Beware misleading info on upgrade!!I paid £6.99 for the upgrade offered in the app so I could transfer data to my iPhone. But, once I had paid, the app requested an additional annual subscription to enable me to access the full set of features! I am very frustrated as I have paid a one-off fee of £6.99 for no apparent benefit and, unless I pay more, I am no closer to accessing the features I want. ✓ Doesn’t work and there is. I supportI connect my iPhone to my windows 10 computer and select anywhere from 1 to 100 photos to download. Have done this more than a dozen times. Have yet to have a single photo actually transfer to my desktop. Maybe I’m impatient, but it seems like 20 minutes to transfer a single photo means it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money (I have done both). When you click on help you get a graphic screen that cycles thru itself. There is no support. I tried to go from my browser rather than thru the app, but the internet comes back with it is not able to find the web address you are given. Total piece of crap..Version: 7.2.1
✓ Needs improvementI transferred photos from a new iPhone which were in a strange file format. I them found the button to convert to jpeg which was super useful. However, I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but I can’t easily transfer all photos from my phone. It appears to be in pages. And a massive chunk of photos were missed. I’ve not lost them but I’m annoyed they’ve not been included in my photo book. I’m not sure if it’s me or this app doesn’t transfer all photos. I double checked today and still a chunk have been missed?.Version: 7.1.1
✓ I would get my moeny back if I could.It works sometimes. I bought this after trying to transfer stuff via google drive etc. But there were too many images. This option seemd great but is not. To start. The interface on the desktop does not show the albums as on the ipad but by date. It would be simple if it did and you could select an album, select import and it would generate a fiolder with that name for you. I tried the backup function but it brings in a few images and stops. You can send some photos fromt eh ipad over but then it sends 15 of the 20 files sometimes so you have to check each to see what you got and send them via email. etc etc In short. ✓ Overall Fair, But Crashes RepeatedlyBasically works, but only allows 400-file “pages” to be copied at a time, forcing multiple operations to download a heavily used phone (4000+ images). The big annoyance is that the app often crashes, forcing a restart of the entire current 400-file page since there’s no way to tell where it crashed; the app just vanishes from the iPad display and must be restarted. Each page might take 2 to 5 restarts, taking time while the app figures out file-by-file what has already been copied. Been sitting here for hours trying to copy my iPad images to a Windows PC..Version: 7.2.1

✓ More hassle than it’s worthApp claims to be free, but it’s for a limited trial period and during the trial period they won’t let you transfer the picture in high quality. It give pictures an HEIC extension which I’ve never heard of and which my computer refuses to open! It is unable to transfer movies, even if they’re only 17sec long. I downloaded this app on my phone and computer and 15 minutes later deleted it all as it’s completely useless!.Version: 7.2.1
✓ SCAM!Contrary to what I was informed, the photos do NOT copy over in the order you have them in. Then when you try to contact them they claim they can’t verify your email address, and there appears to be no other way of contacting them. ✓ TerribleThis app is honestly terrible, I tried to use it to see if it could help me with my portfolio review in 2 days yet I can’t even find more than 1 freaking file from my drive, are you kidding me? ✓ Didn’t workI wanted to transfer photos from an old iPad with Airdrop to a new iPad, tried to use this app several times but it didn’t work. Also, the free version of the app seems to restrict the number of files to 10 at a time. I gave up and download another highly rated app with 2000+ reviews - it worked instantly. It also let me sent 25 files at a time (I haven’t tried to send more so I don’t know what the limit is for the other app)..Version: 7.2.1
✓ Photo Transfer AppI downloaded this App to transfer pics from my iPhone 11 to my PC via lightning cable. We have very slow internet/wifi where we live. Most Apps like to use Wifi to transfer photos so I was glad to see an App that lets you use a cable to transfer. This App does work and it’s interface is user friendly. It has limitations that are worth sharing. You can only download 400 pics/vids at one time. For someone that has thousands of pics on my phone this is time consuming. The other problem I ran into at least with my setup is that once you download 400 pics and try to download more, the App hangs up (error message) and you have to close out everything and reopen. I submitted this problem to the Developer hoping they address this “major issue”. I would give it five stars if you could download more than 400 pics at one time and if the App wouldn’t time out once you download more than 400 pics. For an App that costs money, I believe these two issues should be addressed!.Version: 7.2.1

✓ Didn’t workI purchased this app after reading all the reviews. I followed all the instructions in order to get a large number of photos from my phone to my laptop and it didn’t work. I went back and read more instructions, I switched the setting to jpeg as was suggested and it still didn’t work. I then attempted to contact and ask for help through the app, after waiting and receiving no response I decided to send another email with a detailed account of what I had done and what was happening and have yet to receive a response. ✓ Created date changesI’ve been using the app for a couple of years and it’s been great but now when I transfer from my phone to my laptop the date created dates of the file changes to the date I made the transfer and not the actual date. ✓ Don’t waste your moneyI’ve used this app for well over six years. It worked well when it was free, but recently I tried to use it the way I always had, and I was told I would have to upgrade to the “Pro” version for $6.99. Because I already knew how it worked, and it had worked well, I paid for the upgrade. It didn’t work. IT HAS NEVER WORKED. Messages from the developer gave me increasingly convoluted paths to using the app, and still nothing worked. Finally, I asked for my money back, and was told they can’t do that; only Apple can do that. Apple said they couldn’t refund my money because I’d gone beyond the 60-day period for such things. ✓ Outdated ApplicationDo not waste your time on this app. I don’t even know why it exists, doesn’t look like it has been updated since before Apple took away the option for users to sync photos in iTunes. Same as the built in Windows transfer tool, if you are using iCloud for photos in any way, even just to host shared albums, this app will crash if you try to use it. Aside from that, it only loads 100 photos at a time, does not have radial buttons or an easy way to select them and offers no means to easily organize and track which photos you have already transferred.
