✓ From 5 to a twoThe newest version, for iOS 12 crashes right out of the box. I'm running 12.1 public beta on a first generation IPad Air. This is a go to app I open every day for the last several years. All I can say from this operator side, is that it was working the morning before I updated, and crashing immediately after. ✓ Fix, Tips And Tricks, PLEASE.I can’t even get into the app. I get as far as the title page and two seconds later it closes. I haven’t even received notifications lately. ✓ Regret updateI regret updating my version as it is clumsy and awkward to navigate. The older version was much more user friendly ,streamline and clever. This is a step backwards in design and technique. When teaching other people eg: elderly the older version was much easier in book form. ✓ Was great .....I thought this app was brilliant ... that’s why I paid for the Pro version. I have the phone version as well. Several months ago it stopped working on my iPad Pro 9.7 ... possibly after an iOS update. I sought advice but was pushed to the Freshdesk site. When it started asking for a few too many personal information items I logged off. I now have another iPad Pro 9.7 and the same issue ... loads intro screen and crashes. Please help. ✓ Annoying notifications; slow startI've had this app for years, not using it, and somehow it just started sending notifications. Here's one: "edit the iOS dictionary to put an end to incorrect auto-corrections". I clicked, waited a full minute while it was "Updating content", and finally it displayed a page with three old features, none of which allow editing the dictionary (only resetting it). iOS 9.3.5.Version: 12.2.0

✓ Not bad, but not groundbreakingThis app is ok I suppose if you are completely new to iOS but I was hoping for more though I don't know what. Maybe it's the operating system's fault rather than the messenger. Navigating around text and changing incorrect words still seems to be a bit clunky and I was secretly hoping for for clearer or more helpful advice but the features I want like up and down arrows may not be available. As for this app, the text is generally quite informative and the battery saving tips are particularly useful but I sure there's a lot more out there which we will be encouraged to pay for! The app is easy to learn from and very clearly laid out but could have done with being longer with the option of going into more depth..Version: 5.0.3
✓ File Type Not SupportedWhy in hell would create a news article in Tips Pro entitled “10 Files Tips”, A beginner’s guide to the files app and when you decide to educate yourself by printing it, you get the error message “File Type Not Supported”.
