✓ Good, but could be improvedThis is a great game and quite faithful to the original. The major let down is the speed of the game which is too fast, which means the game starts at a hard level, is over very quickly and this leaves you frustrated. Please fix this and this will be a 5 star app..Version: 1.2

✓ Good but.......Too fast too early on in the levels which makes it near possible to progress through them. More bombs than I remember too which means there is no chance of ducking underneath the main bomber and it's two defending ships to shoot it and nip away again. Controls are responsive but they mean that your hand is often in the way of your ship. Great retro game but overpriced if these issues aren't resolved..Version: 1.2

✓ Fat finger problemI lime this game but it uses the whole screen and with your ship at the bottom, it's hard to move without your finger covering where you are. figure out a way to move and see (maybe move the ship up a bit?) and it would be more fun and less frustrating. ✓ DisappointmentNot worth it. A classic game ruined with poor controls. Don’t waste your money. Make the controls far more responsive and get rid of the feint image of the handle as well and you have yourselves a winner. Otherwise- not not good. This applies to galaxia and scramble. ✓ Galaxia reviewGood points...the sound is brilliant with an instant time warp to the 80s Graphics ... Fantastic with a very good repo of the real thing Animation .. Way too fast not like the original. The speed at which the bullets and galaxias move is way out of proportion to the speed you try to get out the way leaving no chance of clearing the 1st screen without dying at least 2 or three times and this spoils a good game as it is impossible to get into. I have 2 suggestions 1st slow it down and keep it in proportion to evade being hit every few seconds and allow the screen to work from the side to get more left and right movement. Do this things on a update and the will be a winner..Version: 1.2

✓ Needs slowingI used to get an hour's play as a kid for 10p at this game. The writer has done a good job but really needs to slow everything down - it is just too fast when compared to the original. Shame because it makes a great game very annoying. Also, they drop too many bombs meaning that it is far too difficult to get 800 points when shooting the three ships. Doing that was the biggest thrill of the original so taking away that because attempting it is too risky almost annihilates the fun of the gameplay..Version: 1.2

Level one is more difficult the joystick is slack in its movement I do like the rapidfire of the shooter but it needs more control over the game my demo of this game proved to have no sound either which is part of the effect. ✓ BRUTAL!! STAY AWAY!I am a huge fan of the original Galaxia (and was an accomplished Galaxian gamer "back in the day"), and this iPad app is HORRIBLE! I can certainly appreciate the sentiment and the effort, but in all honesty, I've yet to experience an iPad game as bad as this one. The "touch" joystick DOES NOT WORK! Pacman is bad enough...this is even worse. I urge you, do not waste your money nor time on the app..Version: 1.2
