✓ Limited reporting and functionalityThis app would be great if it had more options then just the ability to report on pot holes and rats. What about all the other neighborhood concerns (e.g. Illegal parking in tow zones, disturbance of peace, public drinking, gang activity, etc.). ✓ Pop-up ads prevent free app from workingThe pop-up ads prevent the free app from working. They take you to the app store and prevent you from submitting a report. If you go back to the app from the app store, a new ad takes you back to the app store again. Frustrating. You need to remove these types of ads if you want to get paid by advertising for a free app. Would not pay for the paid version of an app if this is the experience for the free version..Marc the Magic ManVersion: 3.0.6

Feature requests that would make this better: A) service tracker should auto populate as the user types the number. I get no response when I enter search if the case is even searching or just hung B) all your service requests you’ve submitted to the city should be traceable in the app, even if you didn’t open it in the app. Have 2factor authentication if needed via sms etc on phone on record. ✓ GarbageInstalled this app when it first came out and it didn’t work - I deleted it. I saw an ad for it in July of 2019 in a bus shelter so I figured I’d try again since it was a while ago and surely it works now. WRONG! I went through the trouble of typing up a description of an issue I was trying to report and went to submit and there were errors. Plus it says I’m in the 45th ward but I’m in the 39th. What an embarrassment- we are a world class city and we can’t even get this right. Or is this just a game? ✓ Very Limited UtilityNice idea - report problems when you find them - but app so badly built as to render it almost useless. There are only a dozen or so categories of problems. There are equally limited descriptions of the problem. There's no "other" category. The app regularly gets the location wrong, including the ward number. There's no capability to provide a video. ✓ Super buggy and barely useableMy first report was of a pothole and worked fine. The second report, of a traffic light, has permanently broken the app. It gives a useless error like “Can’t submit, refresh and try again”. But there is no refresh button! I tried closing the app and killing it (swipe up) to no avail. Every time I open it it auto loads my last information. But I can’t edit or delete it so keep getting the same error. Which means the app is stuck permanently. I waited a couple of weeks in case it was a problem on their server. Today, the app won’t go beyond the “loading” message.
