✓ Don't waste moneyThis app doesn't allow you to enter insurance, HOA fees, taxes....etc. instead you must calculate it all yourself and add it as a "operating expense" and as a percentage! We'll isn't that why I just paid for the calculator???.Ronnie1704Version: 1.0.2
