HOW DO I USE THIS APP TO PRINT FROM MY OTHER APPS?
Import the files from your other iPhone/iPad apps into this app, and then use this app to print them.
iPad/iPhone's iOS is designed such that each app you install is given its own storage space. There is no centralized (shared) storage space on your device. This means that this app's proprietary printing engine only works within this app. To say it another way: the iOS does not support/allow third party system-wide drivers. The iOS cannot use this app to print files within another app's storage space—for example, files stored in Pages, Numbers, Safari, Notes, Mail, etc. Therefore, files created in other apps must be imported into this app.

HOW DO I IMPORT FILES INTO THIS APP?
• Use a web browser to transfer files between your computer and this app.
• Use iTunes to upload files into this app.
• Use a WebDAV server to transfer files.
• Email a file to yourself. Then, open the Mail app, press and hold down the attachment until the "Open In..." menu appears. Select this app from the list of apps displayed.

✗ Print resolution is very poorI bought this app because my printer Canon i80 is listed and it connects to it. However the print resolution is so poor that it is not legible. Please correct this problem by either updating the canon i80 latest driver from Canon website or perhaps it is the paper size setup which needs correction. Set it to A4 size by default. It is very unfair to charge £2.99 and then do not deliver. If you can't fix it then kindly refund the amount. ---- First UPDATE: Many thanks for the customer service instant response, very much appreciated! Consequently I've improved the star rating. I just downloaded the update and now reporting what has improved. 1- The print resolution has become better than before though not as sharp as it would print through a Mac or PC. 2- Printing PDFs yields better result than any other format. What did not improve: 1- The printout is still light and not dark enough to be presentable. Same printout through a Mac/PC is twice as bright and better. 2- The resolution is still visibly grainy. Both these issues can be resolved by tweaking the setup, so please release a further update. We the users don't have any such control. Request: Since iOS4 is Mac based, I shall be most grateful if you could please update the canon i80 driver to the latest driver for Mac OSX Snow Leopard, available from Canon website. I look forward to further update. ----- 2nd update: After waiting for three weeks and despite several requests to customer service, unfortunately there is no change. I sincerely thought they're listening but it seems they are not bothered once we've paid the money. Therefore, I'm downgrading it to one star because the printouts are of no practical use.
