✓ What made me think all the negative reviews were wrong?The test version of the product worked. I could even print an email directly from the built in email program. The $4.99 version is useless. It won't do the things that the test version would. There is plenty of evidence that this product and the ipad version, which has similar negative reviews, are completely worthless. I agree with others that this is fraud, and would be happy to join in a class action suit against the perpetrators..Version: 1.3

✓ Print resolution is very poorI bought this app because my printer Canon i80 is listed and it connects to it. However the print resolution is so poor that it is not legible. Please correct this problem by either updating the canon i80 latest driver from Canon website or perhaps it is the paper size setup which needs correction. Set it to A4 size by default. It is very unfair to charge £2.99 and then do not deliver. If you can't fix it then kindly refund the amount. ---- First UPDATE: Many thanks for the customer service instant response, very much appreciated! Consequently I've improved the star rating. I just downloaded the update and now reporting what has improved. 1- The print resolution has become better than before though not as sharp as it would print through a Mac or PC. 2- Printing PDFs yields better result than any other format. What did not improve: 1- The printout is still light and not dark enough to be presentable. Same printout through a Mac/PC is twice as bright and better. 2- The resolution is still visibly grainy. Both these issues can be resolved by tweaking the setup, so please release a further update. We the users don't have any such control. Request: Since iOS4 is Mac based, I shall be most grateful if you could please update the canon i80 driver to the latest driver for Mac OSX Snow Leopard, available from Canon website. I look forward to further update. ----- 2nd update: After waiting for three weeks and despite several requests to customer service, unfortunately there is no change. I sincerely thought they're listening but it seems they are not bothered once we've paid the money. Therefore, I'm downgrading it to one star because the printouts are of no practical use. ✓ PrintingI am able to print from iPad and iPhone to my HP Laser printer. That's the only good thing I have to say. Print quality is poor- small too black and smudgy. It's a strain to my eye and I feel this app is in desperate need for complete redo or a fix. ✓ Garbage AppYes the app works. Now for the gotchas All printing is done from the app file system. This means you will need to surf the web to find what you want to print. You can not print email from iPhone. You can copy an email content and paste to a document in the app file system. All you get is the body of the mail as copy only captures the body. The print comes out dull. A little fuzzy. Bottom line if you like play hacker to print sub par on a laser printer then this app is for you. For me it is a rip off..Version: 4.0
