✓ It is not like it’s always was!I’m reading other people’s review for the first time and I’m glad I did because their saying the same things I’ve been saying! This game is turning into all about money and buying berries! I’m sure everyone understands you need to make money to support the game but having almost everything that’s important about this game depends on how many berries you can buy ruins the whole game. Why have all these really cool buildings if you can’t build them unless you buy berries? Then you say but you can earn berries and building supplies to build the buildings and huts but it take you forever and it’s not doing it right! I send my ships out and take the building supplies as a reward when they come back and I’ve been doing this for over a year and I still don’t have enough to build my huts? Why? I may stop participating in this game or what ever it is ? It doesn’t feel like a game anymore!.Version: 1.69.0
✓ Smurfs villageI’ve been playing this game for 12 years. Loved it back then. You purchased a building and it was built no need for all the extra resources, no need to spend any real money if you didn’t want, too. Want to speed something up use smurfberries. Now my kids have found this game and love to play. Unfortunately now all these wonders require you spend real money. And to top it off I can watch my kid playing and next thing I know I’ve gone from 21 smurfberries to 17 or even 12. WTH?? Now I have to go back and restore it from a saved point losing all the experience they just gained with what they planted, etc. How about going back to the not nickel and diming us game, and while your at it fix the glitch that keeps taking my paid for smurfberries!!!.Version: 2.22.2
✓ UpdatesWith recent update cannot always play until I have turned iPad off and log in again, swipe doesn’t always work. Move item button seems to be stuck on and cannot come off the move item button and will not let me do anything else so have to log off again, village does not seem same since graphics changed, it’s not as good as used to be , too many updates, should get things right before another update. ✓ Used to be greatUsed to really enjoy the game, but I reached the smurf and creature limits. Once you get to a certain level, all the quests become useless and boring, and most of them are about building wonders- which you can’t store all of. Keys are very hard to get, and smurfberries are too unless you can build a lot of wonders, as well as seeds and stardust. The layout of each place is also very uniform and boring- I think there should be more variety so that it’s more interesting when you extend your land. The main thing that I hate though is the latest update. It’s absolutely awful, as it has made everything very difficult to read and navigate, especially for someone who had been playing for years. I used to love this game, but now it’s just lost its charm, and not because I got older..Version: 1.86.0
✓ Disappointed...I’m really disappointed to see that the rules of Traveller Smurf’s Caravan have changed. Previously you could watch unlimited ads and could win up to 4 smurfberries at a time. Now the videos are limited and you rarely get more that 1 smurfberry. I’ve been playing Smurfs’ Village for years and the Caravan used to be a great way to earn berries and buy resources without using real money. Now it just feels like a money grab, making sure the only realistic option for earning more than a few smurfberries at a time is to buy them..Version: 1.63.0
✓ Great fun but quests take too long.Have played on and off for a few years but have noticed the game has become more difficult to play because quests are completed in stages and require more resources to complete. Most recent quests have left me with lots of half built items in my village. Resources are expensive. I don’t mind buying smurfberries, and do so often, but I draw the line at overpriced resources. Overall the game is great fun and I enjoy it but I’m not sure I’ll have time to continue once the pandemic is over..Version: 1.96.0
✓ Video hut extra rewards doesn’t workLove the game have played it on and off for years and restarted a few times as well but there is an issue with the extra rewards in the video hut so before u waist ur time completing them be sure u will actually receive them, start small, the first time I did receive the reward but that was it I completed 3 more I sent in all the completed proof of 3 more and have yet to receive the reward. Don’t get me wrong they did give me some of them as an act to make right on the situation but it wasn’t all of them and weeks later and I still have not received it. I knew it was going to be a hassle getting free anything but to have to “hunt down” my reward is a bit much..Version: 2.36.0
✓ VIPI have been playing this game for about eight years now. My routine is to play half an hour every morning while waking up. In the beginning I bought quite a few berries and special huts etc what gave me a life longVIP status. But recently I am getting irritated. The vip items are expensive in berries and no new items are coming out. The new layout makes my well earned stork useless and the offers you get are expensive. ✓ SERIOUSLY, WHO OKAYED THIS NEW LOOK?I cannot for the life of me comprehend why anyone thought that the “new look” Smurfs Village was a good idea. To do anything now is sooooooo drawn out and not user friendly at all. There is now too much distraction with the new positioning of menu tools, and trying to find items under the new menu tiles is frustrating. These new modifications are more of a hinderance and take any enjoyment out of using the app. Bad move guys “F” for failure. ✓ More space or less wondersI have played this game for well over 10 years now on different devices and I love it. However, on this particular play through I have realised how ridiculous all these wonders are. I have 12 that I can’t build and they take up so much space. Practically a whole expansion. I’m level 37 and when I say I have no space left I’m not exaggerating, please make another expansion or less wonder quests. If I wanted to use a ridiculous amount of resources of a practically pointless building I think I deserve that to have a choice in that option. Rather than taking up my whole village where I’d like to be able to design it how I please with decorations or special smurf huts. (1 star to get your attention. ✓ New update stinks!I absolutely love the Smurf’s and I play this game everyday and I have invested a lot into it. I’ve been playing for a long time and I’ve seen the different owners/companies that have taken over the Smurf’s, and I’ve just went with the flow. This recent update seems to have glitches, when I click on my “missions” it says to tap the portrait on the left (like always) I do and then it takes me to whoever I’m looking for, and when I click on them it won’t give me my mission. Also after playing mini games the reward pops up and when I go to click “place in village” it disappears. Another thing with jokey, I click on him and it says “oh no” but the page is blank. I’m not a fan of the new look for the game either but I can put that aside if the game works properly. I hope you guys are already aware of this and have plans to further update the game..Version: 1.86.0
✓ All Is Lost - ARRRGGGGH!!!!Been playing on & off 5 years. So has my family. Put save game progress into cloud a while ago to free up space on iPad, but still keep progress safe. Family did same as iCloud secure supposedly. While we were taking a break from Smurfs, this new developer took over game and made huge changes, which has corrupted ALL of our accounts. Gave no consideration to long term players taking a break and now All Is Lost!!!!!! All accounts progress wiped along with everything purchased sometimes with Real Money! Developers can not resolve, so combined we have lost a packet in real money!!!! BE WARNED game is corrupt! Do not let yourself get drawn into spending real money on an untrustworthy game. Btw what happened to Smurf Life app? Why was it erased? Spent money on that as well. Won’t be playing with those little blue characters ever again. ✓ Great game until…This was a great game until it started glitching a while back… I get notifications to harvest crops, but when I open the app, I find that the crops have restarted! I got a new phone and had to start from scratch. I’m now level 46 and I have not had any quests regarding a clockwork Smurf or totem pole! Sometimes I’ll harvest crops in the village, navigate to the grove and back to the village to find that the crops are still waiting to be harvested. I’ll buy something with smurfberries, and suddenly it disappears! It’s a fun game if you don’t take it seriously, but I would definitely not recommend using IRL money..Version: 2.42.0

✓ Wasted berries!I’ve noticed a little glitch in your matrix. Whenever there’s no smurf building a hut that’s half completed, or growing crops that are more than 1% completed, if you use berries to try and finish the task immediately, they won’t touch the thing till the end of time, and it never gets completed. I’ve wasted 10 smurfberries doing that because i kept hoping it was a one time thing and I’d completely close the app and load it back up to find the problem isn’t fixed and I’d toss the crops. Now it’s affecting the quest though because I tried to do it to timber smurfs hut and just as I pressed the button to speed it up, the little smurf working on it walked away! I want my 10 berries back. You can have your 5 Stars when that glitch gets fixed.Version: 1.57.0

✓ Mariner mini gameI love the smurfs' village game. I'm level 31 or 32 and still really enjoy playing it. A few problems though.. I have it on my iPod and it often just quits the whole game..? Is there a way to fix this. Also, I just bought the mariner upgrade of the mini game of collecting pearls, for 30 smurfberries, it's it's terrible. The shells close soo quickly and you hardly ever get a chance to get smurfberries :( do you think you could please slow it down to the same as the other levels? ✓ Update reset gameWow after all the years playing smurfs, how disappointing to have my game reset to level 9 from level 67! Have made a lot of purchases over the years. Lesson learned. I will miss my smurfs but not starting over. Also beware if you no longer are able to see your friends to visit,that means you are not connected to Facebook and your game is not saved! ✓ Enjoyed it then, but not nowI played this game many years ago, a conversation triggered the memory so I looked it up and was excited to see it! I quickly became bored and honestly waayyyy too overwhelmed from the large amount of random/holiday themed items. It would keep the game fresh if they rotated the content (even if it was the same exact seasonal content) and cut down on the far out and huge collection of items. Plus every task became boring quickly due to the lack of true direction. I decided to take it slow and not put pressure on playing too much and getting burnt out in a few hours. I decided 1-2 times per day was enough. My final straw was loading in at 12am (previous load in was 10am) and all my crops I was excited to harvest were ruined. Absolutely stupid of the game devs to ruin a relaxing game. Instead they’re pushing paid perks at you that cost a ridiculous amount of actual money and it loses the fun aspect when you’re constantly limited in almost every way. ✓ Losing appealWay too hard to build things when resources are hard to get. Would like to be able to store things while rearranging the village but still collect XP. Edit: the new changes have made it too slow and sluggish. Repetitive tapping (needed for some games) doesn’t work. It’s getting painful. Sometimes If you build the next stage of a wonder, or plant crops, when checking the next day the gardens are empty and wonder building stage has not happened - but the resources have gone. Recently 500 circus dollars spent and the item had vanished next time it loaded, or Camper Smurfs mountain game rewards disappear. ✓ Smurf Village on MacbookA.W.F.U.L! absolutely shocking!!! The game and all it's options, events, challenges is exactly the same as on any mobile phone (yay!) but for a Macbook (and yes, it's compatible, no problem with literally anything else running on it and I play with nothing else running in the background...) it's absobloodylutely awful! It's glitches non-stop! Zooming in & out, scrolling to view left & right, selecting menus, etc. At first I thought it was my computer so i closed everything and restarted it, still didnt work better. Shut it down, nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no better. No matter the all the troubleshooting I tried to fix it, all it did was tell me it was to do with the game itself and the lack of basic programming for it to be played on anything else but a moblie phone. ✓ DO NOT PLAY OR PURCHASE ITEMSGame is corrupted. They don’t warn you this happens and they do not give you back all the items you spent real money on. They do not assist you with their games glitches. You can lose all your items and progress with NO solution. I can barely get a response from customer service, and it’s copy paste when I do. It’s to the point I have to contact Apple directly for refunds of my purchases and report them for the game not even being playable, with no warning that these issues could occur or how to watch out for them, let alone resolve them. You’re literally asked to restart and lose everything you purchased and all the work you did in the caravan making THEM money watching ads. Not to mention the surveys for smurfberries will never reward you!! I haven’t even received a response from customer service in a week, I’ve been arguing with them for over a MONTH. I never get a solution beyond “restart your game.” People deserve to be warned about this. I’ve never heard of any other mobile game having this issue! ✓ Money hungry leeches, with no care for their customersThe game has more bugs than a hobo's beard, with more releases and updates (More like Downdates!!) than any other game on the iOs market. The updates rarely fix the issues with the previous update, but generally create more problems than before, while introducing more rubbish that nobody really wants, or likes. Just trying to get you to spend more real money on the in-app purchasing. ✓ Low support, extremely costly in-app purchasesSmurf fan, loved it for years, but definitely needs a lot of work and personally I’ve had NO support on bugs I’ve encountered (like for example going more than 30 levels, years have gone by and still haven’t been able to complete the Totem on the Island having completed multiple times all tasks but the app is just not keeping/showing track of the progress and have never received a solution from support through 3 different companies that have taken over the development of the app). Also love almost all the specialty items, great and fun designs but hate the fact that there are so many and all $5 or above even with so called “exclusive offers” would take a fortune to get them all, and NO other option, like earning them with goals or smurfberries. ✓ Lost my game - support are uselessI've been playing for years and took a break when my iPad broke. Returned to find my cloud backup didn't work and support offered is rubbish (they literally said we can't help, have a nice day). I guess they want me to buy everything again - I've deleted the app and would encourage everyone else to do the same. It's only a matter of time before you get burned by this company too! When I got the game back I found out a time cheat and even though it is cheating, for me it just gets past the slow areas of the game where you would just have to wait. ✓ Started out greatI grew up loving the smurfs & still do, so this game seemed like an awesome take on traditional farming style games. Most aspects of the game can be done without using real money, but I’ve now reached a point where every challenge requires something to built & there is no way to gather sufficient resources for all of the builds required. ✓ Updated game...As a person who played this obsessively as a child, I recently re-downloaded the game and it’s just as much fun playing as It was when I was a kid. However, with this new update and different game looks it has started to frustrate me. Planting crops takes way longer with the new pop up. The place where you buy things is so much harder to navigate and not as free flowing to find the things you use frequently as in shovels and diving gear. I like the Christmas look with the snow and hats and scarves for the smurfs. Please maybe change it back to What it was before or make is similar to how it was. Everything’s all over the place. I love that I can farm and do quests but building coins is hard unless you plant chili peppers and cabbage every single day. There are also WAY too many wonders that require an insane amount of resources (which are hard to build up as well). Do you think you can cool it with the amount of Wonders that need to be built? On every place ( island, swoon planet, the mountain and the grove and my main village) I have RAN OUT OF ROOM! Adding space costs a lot of smurfberries. I have decided to no longer complete the wonder quests which will prevent me from doing other quests but I rather grow and build up my bank than continue to take up space for wonders I’ll never build. There is a bag to place your wonders in but guess what? THAT costs resources too! Until I can afford the bag in all areas I will not be placing wonders. ✓ Cute and fun but…I really like a lot about this game, it’s got super cute graphics and I have loved Smurfs since I was a kid so there’s a connection there. However, to complete the quests and advance to the next level you MUST add Wonders which take YEARS to compete unless you are willing to pay a fortune in real dollars and without the wonders (and paying) smurfberries are soo hard to get. I’ve tried doing the surveys but halfway through answering they will boot you off and what was going to be 15+ berries ends up only being 1 or 2..Version: 2.17.0

Not really, I do appreciate the smurf berry however if there aren’t expansions soon wonders and apartments will be all I have room for. Let me finish building the remaining wonders before I have to make more room, please? Hard enough to sync a henge with the outback and an Asian themed zen park. I honestly wish we could move wonders to different places..I’d put the Christmas/winter wonders on the mountain. I’d move last months new wonder to the grove, split the beachy wonders between the main village and island and Move the henge to the village. Gotta say, I may miss next years statue because it’s just so much the same at level 86. Then again maybe something will change! The platform will increase in size or versatility, prizes might actually change with level increases, or they could bring it back down to where you need the work oriented smurfs quests to progress. ✓ Get crackingThe app is getting worse with each update. The game is getting slower and crashing more and more. I tap to rig up a window and it freezes. In the Village today, after harvesting previously planted crop then Re plant with a new one, when I went to harvest so called crop, it had reverted to the originally planted crop. I have done this 3 TIM ES today!!!! I have spent enough money on buying items to add to the game which I USED to enjoy but am very quickly losing patience and interest. ✓ Keep your children away from this app.This app constantly pushes items priced at $4.99 and above. I downloaded this yesterday and I have had pop ups for 5 different items already. There is a feature to earn smurfberries (normally $4.99 for 10) using the cinema building. ✓ Enjoyable but ridiculously expensive upgradesI’ve been playing this for years and it’s fun - but has increasingly become more and more a money grab (literally) as the developers have added more and more items that cost $20, $25, or more. And for some time now they’ve had tons of other items that require being built in stages, but it takes forever to gather resources if you don’t buy them - another grab for money. This has gone from being an enjoyable game to little more than a potential money pit. The game makers must have a new boss - Greedy Smurf. ✓ Deleted your appI’ve been on this game for over 5 years and still love and will miss it. But the bug or whatever deleted my whole progress in space and on the mountains. The island had issues as well. Everything on swoof planet disappeared except swoofs and smurfs, all the huts, wonders, magical trees, all the items, animals, gardens - everything. On the mountain though, disappeared only upper half of the screen, so everything that i placed upper of the sceen got ‘deleted’. Also the castle have been completed long ago but it stands there completely on the first stage and when i clicked on it, it said that it’s completed. On the island the rafts have disappeared. Also i’ve always been in contact with your team via fb messenger but then all my messages disappeared and i could not find your account anymore, idk what it means. ✓ DisappointedFirstly let me say; I never really leave negative reviews on anything! HOWEVER, I’ve been playing this game, on and off, for YEARS. Like I’d say more than 6-7 years. ✓ Used to be a lot betterThe amount of wonders in the game is ridiculous. It asks for way too many stones, wood, dye and blue sacks etc to complete the wonders. I’ve been playing Smurfs village for years and I loved it. My husband started playing it about a year ago and was doing well until his game got corrupted. He lost a whole lot of things and support couldn’t fix it for him. It was nothing he did himself, it all started when 5000 berries appeared on his game overnight and it all went wrong from there. ✓ This Game is like a Puddle of QuicksandI first got this game way back in like, 2014, and I loved it. It was fun to play and enjoyable to come back to everyday. However, in the times I keep playing, I think I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app about seven times. Or I’ve just stopped playing. Once you reach a certain point, the quests and items are boring and repetitive. ✓ Great game, shame about the ad contentI love this game and have had it for many years and my nieces and nephews also love it. This made me even more angry as some of the ads on the game are promoting gambling apps. This in itself is bad but then for these ads to depict superhero’s in them is just wrong. I mean it reset everything, I was on like level 16 then it took me back to level 6! ✓ Love smurfsI love playing the surfs, but liked the original better. I have played smurfs for around 10 years now and really enjoyed everything about it. I took a short break from it when I switch my phone brand because of storage and not being able to transfer my very developed village. One thing that frustrates me is that I am constantly having to by something or more than one something for $3000 to complete a task. Those buildings or machines are suppose to give me a smufberry once all the stages are completed. I am not one of those that can just spend my actual cash on a game to get further. I loved the game for years because I was able to still have a nice village , be able to build up my cash to spend on those extras, and earn those smurfberries. I am very close to deleting the game because I can never have enough money, and just when I think I am doing well and building up my cash I have to buy 3-4 buildings and my coins are depleted. I get that you have to make money, and there are people out there that are willing to spend all their money on a game. ✓ This new interface is terribleI’ve been playing this game since it came out and have loved every minute of it... until now. The new UI is terrible compared to the old one. Overcrowding on the screen paired with new babyish graphics make the game seem less professional and more like something put together by an amateur. The new build menu also lacks compared to the old one, while the search feature is an amazing idea and the switch to purple is a nice little quirk when entering the vip tab, the shop has basically been downgraded in every other aspect, again due to overcrowding... all of the options are grouped closer together and the images and text are blurry as well as too much organization... the winter and Christmas tabs seeming like a good idea but never getting enough use to justify the added steps in the process. Confusion is also added in the crops as the stars are now grey making it seem as though there is nothing there. And finally, the game master no longer rewards a free box, why... that just forces players to have to be more likely to pay for good items. ✓ Still like this gameI still like this game and I’m sure not many people still play it, sadly. It makes it hard when some things can only be given to you by friends. Also, tasks that keep adding more and more buildings that take 5 stages to make and having to come up with the resources to complete each of those stages, is very disheartening. It seems the only way it can get done is by making in app purchases, which I think is ridiculous. I actually don’t mind paying a couple of bucks every once in awhile, but to get everything I need now, would easily cost more than $100. ✓ All my hard work gone!I have had this game for almost 4 years & going. I really really enjoyed this game. Until recently I got a new phone & re downloaded smurfs village. Reput in all my information & got my level & stuff back in my village. But my pet tree (in my village) island, mountain, & swoof world stuff is gone!! I still have my achievements on the worlds. But my swoof houses, gardens, bridges, island houses, pets, houses on my mountain are all gone!! But all the smurfs are still there?? It confuses me that all my swoofs & smurfs are all still there but not the houses & everything else. On the island I have over 150 smurfs & over 60 on my mountain, & over 200 smurfs & swoofs on the planet. And the grove completely restarted nothing is there anymore! ✓ It was great until......I upgraded to newer version of iPhone relaunched the app only to find that there was no way of navigating around the village in game, the screen wasn’t responding to swipes, apparently uninstalling/reinstalling the app would mean you loose all of your progress. Others have had the same problems and been told by support from the new developers to wait for a bug fix, but no indication of when that will happen..Version: 1.86.0
