✓ Disappointed by this changeI was happy to see that they lowered the amount of supplies required for levels a while back. But I’ve noticed that they got rid of the “offers” you can complete to earn in-game cash. You used to be able to go to an “earn cash” section and there was a list of offers- mostly downloading other games or joining a mailing list. I always used this to get enough cash to buy tokens for the token gate and I actually ended up discovering other fun games through this. I’m really disappointed that they got rid of this, because it’s made the game unplayable. I’ve done the math and the only way to earn enough for the token gate without spending any real life money will take you about a month. Once you get the higher up levels, it’s super hard to pass levels- let alone earn more than 1 star (equating to one token). Without fail, I’ve had about 30 tokens each time I reach the gate for the last year or so. Most token gates require 100+ tokens. The best you can do is complete quests which only get you a max of 9 tokens every couple of days and honestly, I’m just not invested enough to spend all that time. I really don’t understand why they did away with the offers. It’s designed to make you want to spend money on upgrades and supplies bc otherwise you’ll just be playing for s LONG time playing 5 games at a time. It’s a great game but it’s also designed to grab more of your money as In the following example: I just played the same level 5 times in a row and I keep getting to just 50 points under the amount needed to progress to the next level. What happens is that the customers’ hearts all of the sudden start to decline MUCH more rapidly than any other point in the game. Also, the app will sometimes take your money and not give you what you paid for. All in all, it’s a really fun game but the developers are sneaky and so I’m not going to hang on to it albeit playing for the better part of a year pretty consistently. You need stars to get passed gates and, unless you’re willing to buy them, you need to get stars from the levels. ✓ Perfect but ...Being a true time management game fan this one has EVERYTHING. I love it BUT it takes 50 minutes to replenish enough supplies to play just one game (lasting for around two/three minutes). So at most in the evening I get around ten minutes play on it. ✓ Great game - poor programmingI’ve been playing this game for years - and overall I love it. I’ve never had to spend real money on it. However, it is by far the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. Sometimes it will just freeze mid-level, where you no longer can move so you’re forced to watch all of your food burn and your customers get mad and leave. Plus when that happens, you are wasting any premium ingredients, supplies, and power ups you paid for on that level. Other times, the game is fine, but the functionality of one of the appliances stops working. You might be cooking something in the pot, and then the food suddenly disappears, and you can no longer click on the pot at all. You might be able to cook other foods, but if any of the customers are looking for dishes that require the pot, you have to let them leave. Also agree with the other review that you have to be super careful not to accidentally select to spend “dollars” on extra customers or skipping a level, because there is no “are you sure?” page. Those buttons are placed right next to the ones you plan on clicking, so you’re often cheated out of the “dollars” that you earned, which is really frustrating..Eeb3395Version: 9.5.8

Because it is ridiculous to have sets of 25 levels, each level only allowing you to collect 1-3 tokens, and then require 110 tokens after each set of levels. Again, why? Because even if you get a 3-star rating on each level, which is pretty much impossible once you get in the high hundreds level, it only equals SEVENTY-FIVE tokens. And yeah, I’m aware there’s “goals” to gain anywhere from 10-25 tokens but even the ones that only give you 10 tokens for beating take FOR. EV. ER. At one “restaurant” to win 25 tokens I had to make 250 gingerbread men. The level I found where I was most likely to even make them at all (though it was still no guarantee) allowed me to make 1-5 every time I played. ONE TO FIVE AND I NEEDED 250. Add that to the fact that this game takes lives away every time you play instead of just every time you fail a level and you can understand why this is ridiculous. I love this game, but I don’t want to spend a year of my life just trying to earn tokens so that I can get to the next set of 25 levels after beating the 25 prior. ✓ Fun game - has issuesGame is very fun and highly addictive. I would score higher, however, it has issues such as crashes or screen freeze, and offers are not rewarded. A couple months ago, I had some spare time and decided to complete a few offers for free cash. The first few rewarded within a couple days. Then I’d complete some and didn’t get rewarded after a week. The first time I contacted support, they responded quickly and advanced the cash. However, I completed a very lengthy app download offer which took hours/days to complete and still no reward. I contacted support again giving them proof of completion and was advised to update the app while they worked on figuring out the problem, in addition to do a couple more offers to see if the update helped. The update didn’t and I emailed them again this time having about 5 different offers now not rewarded (about 100 cash). I sent a few emails and support tickets and never heard back or received rewards. Interestingly, I note the most recent update no longer offers cash rewards at all. I would have appreciated some sort of response as I spent time completing the rewards, not to mention the download space on my device. It’s similar to cooking dash, where you try to be quick and serve the food items, but unique with the recipes and theme. The game concept is 10/10. There’s always glitches though. Newest glitch is customers showing up after time has run out. Also, really hard to tell if you’ll get three stars on a level. After the level it tells you how much money each star needs, but during the level the bar never moves accurately to represent the money you’re making. Additionally, I know the app wants to make money, but it’s almost impossible to upgrade items because you barely make money. I try to play levels for three stars but most of the time it feels like they’re rigging the levels so you HAVE to spend money. It just feels like it’s really hard to progress in the game (updating items or getting 3 sars.) I will say however that the game needs obvious bug fixes, it takes much too long to load and seems to be out of date in that sense. Additionally the game has a ton of levels, but the timing of supplies gives players about five levels before you have to wait an hour to play, making it nearly impossible to play through even half of the towns without forgetting about the game while you’re waiting. And if you crash, the resources you used to open that level are wasted. On full resources you can play 5 levels, sometimes I only got to play 1. The ads are frequent and take almost as much time as the game (many are video/5 sec timer). The ad server seems buggy. The ads freeze, and crash, and sometimes the ad soundtrack plays over the game. There are some stages of the game where you have to wait 24 hours to progress, or pay in real money equivalent. As with other games using this payment model, don't expect to be able to complete the game or play well unless you are willing to spend a significant amount of real money to buy in-game currency to buy upgrades. I used to love this game it was really fun to play but it always has me get updates that take up more storage and also don’t change the game at all. Like what is even the point. Also this game literally does not load, now matter how many bars of cellular or WiFi that I have. It starts playing the music like the game is starting but stays in the loading screen and I wait for it but it never loads. Another reason why I think that getting the updates are stupid because you can’t even play the game. ✓ So many glitchesYou’d think with how long this game has been out that these glitches on early levels would be fixed. I’ve been playing for years and there’s the exact same issues. The section goals won’t save half your progress. I was keeping track of how many customers I had. I finished a level and went back to check and it said I served 200 less customers than last time I checked. The “daily” challenges reset basically every 3 days not daily. If scrolling between locations there’s times where no matter which way you scroll you can’t see levels. It just will jump from 225 to 228. Not letting me see 6 or 7 unless I shut down the app and restart. There is a huge lag as you scroll through. Love the game (obviously why I’ve been playing for so long) but these glitches make me stop playing every couple months. There’s no reason these shouldn’t be fixed yet. ✓ Horrible gameI have had this game for a while and even though it’s fun to play - unless you’re looking for a disappointment don’t download it. This game has so many crashes and bugs- and they are rarely connected. ✓ Great game but sooo many bugsI love this game! I love that the levels start easy and get tricker in every land! What I do not like is I can’t go any further in this game due to all the bugs! I’m currently trying to collect medals so I can go through a toll, however when I go back through the lands and play the levels, the equipment I need to use isn’t there.
