✓ Some BumpsI’ve been playing Kitchen Scramble (KS) for years, on a level 550+. There are glitches or slow loading sometimes, but nothing restarting the app doesn’t fix. I will say the levels where you have to serve a certain amount of a specific dish is why I’m giving 3 stars. Sometimes customers will never order that dish and you have replay the level because you never got the chance to meet the requirements. OR, if/when that dish is requested the correct amount of times you never earn enough coins to pass the level. This part is so irritating to the point where I dread those dish request levels. I really hope this can be corrected because I adore this game and want to look forward to every level..Version: 9.8.8

✓ Great gameI started playing this game in high school and I still play to this day (I’m 23 now). As you can see I’m super lame but this game is not! It’s so fun and challenging but still possible to beat all of the levels and I have never spent a dime of real money on it! I’ve been able to upgrade and buy new appliances from the rewards for beating levels and completing quests! Also you don’t run out of supplies after two levels you can play for a while before having to wait for supplies to refresh! I love this game it’s so fun and super satisfying! ✓ Don’t Listen to Everyone ElseI’ve had this game for YEARS and it’s honestly the only game I keep coming back to. Yes it’s challenging, yes there are times when you can’t make it past a certain level for days, but that’s what makes it fun! Everyone posting 1 Star ratings because they think you need “real money” to get through the game is just impatient and bad at strategy games. Like I said, I’ve had this game for years, I’m over level 1000, and I haven’t spent ONE PENNY on this game. The developers made an awesome decision by allowing us to watch videos for supplies/cash/ingredients and implementing the “quest feature” which EASILY can get you extra supplies, tokens, and level boosters. You really have to be strategic with this game which I LOVE. Every other cooking game in the App Store is like it was designed for children and they get boring super fast. I love the graphics in this game and the attention to detail the designers used, there is literally no other game out there like this. To the developers: PLEASE MAKE MORE GAMES LIKE THIS. ✓ Love it!I’ve played this game for many years, but after a while, I got bored and uninstalled it. After sometime, I reinstalled it and purchased some game dollars. I did not get the in-app purchase, and when I reached out to Apple, they denied my refund request. I reached out to Kitchen Scramble and explained the issue, sent screenshots of my purchases, and my game dollars were added to my game content in no time. Now, not only do I love the game, but I also love how honest the developer was when it was time to provide the dollars that I should’ve received when I purchased them. ✓ Some SuggestionsAbsolutely love this game, have been playing for ages! I agree with another post, add more things for us to use our coins on! I have so many built up but can't use them. Biggest problem I have is that the tokens cost way too much and it is so hard to get them, I find myself needing to buy cash to buy tokens, rather than it being an "easier option". What's the point in having a free game if you have to shovel money into it to get to the next levels!? I have previously stopped playing for a long period of time because of this, started playing and am having the same problems again. ✓ Game shuts downI have been loving this game but I have reached the sushi levels and every time I play the game works perfect at first, and then in the middle of the level, even if I have a star it will shut down and close me out of the app and I will lose 7 supplies but the level will show up as if I did not pass it. It is very frustrating because I keep having to play the same level over and over again and I am only allowed to get halfway through the level but I still lose supplies. It works smoothly, and I'm finding it challenging yet not too difficult (I can save up for new things with relative ease - it's about how much extra you earn per shift). One thing I don't like is that the bin is right next to a working board, so occasionally I'll hastily be clicking and then bin a meal I was working on... It also has a 24 pit stop where you can't do anything unless you pay real money, which is frustrating. I'm on a 64GB iPod 5 with the latest updates, by the way..Version: 1.1.0

✓ I love this gameYes it crashes, yes there are bugs but what game doesn’t have these issues? I’ve been playing for years have purchased cash and ingredients sparingly and still enjoy it immensely. The quest is a great addition to the game creates another challenge especially when you need to earn more cash or supplies. The levels are clever takes on dishes from all countries and cultures. It’s a good way to spend some time and your supplies run out so keeps your game playing time to a minimum it’s addictive and fun. I think some of these reviews are harsh. Thanks to the creators for coming up with new ways to enhance the game. I have told many people about the game and everyone loves it. ✓ Great game BUT...I have been playing this game for years and I love it! I love the graphics and I love that I get to exercise my memory with remembering the dishes. I've never needed to spend real money on this game because this game gives plenty of opportunity to earn cash and whatever you need to get premium appliances and ingredients and you can go through the levels pretty easily. There are some challenging levels too which makes the game fun. The downside to this game is there are many glitches. I have the most updated version (it won't allow you to play without updating it). Sometimes when I'm playing a level, the app will freeze up and exit me out of the app without saving my progress and it takes the supplies and ingredients I used away. Sometimes it glitches so bad it will cause meals to burn on it's own. The ads will also cause it to glitch and exit out the app. The worse thing about it all is that I can't even link my progress to Facebook so that I can use a different device. ✓ Amazing gameIgnore the naysayers. You do not need to spend any money unless you are impatient. I have never spent a dime, but always have an excess of 400+ supplies. Why? Because I figured out how to play the game. This is a strategy game, and it is tough. Everyone is so used to playing easy games that they don’t know how to deal with a game that actually challenges you. Our society has become such an immediate satisfaction culture that people don’t know how to appreciate something that makes you work for that satisfaction. Doesn’t anyone remember before you could buy game enhancers that we’d spend days working on one level in a video game trying to pass it and oh the satisfaction when we finally did? A few hints: -ALWAYS play the quests. You get tons of supplies just for playing one quest level and better rewards if you complete the quest. -Watch the videos that get you free stuff. -Spend your money that you earn strategically on supplies that will increase and speed up your output OR will keep customers patient (the coffee, witches brew, etc). -Unless you are in a exit door round, serve customers with more stars first. -Practice (FOR FREE) before starting a round, so that you are a master of the recipes prior to spending your precious supplies. Complaint: I wish the game came with better instructions so I didn’t have to figure this all out on my own. I also wish we knew the price of dishes. ✓ Game not workingI’m on level 660 and as soon as I start the level the screen goes black and the game closes. I went back to level 2 to see if it was the level and it let me play through the entire level fine. I tried 660 about 10 times and the game just closes. But recently I noticed that each food supply takes 6 minutes to refill rather then 2 which was before! It was hard enough to get enough tokens before but now it's even harder!! I find this very confusing please make the time less or the supplies needed to play each game less. Very annoying. Also I've noticed that there is starting to be ads every time I open the game. Why not just stick to ads for rewards instead of forcing them upon people. I understand you need to make money but why do upgrades have to cost so much cash? There should be an alternative to pay in coins instead even if the gold upgrades did cost like 500,000 coins for example because at least we have opportunities to earn coins. There are so many bugs and crashes and annoying commercials but at the end of the day I love this game and have been playing it for 5 years. The new layout does not fit to an iPhone XR screen properly - the stars panel now covers the chopping board. Also where has the recipe book gone? ✓ Great game…This is an awesome game! I'm completely hooked and love playing it. Just a few things could do with some improvements (in my opinion). I've never left a review before so please know I'm doing this cause I seriously love this game! - Have the option of being able to do more with coins rather than just cash/notes, even if we could buy cash/notes with the coins. - Some placement of things is a bit too close coffee pot/cheese is quite close to the customers and also the holding plate is really close to the shelves. - I reluctantly connected to Facebook and I really regret doing that because now to move up a level I need to have three friends help me rather than just waiting 24 hours. Would be good to still have the option of waiting to move up and if you want to move up quicker have three friends help you. - In the levels where you have to make a certain number of dishes, it's really annoying when there's not even the opportunity to make that number (customers don't order it) so you fail the level despite making enough money (sometimes even enough for three stars!) ✓ One of the best BUT...I love this game...lots of creative levels etc...certainly one of the best time management games I've come across. There are a number of inconsistent glitches though: game starts to flicker and jump, shuts down and you loose your 10 supplies for that level and I never see any benefits from accepting gifts or sending gifts! I have heaps of coins as there is not really anything to use them on and I can't get higher levels anymore as I don't have any friends who play to send me help. Dollars are the only option now to progress and there doesn't seem to be anyway to increase your dollars without buying them - which is unhelpful! I also think it takes too long for your supplies to return to full! Aside from all these for now I still enjoy beating my previous scores but I think at some point I'll probably just get bored and delete it!.Version: 2.3.0

✓ Can you help me?I’m currently playing this game and I love it so much, I love passing through the different themes but I am currently stuck on level 154, it requires me to make 2 or 3 banana cakes but I’ve played the level so many times and nobody orders banana cake. I reach 3 stars in the level before anyone orders banana cake and I start to lose hope because it’s actually quite a difficult level for me. Has anyone else had these problems? For reference for the creators of the game I will say that dessert oasis feels a lot more problematic out of all the other themes which I have not had any problem with. ✓ Level 165Update: I am very pleased with how quickly the developers saw my issue and fixed it with the game. I was expecting it to take a much longer time, if at all. I love the game but there is something wrong with level 165. It is a “lose so many customers” level, but when it gets to the last customer, they never show up. I have waited several minutes, restarted the app, restarted my phone, but it happens every time I try to play the level. ✓ Love it BUT...!I love this game and play it but I'm now unable togo any further as I don't have enough tokens to pass. The tokens are really hard to get on some levels and you need to upgrade all your stuff to premium and that is really expensive! The cash is just waaaay to expensive. Please make it a more realistic price, have some specials that are actually special, maybe have free groceries for a day like other games of this nature. Reduce the refill time - nearly an hour for 10 is ridiculous. It's stupid that you don't earn enough tokens for the 2 levels even if u get 3 stars... what's up with that???
