✓ Doesn’t give reward for watching videosOn the game there is an option to watch an advertisement and get +3 energy per ad. however when i watch the ads a message comes up saying that “an error occurred while getting your reward”. if this was fixed it would make the gaming experience a lot better..Version: 5.8.1

The only issue I have is the screen is not fitting properly on my phone so when I’m trying to ice a cake or put a topper on or even bake the pause button and power up button are blocking these areas so I have to keep pressing it over and over to get it to work and I lose time and customers. ✓ Love this gameThis game is very addictive. Main issue is that it takes a very long time for energy to refill (but you can watch ads to earn energy). Also as you get to some of the higher levels they make it harder to pass by saying you need to serve a certain amount of selected ingredients. I don't like this as you may make enough money to pass but not enough people ordered the ingredients you needed to pass the level..Version: 1.2.2

✓ Amazing but..This is an awesome game, really fun and addictive but that's the problem, due to how addictive fun and awesome the game is, it makes it hard to put down and walk away from, even if you are abandoning it for a small period of time, it takes 2 minutes and so many seconds for 1 energy to load, whereas you need 10 energy to play a level, which makes it quite impossible to wait that long while you're addicted to the game more-the-less. It would be even better if it could only need 5 energy per level or even 2 energy per level because it'll make the game more enjoyable, maybe even lowering the time of each energy reload to 30 seconds per 1 energy. All in all a brilliant game, just needs this extra feature to make the overall gameplay more accessible.Version: 1.0.16
✓ Please fix the bugsI really love this game!! But I have to stop playing after a while because my game will not load it keep saying no internet connection!! I have deleted and re-installed it multiple times just for it to do the same thing over again. I enjoy this game so much I play with my grandkids, this game is super cute and addicting. It seems unless you pay money for the "gems" to upgrade certain features it may be useless even trying to pass level....? I love this game... And I'm on the ball... ✓ Game glitchI've enjoyed playing Bakery Blitz so far but there is a glitch where I cannot make black cherry juice or blueberry juice. ✓ Please add zoom optionsI can’t access all of the decorations while playing. Everything seems to be zoomed in just a little bit too much. Some people might like this, I however already have small hands and shouldn’t have the problem of not being able to press certain buttons. ✓ Great game, but some issuesThis has honestly been one of my favorite games on my phone for a long time, but there are lots of bugs that need fixing. One that really affects gameplay is the screen sizing on larger phones. I have the iPhone 11 Pro, and the levels are covered up by the options at the top of the screen. This makes it impossible to see how many stars you have on some levels. In addition, when opening a level, some of the ingredients are hidden at the bottom of the screen and can’t be selected. I understand that this is a relatively new issue seeing as the iPhone 11 series is still only a few months old, however these issues make the game entirely unplayable, and i have not been able to find how to report issues directly rather than in a rating..Version: 7.3.1

✓ Sooooo addictiveThis is the best food related game I have come across love it! They had a glitch a few days back but there seemed to be a few complaints about this glitch when I searched online. On my phone, the pause button is right over the circle cake pan, theres a button covering the strawberry’s and that the little bar on top that shows how much stars you have and money you earned is covering the hearts on the customers!! Just a tremendous labor of love within these character and level designs. EVERYTHING is coordinated. I'd like to be able to like spend a bunch of money on it at once and disable ads forever, but I getcha. It's so beautiful that I don't even care if I fail a level; it's just great to see the colors and ingredient/station designs. I downloaded this because I'd never seen purple and green as main colors for a baking game (it's often pink). This seemed to have its own contained world and to be influenced by someone or a group of someones being extremely creative over there. I literally just stare at this stuff. 😄 Not even the standard bowls of cake batter flavors are identical--they all have slightly different shapes. And aside from that the gameplay is terrific and the baking doesn't feel repetitive. Not a lazy game. Stunning landscapes, effects, and some touching characters and messages. ✓ Great game!I love this game so much but I have trouble tapping on items because it tries to fit on my phone screen and I have the 11. So I can’t be able to touch items without pressing the pause or the slide button to clear apps. There is some pause and I can’t touch or do anything so I exit out the game and go in again. I do love this game but maybe if the game doesn’t try to fit fully on the screen can help or somehow have the game more zoomed out for my type of phone so I can tap on items easier. I just have a a couple of minor complaints dare I say suggestions.I have the the iPhone XR but for years I’ve been playing your game on the 6s with roughly no problems. The only ting is now on my new phone the game doesn’t fit the whole screen 😥 every time I try to tap the ice cream or icing it doesn’t work. If you can upgrade it or adjust it so it could fit the newer iPhone versions I would greatly appreciate it ! Also one more thing.. can you add extra people when there is a gap of time? No matter how fast I serve my customers there are still long periods of time where I have no customers. ✓ Fun but buggyI definitely enjoy this game; however there are certain levels, mainly the first few where certain drinks won’t load so I can never fill those orders. Also there are a few levels that are nearly impossible to get past simply because there arent enough orders of the required item, which is something I cannot control. Either include a powerup to increase the likelihood that these things will be ordered or just do it yourself cause if I’ve played the level over a dozen times likely and still havent gotten enough of that order, that’s not fun nor why I’m playing this game.Version: 3.9.0
✓ Love this adorable game, but there are drawbacks.Love this game! BUT: it doesn’t seem to be formatted to correctly fit different sized phone screens. For example, during the stories, the bottom half of the dialogue is cut off so you miss what’s going on! And you also cannot see the customers hearts so you don’t know if they’re losing patience until they’re already angry and red. Also: there’s also an error in retrieving rewards so you never actually get them....and there’s no way to earn diamonds. You have to buy them. ✓ ObsessedThis has to be one of my favorite mobile games, like I play this an unhealthy amount of times. I have no problems with the game except for the fact that the lighting bolts (the things that let you play the game) take absolutely forever to load in, I don’t really understand why it has to take 5 minutes for just one to load in, it makes it hard to continue playing. Also, the game bugs out majority of the time when trying to buy crystals; specifically when you’ve lost a level. The game gives you the opportunity to buy crystals when you’ve lost a level but after you buy them from that specific screen, the game freezes and forces you to back all the way out and start the level over.
