Also most of the goals get you tickets that are meant to open up your next gate but turns out you need friends to open the next gate so what do you do with the tickets? ✓ Good game but could be better..I really enjoy playing this game only half of the time it feels like it's rigged because as your fulfilling orders and getting rid of customers to have more come you could be waiting for all customers to clear before you have any come along with more orders therefore your not able to meet your star quota - not even the one. ✓ Crashes every time I pass a level and resetsEvery time I pass the impossible level 145, 4 times now, it tries to show one of the story mini shows and freezes. Then it crashes. So I reopen the app and it has reset as if I didn’t pass the stage. That stage is hard enough as it is to pass and then to glitch every time I win is enough to make me stop playing. No point if I can’t pass the stage. Update: I just realized it resets even if I don’t pass it because I have upgraded the cake maker multiple times but it doesn’t stick. Sad. ✓ Fun to play but very expensive!This mechanics of this game are fantastic, I’ve been playing it on and off for years. However, the cost of upgrades, especially in later worlds gets outrageous and starts to feel very ‘pay to win’ since there is only a very limited way to earn the premium currency. Even if you were to purchase with real money, you might get one or two upgrades, which is just crazy expensive. One of the other problems is the energy replenishment. It takes 50minutes to earn a life, but for well over a year if you watch an ad to get additional energy there is an error that says ‘there was a problem receiving your reward’ every time. ✓ Life Refill TimeThis is my absolute FAVORITE game, but I HATE how long you have to wait for your lives to be replenished. Especially when some levels require to be played dozens of times before you successfully complete them! Being that you have to pass the level to move on and then have enough stars at the end of a land to then move on, you end up playing each level 10+ times. It becomes annoying and tends to make me disinterested in the game when I have 5 tries and then have to wait hours for more lives before playing again. I understand your goal is for players to purchase extra lives, but even if you could do unlimited lives some will still be willing to purchase gems and stars in order to bypass difficult levels..Version: 4.6.1
✓ Love it but has faultsI'm obsessed with the game but hate the time you need to wait for energy. I also don't like how hard some of the levels are because I only need 4 more stars to pass onto the next set of levels but there's no way to get 3 stars on those levels. ✓ Great Game!I was so addicted to this game when I started playing about a year or two ago! It’s really fun and if you’re a fan of Cake Mania this is a game similar to it. The only thing is that with each update it just seems to get buggier, but it’s still playable. One thing that can be annoying is that it gives you the option to watch an ad for extra energy, but a bug never lets you have the extra energy. I just learned to stop trying lol. Some ingredients are right beneath the pause button, some beneath the power up button, and some ingredients and appliances barely show on the screen making them hard to tap for use. It’s frustrating. Here’s some of the problems I have though I cant more energy by watching ads, every time I finish an add it says “there was a problem getting your reward.” My wife is fine so I don’t see why it’s not working for me The game is kinda messy. The characters are cute and the animation is fluid, but I kinda wish they’d all get a do over, like the whole game was done and cleaned up. Mainly because some of the new islands are just copy pastes of the old ones and some of them don’t even have names when you open the hot bar. Sometimes when I used of the the baking machines, the sound it makes doesn’t turn off when I’m done using it. It’ll keep playing even if I start a new level. However, I HATE the fact that it relies on crystals to succeed (buying costumers to beat the level or buying needed upgrades for your kitchen) in the game. Not to mention the fact that they offer NO way to get said crystals unless it’s through the goals section that rarely offers them. I’ve played other cooking games and games in general that offer ads to get crystals/gold but Bakery Blitz does not. If I have to watch an unwanted advertisement after EVERY game, I think you can offer people to watch ads for crystals. I’ve played this game on and off since it came out. ✓ Fixes needed urgentlyGood game but in desperate need of fixes. Ads pop up mid-level without pausing game, so you're stuck watching the ad and will fail your level, wasting energy! If you need to reinstall app (which you do, because sometimes you get stuck on a level that won't load until you reinstall app) you will lose your gems - despite being connected to Facebook. Once you reinstall and connect your account, you'll still only have the 2 initial gems. There are loads of other issues, so don't bother wasting money until it's fixed..Version: 1.4.12

The game keeps randomly asking fir refresh mid-level, losing both you coins and your energy used to start the level. This is basically stealing any money you might have spent buying crystals to purchase energy with, especially as they aren't letting you earn energy anymore. The levels that don't ever give customer orders that allow you to pass the level requirements are stealing all your energy and thus money as well. I could see if levels are just hard to do skill wise, but never giving you the customers you need to pass levels with is duplicitous and underhanded. When I go to upgrade most of the time it says "connection lost please refresh" and when I hit the refresh button it logs me out and I lose the coins on the upgrade. This often happens when I am retrieving coins or energy from friends and I end up not getting them. Can this please be rectified? This game is getting worse. ✓ ImpossibleI REALLY want to love this game BUT after the initial training levels it becomes near impossible to get more than 3 stars unless you want to buy coins/ crystals for the upgrades. What it was, was some kind of boost to my energy. I checked before my purchase and there are no descriptions. It’s bad enough the game quits all the time. I accept friends gifts which I’m never able to use because the app will quit EVERY TIME I try and play. The game responds I have accepted all my gifts for the day, which are now of course gone. This game could seriously be 5 stars with no complaints if you would fix those bugs above along with the time between customers. Thereby making it possible to actually win some of the levels. The last response I got was to play the game for 10 minutes and turn my iPad off. I can’t play for 10 minutes because it crashes! ✓ Buggy ads make the game worseI really used to enjoy this game, but there is one very frustrating bug that makes me play it less and an update that might make we quit playing entirely. Here’s the bug: There is an option to watch ads to receive energy. Every time I’ve tried it, I watch the whole ad, get to the end, and then a message pops up to tell me “sorry, it didn’t work.” That’s theft. I am aware that the way this game makes money is by showing ads. I click on an ad, being told that I will receive an in-game reward, and then I do not receive it. So the game makes money off of me, and I do not get my part of the deal. And then the recent update that makes me not want to play it anymore: A full-length ad now shows immediately upon opening. Every time I open the game, I have to watch a full ad before even getting to the title screen. ✓ Cute and fun game, impossible to progressDon’t get me wrong, this game is so super fun and cute and I love playing it, but it frustrates me to no end. The drop of crystals to upgrade machines and food is near zero, meaning you can’t get stars from doing better on levels, meaning you can’t open area gates. The other issue is that when you have a level where you must sell a specific number of a certain item you have to depend on the customer choosing to buy the item, I have played certain levels over and over again because literally no one chooses the food item. It should be that the opportunities are given but the player has to make sure to catch the customer, like in heartbreak levels. Not spawning a single customer to buy something that’s a necessity is poor game management. I could understand maybe one level there’s just under the right amount and then the next one there are enough people, but it’s a consistent failure of probabilities. ✓ Very annoyed!!!!!I have been a fan of this game but playing this game highly annoys me now. Ever since I got my iPhone X I don’t like playing. With the new phone the screen placement of a lot of the game is off. You can’t see the hearts of the customers and many objects that I need to be able to click on for making the desserts is covered by the menu option or the pause button or the home line for sliding out of apps for the actual phone. I have seen other ratings commenting on this problem as well dating back months and it seems like you haven’t done anything to fix it. You can guarantee I am not wasting my time playing this game anymore if I can’t actually play 100% of the game. ✓ This game rips off usersI just tried to contact app support for this app, but there was an “error” when I tried to submit the form. Twice. So I am posting my feedback here. I just bought a booster pack containing 24 crystals plus some energy and coins. As soon as the purchase went through, the game restarted itself. When it reopened, I had the coins and energy, but no crystals. To be honest the crystals were what I actually wanted, so it’s kinda pointless now that they have disappeared. Can you please give me my 24 crystals back? Otherwise I’m very disappointed in this game that I was enjoying, it is ripping off its users. ✓ So aggravatedTotal fan of cooking game and this one was my all time favorite, but now I can’t stand to play it because of the layout of the game for iPhone X and above. I can’t see the hearts of my customers because they are hidden under the the money bar. Can’t tap on things I need to do because they are only barely showing from the bottom of the screen or once again hidden by either the menu or the pause button. Levels that I used to excel at making all 3 stars and more coins than needed I don’t even get 1 star any more because I can’t do what I need to do. ✓ Has merit. Needs LOTS of work.Gameplay itself is good. However, long wait times for energy to refill (>3mins for 1 point when you need 10 to play a level) coupled with the fact that it is an online only game - game freezes if your internet cuts out even for a moment and although there is a "refresh" button, it doesn't do anything except freeze your game and cause you to lose your energy points. There isn't even a reason this game needs to be played online. There definitely needs to be an offline option available. It is also very hard to upgrade equipment in this game. ✓ Fun but can also be super frustratingI’m a huge fan of cooking games and in particular really enjoy the RockYou games. However, Bakery Blitz can be quite problematic at times. My biggest issue with it is that on timed levels, there are extremely long pauses between customers, no matter how quickly you serve the food. This is not the case at all in RockYou’s other game- Kitchen Scramble- in which new customers show up right away after you complete an order. When there are 3-4 spots for customers, each spot should be filled pretty consistently. However, there are some times on those levels where one of the potential spots is only occupied once or is not occupied at all throughout the whole level. It’s extremely frustrating when you cannot pass a timed level simply because there is a 10 second pause (or more) between customers in one of the 3-4 open customer spots. This doesn’t seem to be an issue on levels where you try not to lose customers, where you actually want some spacing, so I know this issue can be fixed. Give us more customers! ✓ Hideously addictiveSo addictive!!! The only problems are, to do more or less anything in this game, you need diamonds, and the diamonds aren't readily handed out which means you have to pay for them. Another thing is that you have certain goals to fulfil in each level, as well as earning enough money to pass the level, but the game doesn't give you the right orders to fulfil the goals. For example if you need to serve 3 square cookies, the game doesn't give you 3 customers who want square cookies. Really annoying..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Endless levels are total B.S!!!!What the heck is with the endless levels??!!....they're so unfair it's ridiculous. Starts out normal, but then everyone starts losing hearts so rapidly there's no way to make orders before they leave! I passed 3 or 4 of them so far, but just barely. I've been on level 132 for almost 2 weeks now it's literally impossible to beat! They do it that way so u spend $ to pass it....so sheisty. I upgraded everything that I can w/o gems and still can't pass it! Plus, I purchased a gem pack when I first started playing but it's not enuff for the developers is it? $5.99 isn't enuff for them, nooooo. They want u to spend like $139.99! You should at least make it fair and not drain hearts so crazy fast! Why even call it an endless level when it's anything but endless? You serve less customers than you do in the regular levels. ✓ It’s not worth itHonestly amazing gameplay, but if you have a game that’s already buggy enough as it is, why bother with random pop up ads? I have to spend more time restarting the app than actually playing it. Also long wait times for things like gates and energy is why people fall off the bandwagon for good games like these, and personally I’m only on the second world and I already have to replay levels over and over again to pass them (I’m not a child so if I’m struggling to pass the levels that tells you something about the difficulty of gameplay). ✓ Takes too long to reload energy!!The game is awesome and super addictive, but it is soooo annoying that you have to wait ages for the energy to refill. ✓ So annoying!!!I am SOOOOO angry! I purchased crystals, to get 3 more customers, and try NEVER CAME!!! I want my 1.99 back, or move me to the next level! Do NOT send me an email telling me to email the developer either!!!! TAKE CARE OF IT YOURSELF!!! I love this game. However, there are many levels that require, not just points, but goal items as well. Now, how in the heck are we supposed to collect those items, when the customers don’t ASK for it!?!! For example, level 335, you have to get 2 watermelon sticks and 1 tall tea, and 450 in points. I can get 2 of the 3 requirements EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! But not all 3!! I’ve been in this level more than a week, and I’m getting ready to QUIT!!! It did it again!!!!! I bought crystals, and I was thrown out of the game!!! I’m on a level that is IMPOSSIBLE to get through, cause the customers don’t ask for the required ingredients! I finally got that conquered, and didn’t have enough coins, hence why I bought the stinkin crystals!! COME ON!!!! Fix this mess already!!! What in the world is up with the 540-something levels!?
