✓ QuickPlay for AirplayYEAH! this latest version works! I am having sound issues with some clips but it does stream all of my videos to the apple tv. The screen to tell you where you want to send them does not come up first so you tend to miss some video. The order of operations maybe improved. ✓ Finally, airplay vids!This app can stream your movies taken in the iPhone because apple's own AirPlay crazily does not do it. So top marks for that, but loses a mark due to: 1. Really annoying ads on free versio BUT well worth buying it to remove adds 2. The video is compressed first. This probably makes it stream faster but I personally want the option not to. It probably creates another movie taking up space. 3. Too many steps to play a video with constant instructions permanently showing (once I do it once I don't need the instructions).Version: 1.3
✓ It Works NowThanks to the new update it works now. Thanks to the developer for getting it to work for us. What I do not understand is why Apple could now do this themselves with all there resources. To the developer: I am not complaining, I thank you for the app because Apple has done nothing to address this problem. I would like to make some suggestions: Video quality could be a lot better if you can change the compressions, if not thats ok, the video quality as is, is ok. Once the video file is compress, there should be a place to save it in the app because every time you want to watch the same video again you have to go through the compression again.
