✓ Paid for keys and app immediately stopped workingI’ve enjoyed this app and paid $1.99 for 35 keys so I could unlock the words. The first time I used it after purchasing it it stopped working. It found a word that was impossible to use because half of the letters on the game board were missing and it was impossible to place the suggested word on my game board. Please return my money immediately..Version: 9.1
✓ It stopped working...I’ve used this countless times and have lived it until about three days ago. (I only use it against the games I play vs. computer never my live friends), but the last several times I’ve used it, it gives me lousy words. 14 points, 12 points, and they’re saying those are the highest-point words I can use, but I’ve found MULTIPLE words on my own that give me much better scores. (I like to find my own then use the app to see if I found the highest score on my own). So, I don’t know what’s happened, and I tried finding a feedback thing to let the developers know, but this was all I could find, the review board. I hope it gets fixed soon. ✓ Privacy issues + doesn’t work with latest WWFTried this for the first time. First negative thing was that it couldn’t import a board. The instructions say that you need to make sure you have the latest WWF2 build. And they list the last one they are compatible with. Problem is, the version of WWF2 that’s available is later than the one they support. But the biggest issue is that this app copies from every app where there’s text on the clipboard! Fortunately iOS tells you this so it can’t do it completely secretly like it probably used to. You can imagine my concern when I switched over to the app and saw a notice this app has copied the clipboard from 1Password! Tried switching to messages and copying something there. Yup, switching to this app notified me it was copying clipboard from Messages. So basically it tries to harvest text, including passwords just upon switching to the app! Bad news! After having to change my App Store password (which the app had accessed from 1Password), I have deleted this app. Too scary. On the plus side, it looks pretty. And because the import wouldn’t work with my too-new version so I couldn’t try it out, I imagine it probably works to help you find plays when your stuck. Beware of the for-no-good-reason automatic copying from the clipboard. Seems suspicious..Version: 9.1
✓ Not working anymoreOriginally it would be 5 stars but now a minus 1 star! I’ve take numerous screen shots to send to company and emails get returned saying email address is wrong. I didn’t type the email. I believe I paid approximately $9.99 so I wouldn’t have to keep buying keys. I can’t play anymore. I’m frustrated. It’s been going on for four months, or so. ✓ No longer works with color tilesIt was great and worked perfectly until the introduction of colored tiles. Now it picks up the position of the overall board but tells me the highest point total is in a place letters have already been used resulting in a much lower scoring word or a word that can’t be played at all due to a square already being filled. ✓ Normally 5 stars, but needs updating!Usually all of the letters are recognized easily and I only rarely had to change them at the bottom, but ever since I updated to iOS 12 I have had to change all of the letters at the bottom practically every time. ✓ Poor character recognition = useless apDuring the upload, the screen shot populated on cheatmaster is not accurate as some letters are different to screen shot. Eg available tiles on words with friends will be z,o,c,k,f,t,s and on cheatmaster it will come up as z,o,o,k,t,t,s which will change the results significantly. This also happens with the words already played, as the characters are changed due to some bug which deems the ap useless as you are unable to get accurate answer results..Version: 2.0

✓ Disappointed - my experience!!I purchased a paid version of this app which stopped working and was capturing the incorrect letters available to play. I wrote to the developer attaching screenshots and never heard anything back. Furthermore I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if this fixed the problem but unfortunately the problem still existed and rather than having a full suite of the correct letters, I was still getting the wrong letters and also question marks which is how letters are displayed on the free version. I feel I have been ripped off for the £9.99 I previously paid so will not be using or recommending this app ever again. It can't differentiate between the letters C, O and Q (and no longer anyway to change them if it's scanned incorrectly). ✓ Waste of phone memoryI tried it and thought it would be great; I used all of my keys to unlock words. So I spent $9.99 for unlimited keys and it won’t read the letters correctly, it says in the help that it can miss read letters but seriously my board had no letters resembling the letters Q or K. Don’t waste your money on this app. And of course I have sent them three complaints with no response through the help portion.
