✓ PotentialThe beauty of Microsoft Project is that it is intuitive to begin to use, and the user can then advance to using a greater deal of details and planning tools hidden underneath the veil of its pleasantly deceptive intuitiveness that might at first lead one to think it's too simplistic. This app, however, lacks this species of intuitive beauty, and yet rather seems to have great potential in detailed planning and advanced visualization techniques. Nonetheless, few will likely commit the large amount of time to ploddingly learn the details of a one-off app (only used by a few) in order to first just simply use it to purpose..Version: 5.4.2
✓ Nice app, but needs work.Consider making the menu for editing a box more intuitive. I dislike having to hit the edit button within the card menu before being able to edit. Should just allow to click the area in card menu and change. I would also like to see export to pdf that sizes the diagram to the page size seamlessly. It currently does not fill the page unless you "play" with the sizing. This leaves lines that make it look unprofessional..Version: 3.3.3
✓ Need tutorial videos and/or screenshotsThis app looks powerful and useful and I really want to learn how to use it but the instructions are not friendly or intuitive. I really need a few demo videos showing the development of a project from scratch. ✓ Needs work...This app could be a serious process modeling tool if it supported BPMN 2.0 and used Standard iOS editing interface. At the moment it can only be used with its unique diagramming notation which is not recognized widely in business and the editing interface is too unique and not intuitive. Basic issues like using the up arrow in a box to go up a process level when standard iOS UI uses this to send to another application. Shame because if these two areas were addressed this would be a killer process app..Version: 5.2.2
✓ Badly executedThis has the potential to be a great app. I need a tool just like this for process analysis, structuring problems and a whole host of other things. The options and capability are potentially great. It is though appallingly coded. 1. After 30 minutes it crashes with increasing frequency rendering it useless. 2. The Ui is very slow to respond and results in a user taking time to let it soak whilst you it works out what to do. 3. The interface is not intuitive, having an edit button should be a help given its slow response time. 4.The connectors do not act in a rational way when moving objects. Therefore you have to delete and redo. 5.Ultimately it wastes time. I have had this for over two years and hoped the developers would gradually fix it - they have done nothing. If you look at how other apps have developed in the same time this lot do not appear to have addressed the fundamentals. coded as it stands it is a drain on your time. Unless you have plenty of time and patience I would avoid and enjoy the simplicity of grafio. This is a real dissppointment. Don't spend the money..Version: 5.0.3
✓ ExcellentThis app requires you to go through the tutorial, but once you've learn the basics it becomes extremely useful. This is the only Project Planning app that takes advantage of the flexibility of iOS. It will not disappoint people who want a very good flow chart system. You can them hook up a VGA cable to it and do great presentations..Version: 4.4.5
✓ Locks up and then crashesThis programme no longer works, it locks up on the first screen and then crashes. Since it used to be ok I suspect that a recent update may be the source of the problem. I recommend that no one should purchase this app until this problem is fixed..Version: 5.3.1
✓ Amazing and annoying...I really want to like this app because it’s obvious a ton of work has gone into it, but because the person who wrote the tutorial and guide isn’t a native English speaker and is using the most complicated language they can, following the tutorial is a nightmare. It’s honestly like reading something written by a robot that learned to speak English from a technical manual. Usually imperfect English wouldn’t be a problem for me. But, this is just confusing. ✓ Needs more documentationI'm impressed with this app and will try and continue to puzzle through it, however I'm finding it a steep learning curve to try and put together a flow that has a corresponding Gantt chart. ✓ Crashing car accidentThis app is really cool. I put much effort and time into learning how it works and it structures things really well. However it has a terrible problem. It is not stable at all. I don't know if it was a new patch or something but it does not work for me anymore. I open it, hit edit mode and it crashes. Every time. Maybe they optimized for the iPad 2? Not sure but for 6$ this app is a ripoff until they stabilize it!!!!.Version: 4.4.5

✓ Why, why, why so complicated?I am so frustrated that is app is so complicated when it really isn't necessary. It has the potential to be a fantastic app but the best apps in my opinion are those which transform the way you work/operate in a straight forward user friendly way! Simplicity is key....it doesn't need to be so ridiculously complicated...the impression I got was that it was basically a great looking option for a flow chart so cut out all the rubbish and go with that! ✓ WHAT IS THIS?I am an not an uneducated man, but this is possibly one of the most complex planning apps I have ever seen. There is a very lengthy tutorial which doesn't really help as they refer to different parts of the app without first giving you an overview. Most confusing. ✓ Somewhat hard to follow BUT persistence pays offFor such an seemingly intuitive interface i was surprised at how freaking hard it was to figure out how to use this app. I am comparing it to Popplet in my mind all the time now and Popplet is way easy to use FOR SIMPLE projects that maybe have linear steps and few dependencies. ✓ Too Confusing!!!I have owned this app for years and I can’t use it. Not intuitive enough and so far from user friendly. ✓ Awesome looking program...wish I could use it!I went through the entire tutorial with no problem, but when making diagrams this version isn't working right for me. I am using an Ipad 2. I have tried to create processes twice, with the program crashing both times, resulting in a loss of work. ✓ TrickyMust be me! I don't find it intuitive or easy. The tutorial wasn't helpful (aside from the fact the English wasn't always structured correctly so couldn't work it out)). So, I'll give it another go. A video tutorial or example would be better. I had high hopes after the other reviews but not getting it to work so far Update: no manual, no guidance, no sign of improving. InShort comes Up Short. Have you seen the mess that's made of connections if you move process etc around.. The algorithms to recalculate a path just seem to get completely lost and end up all over the place. So Mr Shortki, why can't you make a simple demo. The one on the blog of a noisy car is ludicrous. How does this product live up to its claims of making things easy to understand.
