✓ Tabata trainerCould be a hell of a lot better. It doesn't tell you what routine is coming up next, which when you have several workouts saved, isn't helpful. You have to keep pausing the workout to set your self up with the next routine if you get caught out. And that feature would be so easy to add. Just had the latest update, be warned, it will wipe out all your history and any saved and personalised routines you've set up. I so wish I'd written them down with a pen and paper ! You have to start again, completely. It also wants to push everything on to Facebook, you'd think it was sponsored by them..ChrisCogginsVersion: 3.0

✓ Very limitedIf you're looking for a timer that is as flexible as the high intensity interval training method, this is NOT it. It gives you specific workouts with timers. What if I don't want to do squats and lunges, etc.? I would like to find a timer with various preset intervals that can be used for any exercise where you can run your iTunes music in the background. ✓ Needs adjustable times for different exercisesIt's a great app but when doing intervals this app assumes you use the same time for each exercise which makes this app three stars. I typically do three minutes of one exercise and then two minutes of another. This app doesn't allow for this.
