✓ How it works for those that don't knowIt works like this when you start the test you need a track like a line at one side of something and then a line at the other side you stand at one of the lines and when it beeps you run to the other line and stop when it beeps again you run to the other line and just keep repeating the same thing over and over until you feel like you want to stop.I hope this helped you!..Version: 1.3.1

✓ Timings are correct; good way to practiceFirst of all, I don’t know why the trainee cops on here claim that the timings/distance aren’t the same. The time between shuttles is correct; it’s run over 20 minutes. I’m in the armed forces and am pretty certain that this test is universal for time & distance. Those who are wondering why they found it easier on the day they took their test are most likely not accounting for the fact, their adrenaline under test conditions, was helping them along! ✓ Beep TestIt's okay for training, but it has a few seconds rest period between each level, before it starts the new level, where as the real Police Beep test continues through each level continuously without a rest . But it's fine for improving your fitness level, and i like the way a voice announces when each level is starting, and it can be turned off if you prefer it silent.
