✓ PostagramAppreciated the ap . Gave my credit card today and for some incorrect reason , it was denied. Went to the Bank to advise and they did ! No problem. Card should have been accepted. Can’t tell Postagram this information. I don’t know where all my mailings are and I don’t know how to contact Postagram to try the card again. I am totally frustrated and want to forget it forever! ✓ No Apple PayI went through the whole process of creating a card thinking that, as per the description on iTunes, that I would be able to easily pay with Apple Pay. But when I got to that option, it wasn't there. I'm out and about right now without my credit card and just wanted to send a friend a card on the fly with a picture I just took. Nope. No can do. The main frustration is that when you are in the middle of an edit and need to switch apps or leave your phone, the editing page won’t work correctly when you come back — you have to start over again. ✓ Disappointment.I was so excited to use this service. I made my card for a family friend, initially the order was received July 31st, shipped on August 1st and was delivered to the post office for delivery August 4th. Two weeks went by and it never said it was officially delivered. I emailed customer service and he told me sometimes mail gets lost especially if that recipient has a lot of mail coming in for them. So they sent it out again on August 13th, as of August 16th 7:23 PM it says: “at recipients post office for delivery.” It’s August 30th and still nothing. ✓ Seems to ‘know best'I tried so hard to use and like this app - but I just can’t. Has an incredibly annoying ‘I know best’ attitude around addresses. I fought with this app (who does that?) for fifteen minutes in an attempt to enter a family members address in, and it just wouldn’t pay attention. Kept changing key parts of it (making it undeliverable), and caps entered came out as lower case? WHY? Now you have to pay on top of your credits an extra fee when sending a card paying effectively more than you anticipated, which is dishonest imho. ✓ Not good quality printsQuite disappointed with print quality, especially that the photo doesn't line up with perforations, and the perforations make any photo that you pop out messy round the edges! Prices are misleading for non-US customers. I went through paying process and didn't have a confirmation screen for how much I was due to pay overall. Only after I had placed the order did I find out my order didn't get the promised $0.99 offer! ✓ Quite good appIt's quite a good app. I sent different postcards and they all arrived. The interface of the app is very good you can link it to Facebook so you can import your FB contact or you can add address manually. But the pictures on the postcard are very small. It occupies just half of the front face of the postcard and the message it's on the other half while behind there's just some details about the app. Why don't you make like a proper postcard and let the picture occupy all the front face and put the message on the back? Like a real postcard? More over the black background is not nice at all. ✓ Was a massive fan till this update. Now they lost a customerPrior to the current update I was a massive fan. I bought the credits and used this service while backpacking. But the recent update has made me back away from using it. They have added an advertisement from COPPERTONE to the top left hand corner of your post card. Since I am paying for them I won't allow 3rd parties to advertise to the people I am sending it too. Also, since the price has not changed it is not as if the savings of a corporate sponsor is being seen by the consumer. Customer lost. ✓ Great concept, terrible customer serviceI have been using the app for years and really like the app and postcards. Getting reprint of flawed prints or damaged prints used to be smooth. Unfortunately, once in a while the print quality is flawed and customer service is HORRIBLE. Sincerely needs to get better at customer service and service recovery. ✓ Unclear and slowSounds like a good idea, but the status of the order once placed keeps changing and it is not clear when the card has been shipped or if it has been shipped at all. I tried before it was printed or shipped by contacting support as soon I was notified that the card was being sent to print.
