✓ DisappointmentI love the Gorillaz, but this app has nothing very good to offer. It's not very user friendly and doesn't offer much but the music of the fall. I am not happy with this at all and I would very much appreciate a refund!! GarageBand is a much better choice..Kevin CruzVersion: 1.0.2

✓ This a real cop out!!!Man, the only reason that I got this app was because it had the name KORG on it! (and it was on sale) That says it all, but I'm going to say more. I should have listened to the other reviews on this app because 90% of them said "don't get it", and I guess my review makes that 90.01%. Doesn't it. Please just totally redesign this app into, well, since you already have an iElectribe (which is a whole lot better) then just make it into something totally different. I won't mind that. I don't know what others would think since they bought it thinking that it was a Gorillaz iElectribe (which if it is I really don't think much of the band), but anyway, that having been said--at least just change those corny sounds like "oooooh" and "boooyah" which give me a headache they sound so bad. ✓ Do this again but with a electric music uber guru! (no offense gorillaz, the people love you still)This kinda deserves a three for what it is, but I'm taking a musicians stance. It's great to look into the mind of an established artist, but gorillas isn't the best band for really making electronic music. What would be amazing, korg, would be to get daft punk, justice or bloodybeatroots to collaborate on one of these little marketing ploys, err I mean projects ;). The big problem with gorillas is they are so sample heavy and a musician can't really work with 40% of the instruments on here, unless you have the magnanimous skills of the original artists. That said, it is but ten bucks, and looking into how this band works is instructional. Now, a serious point, I hate programming melodies with a pitch bend knob. For goodness sakes, why is there no keyboard function like on my real etribe??! I suspect the other etribe is the same way so it holds me back from dropping more on the other ietribe. There are some things I am confused about like changing things with the "gorillaz wave button" if I want to change a sound it stays the same for some reason. ✓ IElectribe extensionThe price is perhaps on the steep side and you're stuck with the samples- many of which are admittedly useless unless you're trying to remix Gorillaz. But if you shorten up the samples and use a core midi compliant keyboard to enter midi notes it can be a lot of fun, despite the 64-note sequence limitation. Most of the samples though aren't uniform in pitch / key so it takes a bit of work to find cohesive samples from the offerings here. The grain effect is very good. I understand there is a copyright on use, but nothing I've made here has really been good enough to carry through to a final mix. I come back to this more than the regular iElectribe because of midi note entry. It would be nice to see better IAA integration, or audio bus input..Brainwash victimVersion: 1.1.3
