✓ Not happyI can see I am not alone in my thoughts here as I read through the reviews. I used the old free app that looked liked this paid version for years, meticulously tracking my cycle as I have gynaecological issues… then it forced an update, and just updated to a completely different looking app. I Lost ALL my data. It wasn’t user friendly. It was AWFUL!! I emailed and emailed. No response. I left a review, they responded with a generic ‘sorry to hear this, please contact bellabeat’ type message. I did, again, no response. What is the point in trying to placate users with a hollow message and doing nothing to fix the issue! I would have happily paid (triple!) to upgrade and keep years of tracking data IF THEY HAD ADVISED!!!! I’ve now purchased this hoping it will be more user friendly, and retain data with upgrades! The only reason I am giving one star and such an bad review here is because it is the same developers. Fingers crossed this paid app advises prior to updates if we may lose data. ✓ No supportI love this app, love the design, but after using for 12 months i find that the data in the logs has stopped. I think it will only record 12 months worth of past periods and cycle lengths. I keep trying to add past cycles but it wont accept it. Also if u accidently pick a date for the start of your period in the calendar and if you need to delete this i cannot find anywhere to reset ! Very frustrating. ✓ The BestThis is the best app of its kind that I have tried. The design is pretty and content allows you to log sufficient detail to track your cycle and body changes. My only comment so far is that it does not allow you to add 'custom' moods or symptoms. I am not sure if it takes into account your notes and other measurements (weight, BBT) to predict ovulation and coming period. Also, since I am a new fan, I have not had any alerts yet :).Version: 1.4.1

✓ New bugs and possible improvementsWas working well on free version last year, but has not been working as well this year...upgraded to paid version and no improvement. Unhappy. Also found it limiting as no option exists for recording/tracking cervical mucus changes. I have an irregular cycle however am able to predict period 15 days ahead by noting changes in cervical mucus--am aware this is not suitable for everybody but would like to have this additional option. I can't understand that there can be options for bloating but not for cervical mucus (or temperature) these seem like more functional and obvious changes relating directly to fertility and menstrual cycle than mood or bloating..Version: 1.4.1

On the main calendar page: though the app tells me period is due in X days, the days on the calendar are not highlighted. FIXED: Not sure why but I have problems when trying to sync app with google calendar. Always freezes. Otherwise amazing how the Pro version has all the icons you need. ✓ Very difficult to figure outI find this app NOT intuitive at all. If I accidentally click to start a period, you have to go to some gymnastics to figure out how to edit it. In fact, you can’t edit it. You have to erase the period cycle in a completely different function in the app, then go back and start again. You can’t go to the calendar and click on a day to make edits, which I also find counterintuitive. Can I eventually figure it out? Yes, absolutely. Does it take me a frustrating amount of time, that I could spend doing something else? Yep..Version: 1.4.6

✓ It's not for everyoneThe app is awesome the only reason I don't give it a five star is because it has a limit on the number of days your cycle last. I have a condition called PCOS which prevents me from having normal periods and cycles lasting 28-30 days. My cycles can actually last more than 60 days..Version: 1.4.6

✓ Great app but needs major improvementI love this app because it’s easy to use and captures the info I need to track. The problem is that when I try to register it never works. The app has crashed and I have changed phones and each time something like this occurs I lose my data. If they would fix it so you can actually register and save your data that would be great. ✓ Export UselessThe data can only be emailed as a static PDF or exported to your phone calendar. Unfortunately the calendar export does no send over notes and handles periods clunky (doesn't designate a range or beginning/end day or include data on flow -- just states "period"). ✓ Good appPlease fix the big with the dates. When you enter the details and them view on the calendar the date selected gives details of the following day! This is especially annoying when trying to put things in retrospectively. This can't be that difficult to fix?!?!? Some small glitches. For some reason nearly all my data disappeared, I was tracking my cycles and my weight info on this app. I used it while trying to conceive and it’s all gone. Since then I’ve used it some more and only some things are saved, for instance only my most recent two weight entries are there, older ones from after the data wipe are already gone as well. ✓ Would be 4 stars if the bugs were fixed!In general I like it. I love the colours and the various options. I love the way it predicts your next flow and tells you what stage of your cycle you are at and when your flow will start next. I love the moods and symptoms section but as others have said there is a problem with the diary. When I make notes I can't go back and open them. The note seems to disappear. So i've lost all the diary notes i've made although the symptoms, weight and mood info are still there. Please fix this otherwise the whole thing is pointless. When you click on a date you get the next date. This needs to be fixed. Also as suggested by someone already the graph would be more useful if you could see how the symptoms are linked to the time of the flow so we can see if there are any patterns as to when certain moods, symptoms and weight changes occur. Please fix the bugs--- I think I'm going to have to use another app until the notes are sorted. I brought the pro version as well so a bit disappointed..Version: 1.4.1

✓ Where is my period dataI have been using the free P.D. app for over 4 years. Upon checking when my next period it, as it can be very unpredictable and As I suffer from gynaecological problems. ✓ Great to a pointAlthough I love this app, as most people have said having to make notes (it doesn't always save the notes either) a day early so it looks right lets it down quite a bit! Im having to copy the notes onto my iPhone calendar instead. Again defeats the object of the app. On a positive, it looks amazing, it's captured all the right emotions, cravings etc down to a tee. ✓ Nice appIt's nice but it would be better if we were to enter the password BEFORE the app appeared which will make it more discrete because once people click on it, they will know immediately what it was without needing to enter the password. It would also be cool if we could have an option where we could unselect the temperature or something because I sometimes accidentally click on the temperature tab without knowing my temperature and it just gives me a random temperature without me needing to select it and then I can't undo that - meaning I MUST put the temperature. ✓ Lost InfoI recently had to restore my phone, and though I’ve synced my app previously to my email when I had to restore my phone all of the app information was completely lost. I’ve done this once before and was able to get the app information back, however this time it’s just all completely gone and it’s very upsetting. ✓ Had to change the rating.I’ve had this app for many years and not one did I have problems until recently. My app would not start and kept crashing. This occurred out of the blue. I powered down and restarted my phone. I performed a hard restart, and I even updated my phone’s software but the problem persist. I was loss so I contacted the developer. I was told to the the same things that I’d already performed. The developer stated if none of those things worked, then uninstall and re-install the app. I emailed back stating I was trying to avoid that because I didn’t want to lose years of data. Unfortunately, there had been no response. So, I did what the developer said and of course I lost all my data. The app works fine, loading and not glitching.
